This is our favorite game when we have a decent amount of time to kill. We used to play it on our kindle, and now our iPhone. Just fun.
Fun game, but frustrating to lose a Turn every time it crashes.
We love this game and have it on all our devices, the major problem we have is you run out of energy too fast in the higher levels. Also when you connect the different games and can get free energy every 24hrs, well not true! Sometimes its 48 hrs before we can get our energy. Can you please address this and we would love to give a 5 star rating.
Enjoy the game. The higher you go the more frequently it freezes causing you to have to start over or crashes with same result.
So far so good…. But we just started playing….. Update, buying gems, bank acct lost $$ but nothing on game end… Not a happy camper.
So sent them an email regarding levels after you achieve Level 5 in all the locations. Their response was we can just continue playing the same ones that we completed. They said nothing about adding a Level 6. So we guess after Level 5. The game is over!?.!? Amazing!! And not in a good way!! What happens after you reach Level 5 in all the locations? Is that the end of this game? Or is there a way to get to other levels.
We liked this game. But there are so many issues with events and in app purchases we cant even give it 1 star. Do not play if you like your money to buy in game stuff.
For the 3rd time, Ive tried to purchase in-app gems, boosters, etc. And we have received nothing. Ill ask Apple to return our money and we will remove your app permanently.
Ive been playing for over a year. However, we have noticed and now feel the impact of little to no online help information, no online active website or player groups. About a week ago was the last time we were able to request items needed. We ask to request, yet none of the 75 friends we have are available to request from. A friend who plays has no problem. This just started happening to us, it seems. Significantly, why is there no detailed instructions? For example, DID YOU KNOW? … When receiving a request for an item from a friend DOES NOT DECREMENT YOUR OWN INVENTORY? This is clearly not widely known, as we get typically receive 5 items from 75 friends! Additionally, there is no easy way to weed out INACTIVE PLAYERS from your friends. You may even be hit up by an inactive player to be a friend! It seems random… Its an addicting game that suffers from lack of player community, lack of documentation (we challenge you to even find out what your game version is… Anywhere.).
Very disappointed; purchased gem package twice, received confirmation of purchase, and then never received the gems.
Love this game! Edit–had to reset our phone so we went from level 50 back to 1 :-( Still love it tho.
Great game, only gripe we have is that they keep asking you to connect Facebook, but its not set up because its in development.
Tried playing a different match-3 game and it started out at a pretty high level of difficulty. Found this one and it is much better to learn with.
One of the few gams where the story makes sense.
We like the game but do not like to be FORCED to watch a 30 second ad. Just removed one of these games for that purpose.
Quite often the level shows you completed the task but you dont get the award. Overall a fun game to play.

Easy match game with ample quests…..find purchases needed to advance to higher levels….would be nice not to have to pay as much for good game.
We really wanted to like this game, but between the ads that get stuck halfway through, and not being able to sort the various collections to actually find the one Id completed, its just not worth it… Deleted the app.

This is a fun game but stay away from the casino section…the game crashes all the time, you have to restart the game and you loose energy in the process…very frustrating…contacting tech support doesnt do much good.

It gets a bit confusing trying too hard with story instead of just game.
The game keeps closing down on us while in the middle of a game and we lose our energy that we used to start the level! Please fix this asap.

Ads detract and distract from the game.
Too many ads at random times. Too many pushy requests to connect to FB.
We have tried to contact the developers for help with no reply. We cannot connect to Facebook. And we cannot play the game from Facebook because it says we have to leave Facebook to play. And when we try to connect from the game it says we have to ask in app rep for permission. We have upgraded everything we could and it says to ask friends for tickets but since we cannot connect to Facebook we cant ask friends for any help at all. On Facebook we asked for help and no one messaged us back. They sent us two sites to go to and we messaged both but nobodys replying. So now we cant play the game anymore because we cant upgrade any of the games anymore than we have already. The game is fun but we can never win any of the items that Im trying for and some of the items we have to get are in levels that are 5 to 10 times higher then Im at. Im at level 20 and we are still trying for 3 items that Ive been trying to get since we started and people have sent us friend request and we have requested items from them which we never get either. And every three games we play they throw an ad in. So we might as well delete the game since we cant play it anymore.
The game isfun to play. However there are a lot of ads.
A pretty good game but a bit confusing on occasionally. Energy Takes longer than Id like for energy to build back up.

We love the game but we hate so many ads and each ad can take up to 30 seconds between rounds. There does not seem to be a way to remove the ads. We will continue to play the game on our windows. It is more enjoyable with the game ads.
Used to love it, lost most of it when our kindle died and had to start very low on iPad, now that we got caught up we stopped playing for a bit, we get back on and now its all ads, ads, ads, not happy.
We really loved this game, even spent money on it, but with the last update, Im done. We want to play the game, not watch videos! If we choose to watch one, fine, but Im rarely given the choice. Done with this one.
