What Makes Veil of Ignorance Stand Out
If you had to design a new social contract for society, not knowing the gender, intelligence, or social status, you'd be born into, then how would you do it? That's the thought experiment behind this game, known as The Veil of Ignorance, and made famous by the late political philosopher John Rawls.
You choose what type of world you are born into but get no say in your family's social status, your attractiveness, or even your gender. Will you design a world where the most capable are free to reap the full rewards of their natural gifts or will you make a world where everyone is equal? And once in that world, will you focus on dating or self-improvement.
Part dating sim, part Darwinian experiment, all addictive!! Download now!

Community Insight:
This game really has a TONS of potential, especially exploring how each social structure affect life. We will give 5 star to encourage developer. However, we do think it is incomplete at its current stage.
We rate it 5 stars because we love the concept and it made us question our beliefs. App needs to be debugged and new elements of life need to be added though.
We realllllly like this game. Why does it keep crashing? T . T.
We're hooked. Can't stop playing.
Based on John Rawls' Theory of Justice. Brilliant game.
This is a very clever strategy game. We recommend playing it with volume because it definitely adds something, but volume isn't totally necessary.
Love the game, yet it keeps closing down. We're on our sixth life and the game closes down every time we do an action. Overall, the game is amazing and fun.
The crashes have become sorta overpowering…kinda not fun to play when you know that it will crash on year 99 or whatever.
This app crashes every time a character is about to die, and thats the only way that they save. Dont base the logistics of your entire game off of something that is 100% faulty. Not to mention the innumerable other bugs. This needs serious work; we cant believe it was released.
Open the app, see a green heart line that flatlines then app closes.
