We lost our account which we had back in 2016, theres no way to contact support about getting our old account back very disappointing.
The premise and actual gameplay are lots of fun. The art is pretty, we love the music, and am overall a fan of this idle game however we very quicky get overwhelmed. Theres like nine different places to get daily rewards, three pop ups every time u open the app, too many events to keep track of, and a bunch of badges on all the icons that dont go away. We find ourselves sticking to the freshwater coral, because theres much less going on in the menu, and im not accidentally tapping icons whenever we want to tap tap the fish.
Ever since we updated the game for the Halloween event, we havent been able to open the game. The loading screen appears but then it automatically kicks us to our iPad home screen. Is there a way to fix this? We already restarted the iPad.
There is no problem with the network, but we haven't been able to load ads, which makes us unable to complete our daily tasks.
We love this game been playing for like ever!! & Im obsessed with all the sea-life its so cute!! Add garibaldi plsss!! We do wish there was more types of realistic species of coral options for the expansion other than that its a cool relaxing game :3.
This game helped us cope when we were going through a lot as a kid. We just redownloaded it nearly a decade later to soothe anxiety and migraines. Marine settings have always been calming to us and we think this game really captured that tranquility and borderline somberness :].
Good game! Lets try to maybe not cut off fifty percent of a reward when we take photos of the fish! Also make events more easier so our aquarium doesnt look like a mess! 3 stars, do better. Uninstalled.
This is a really good game but we do have one complaint. If this game is supposed to be relaxing, trying to catch the marlin is very stressful and we dont want to stare at a screen for 15-30 minutes straight. We feel like this is unfair and for a very short period of time. If maybe you guys could increase the chances and maybe make them do another quick turn around instead of one single line, that would be fantastic.
We have finished the guide mission but cant collect final reward.
We had originally rated lower because support wasnt getting back to us about a problem we were experiencing, but when we followed up they got back to us and were able to help out. Other than that, we really enjoy playing this game! We love all the cute fish, its really nice to play and relax for a little while after work.
We love the game, but it feels like there are 10 separate events going on at one time, and they keep reminding you about them so theyre hard to ignore. All the little badges claiming new! Or the little red dots in the corners of the buttons telling us to check all the different events really stress us out. We try to make them go away by keeping up with the events, but they just keep coming back. We stopped playing the game because they were so annoying. Maybe its just us, but Id like it much more if there were only one or two events at a time. But if that kind of thing doesnt bother you then Id definitely recommend this.
This is a worthwhile simulator. While we dont participate in events, we still try to complete all our daily missions and watch all the ads. The hidden fish are a treat to get. The graphics are amazing. There is practically always something to collect/obtain, so we only stick to the main game mission collecting all the normal fish and as many hidden fish as we can within convenience. This is a game for all ages; we remember playing it since its 2nd anniversary. Im still as excited to play it as ever.

Suggestions you can do to make the game get better ratings and players (bugs: ads take forever to load. You dont even have to share and you can just press the button and exit) we love the game we have been playing since 2022 the sad part is some rare event fish are being taken back and not that rare, and that makes the fish less valuable. Sorry we dont have facebook or etc but we do have mail. We love the fish designs. Also PLEASE make the passes cheaper. -we mean its cash grab and full of ads but we like the game. (also type out the things yourself maybe you are copy and pasting? ) we might get a new device please make the transfer data easier. Also try and make the game ad free , like you can watch a ad or you can spend ingame currency. It will make the game a lot easier, you should also make the event fish not that hard. The last ones are like impossible to get without money. Also make a trading system that allows you to trade one type of currency for another (example: 50 seaweed = 5 pearls) or (45 uncommon soda = 10 dexule (erm we cant spell) soda) try to also make the game more F2P like you can use pearls to buy some passes and money for some. You should make the farm give more materials or let us upgrade them, or make them produce faster. Also do a tutorial/guide that teaches ALL the things ( fusion fish , how to upgrade , how to travel, how to get gems, how to go to the shop, how to get farms, how to take a photo, etc.) also make the fish have different prices and not the same price for each fish since we cant get like any fish. And make them less impossible. Event fish should also give more points since its a event fish and you should be able to have a storage because where do the non placed fish go . Make sure the loading goes faster and every device can access the app. Dont do events to much you already have nearly 2000 FISH in the event sector. THANKS FOR READING DEV! We played this pretty early on, it was great for a while but theres some messy stuff that causes prices to scale exponentially so eventually it takes month to upgrade coral once. At that point you either watch a bunch of ads or pay money and it just stops being so fun. Still though, cute game with good soundtrack.

We just wanted to say that this game is part of our childhood and we love this game and we are happy it still gets update we have played this game since we were 7 and now we are in high school and really love this game thank you developers for making this game part of our childhood.
Some glitches are preventing us from progressing and we know the point is to relax, but there's goals in this game that drive you to do things just a little bit longer than normal boredom levels just to get a new fish or something. But there's a glitch on the quest to get one pearl, we acquired 50 fairly, and didn't pass the quest. We'll raise this to 5 star when we're not frustrated at this quest anymore.
Im really disappointed with this game. It has so much potential but its honestly just boring, theres not much you can do but wait. Its gotten to a point where its barely even responding to our touch. Ive had this game for 3 years maybe and for the majority of the time, ive forgotten it exists. It really wants to spend your money. You cant play without watching a bunch of ads.

Hello! We love playing this game! Its fun and easy and we dont have to spend hours upon hours everyday in order to succeed. One thing we would like to change is the image of the great white shark. In the game is only has 3 gills, but in real life they pretty much always have 5. Sharks are our favorite animals, so if you wouldnt mind fixing this small incongruity we would be very appreciative! Another thing we were hope for was that there would be more shark focused events (preferably around the time of shark week), but we understand if that is not a priority. :) Overall, Im happy with the way this game runs and functions.
Loved this game when we played years ago. Now you have to watch a 30 second Ad to do most things. Constant distractions. Just want to earn fish and enjoy the virtual aquarium without the constant pestering.

This game is just so cute and it touches our heart a lot. We used to play this a lot when we were seven and we came back to it just to get greeted with a childhood we wish we could go back to. Thank you for blessing us with this amazing game.
Been playing since 2016 but didn't really get into it until this year. We love it so much! The events are awesome :).
The game heavily relies on watching ads to get currency but is riddled with bugs in which watching doesnt count which makes events hard to progress. Aside from that; the fish, decorations, and coral are all beautiful and unique to make your abyss your own. We wish they would implement a display abyss and bring back the friend feature so you can see your friends' abyss but all in all it is highly enjoyable if you're willing to spend A Lot of time watching ads.
Ads do no not give rewards after watching them. Sometimes the ad wont even load and Ill be force to close and reopen because we cant interact with anything. This is a fun game and we really like it but this is annoying and needs to be fixed.
We wasnt sure how to reach out, so we decided to write a review. We've been really enjoying the game, but noticed an issue with the current halloween event. We unlocked fenrir (with the screen showing it swimming as it was summoned), yet it isn't showing up in the tank or in the fish menu. It doesn't say that ive unlocked it when we look at the manage fish page at all. Im now locked out of future quests in the event since we cant take a picture of fenrir to finish the next task, and im not sure what we can do. Is there any way anyone can help.

Ive played this game on and off since 2017 or 2018. Ive always come back to it and miss it when we get a new phone and forget to download it. Our one small ask is to change the view on the expansion area. Its hard to enjoy when it fades away when we zoom out. If it stays as visible as our coralite, our eyes would appreciate it more! Our vision isnt the best, so its hard to see and we love spending a lot of time organizing our expansion decorations. Otherwise this game is worth the years Ive spent playing it.
Love the game, but can you add a special fish? Theres a big fish called a Reaper Leviathan in an underwater game called Subnautica. It would be cool if it was in the game :3.

Is there any way to reset our account, we played a long time ago and didnt really know what we were doing and would like a way to reset our account if thats possible on iOS.
We absolutely love this game but we would love it if you could reset your progress in the app. The only way to do it on IOS is if you turn off game center or make a whole new apple ID.

We personally love this game because we can always come back or our fishies and see them and the rare ones. We got a new phone so we have to start from scratch but we enjoy it so now we got two aquariums.
Very time-consuming, but also very relaxing we feel like we could fall asleep to the music and this the people who made this, we only nailed what the type of fish names.
Takes long to upgrade stuff, vitality takes a while to gain the higher the level you are the more time it takes to be able to afford upgrades. Im unable to remove the New notifications. Im ocd, this bothers us and stressed us out sometimes. We dont like seeing notifications like that. Other than that, its pretty chill and music is relaxing. We do wish there was a manual or hints on how to find hidden fish etc. We dont celebrate Halloween and dont believe in astrology, so when the event has to do with stuff like that we uninstall until season is over with.
We have had the game on so many devices now and for the last 5 years and something Ive noticed is that events have gotta really hard now and it feels like you shouldve played the previous event to unlock everything in the new Event itd be nice to see the events easier to make collecting even the later fish more fun another thing New Regular fish would be nice especially more Prehistoric stuff like from when Dinosaurs were around One last thing it would be nice to name our fish.

Hi! During the 2024 Spring Event Ive been experiencing a small bug within the Corgi Monopoly game. Ive only completed 4 races and unfortunately landed in the jail spot and now need to roll over 4 to get out. But, the game is glitched and each time we only land on 1. We figured it was just our luck so we waited till 2 days later to try again only to keep on getting 1. We hope that you fix this and we can continue playing.
