Hey there our game isnt connecting to our Facebook Id we had that Id for long time now since we changed our Facebook password, Im not able to get that account back can you help us out it would be really appreciate it.
App is not working right . Cant join the table and cant even make the table.
We have been playing and enjoying this game with our friends for a couple of years now. However, from last few days, every time we try to create a private table or join a public table, the game logs us out and also closes. We updated the app and our profile is gone. We had 127 Billion coins. Now we cannot play with any of our friends. Our friends list is also gone. Please help.
After first few games, game starts to deliver rubbish cards to you when you compete against advance players which makes game unrealistic and competition tilts in favour of advanced players in the very beginning, which is very unfair as it never happens in real life game. Maybe thats some kind of reward which players get after certain stage that they receive good cards in every game. But we have started to loose interest as its been happening in every game.

So there is a glitch in which it says load and then never loads.So there is another thing that in Hidden Rung sometimes the Open Hokm option never appears in the whole game til the end the option doesnt appear Please fix this problem! Otherwise this is a good game but if you fix these problems then well enjoy this game more and more! Thank you.

Please update the table level for fairness. Most players with billions of coin are matched up against players with million coins and they always end up leaving the match before the game starts. There needs to be a high level table devision for skill players so the match is interesting and fair. Also, a lot of players like our self are stuck with guest accounts with billions of coins and cannot play on new device or delete and reinstall the app because the coins will disappear. Please update the app so we can create official account and keep those coins intact and play freely on new cell phone device. We will be awaiting for your reply and update our review stars. There is one aspect of the app which makes the whole experience sour. There is no way to match players (partners) with similar experience. More often than not we get novices across the table.
It's a well made game. We wish you could choose to be partners with people who know how to ply the game.

Nice game. Good graphics. Just too many ads in game. One ad per level. Maybe one ad every five levels or ten levels. Even better if none at all.
