We started playing when the game first came out in we linked our account to Facebook but we cant find our original severe or our old account we switched from android to iPhone we were close to level 100.
We cant get in our acc we will like to no wy.
When we updated our Iphone to xs max we realized it was not compatible with it.
Cant get out of the summon screen when summoning a character we have to keeping restarting the game all the time but the game still brings us there we cant click out of the summoning screen please help.
Whenever we opened the game we would just get killed instantly and it was annoying cause we used to play the original Tachi Panda and this is just sad.
Dont waste your time playing this game there are a lot of hacker here we were fighting a boss in dungeon where you cant see on the world map but they can trace and find your position and kill you no we would not recommend this game to friends we reported the issue to the gm and they did not help at all poor customer service.
Almost a month ago we sent Snail customer service an email, reporting a player using a bug/cheating system to attack other players in the game and boost his dmg on his character he is using and we still haven't receive a response of what they found out. Either NO action has been taken against this particular player. A lot of people has spent a lot of money in this game and it's not fair that Snail just ignore these types of reports when these players are using a bug to cheat the system. That should be against Snail policies. This really affects the gaming experience of other players. We look forward to see an improvement in their game security platform.
Very bad game and bad management. They not ban all cheating player, hack and mod allowed in this game. Not worth it to play this game, only wasting your time and your money.
Iused to have the game a while ago, we tried to get on again and it will load the intro screen and kick us off to our homescreen, what do we do?plz answer us back.

This game would be fun if the creators actually took the time to keep bugs and cheaters out the game. If u want to give them $10,000, they'll make it fun for you. Other than that, don't waste your time.
Most bad reviews are true. And yes pay to play no question. They allow hackers as well guess spending may not matter either at some point. Before the last update it was way better now that its all balanced its pretty bad.. Now that TP3 our they dont really do much to advance this game so play with a higher risk of disappointment.
Im connected with our Facebook account and it says failed to share login to Facebook. Im upset cause there goes the rewards for sharing when our character levels up we cant receive them. Fix it.

This game was worth 5 stars until the latest update. Now a message saying a new version exists please restart your game continually shows on our screen. Please fix and we will rate 5 stars.
We really love this game, it controls well and has great gameplay. We just wish you could do something offline, maybe the campaign or something.
This game is a great game amongst the great games ,everything is very nice ,nice storyline,graphics, so on .But one thing make players mad it's when u spend your time fighting a dungeon boss in the realm someone's coming out nowhere and kill you ,because is level is bigger than u ,developer now we hope u fix that for us and we will rate u more .3 stars for now.

Sent about 40 emails when they deleted our account and never even got a response. Some people have spent 5000 us DOLLARS for their gear it's a joke…. Literally nobody plays anymore and it's all automated you don't even play! The people you see are puns are fake players and they don't respond it's all a scam plz don't even play this trash.
This game is Far the best!! But the boos war and pvp and battlefield are totally unbalanced pls make a update that involves balanced blood war like for 25-65 level because that's where am at every time we enter blood war we get killed by level 110 all the time it's frustrating!! Also in battle field when we go queue we loose all our 9 chances all we get teamed up with levels like us vs other people 110 higher and in pvp we get matched with very high levels and we loose points for it! Snail pls fix and we will put this 5 star.

In this game, you have to be VIP 12 to edit your squad??? That's enough reason for us to stop playing this. That's ridiculous.
Exactly what the title says. You guys are very desperate.
You need spend thousands of dollars to compete with others or you can grind all day 24/7 for a whole year without spending then you're good.
This game is fun, but it has horrible issues with lag and worst of all, you have to spend a minimum of $2000 on in game purchases if you want to even compete with midlevel players. We beg everyone to stay away from any games made by Snail because they are all like this. They also have the worst customer support of any company we've ever dealt with other than Comcast.
Honestly, played this game for 6 months with only spending $15. It was fun leveling up and getting to those milestones, but PVP isn't even an option for us. 1 million might and we still get crushed beyond belief. It's very unbalanced, and you will fall behind if you don't keep spending money. Be warned! Unless you have thousands to throw away, competing in this game is a joke. Snail, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
This game pvp is unbalanced and its not worth doing pvp unless you 100+.
We really love Taichi Panda, but we really didn't know what to expect from this, but we wasn't pleased. We could barely get past the tutorial, it was way to cringy. Sound dialogue was different from text dialogue and the sound dialogue would often repeat itself or get cut of short. We don't even know what else is wrong with this app because we just couldn't continue on.
Too many bugs, everything isn't working.
Let us tell ye something, this game right here? 10/10, the best, no other can compete.

Great game love it since the first one but it seemed to have erased all our data =/ So we just started playing this one. Great graphics bit would like to get all our old weapons we worked so hard to acquire. Keep at it snail and don't stop =D.

This is a pay to win game, we get that but if you want to spend money be careful because these people have poor language skills and their programming is so bad so when you go to purchase something the words overlap and you cannot tell what it says. We spent $300 to try to get a mount and they overlapped the wording so bad that we could not read the reward said one of three. Well we clicked on the wrong one and when we contacted them to clarify it they purposely waited after 48 hours of our purchase so we could not get refund from google play store! They led us on asking for a screen shot of our purchase which we provided then waited another 3 days to say they cannot help us to go to their webpage before making a purchase so we can read full purchase details. They don't care how much money you spend or what the situation is they just care to take you're money. Another situation is Love All event. Players on the whole server were suppose to get rewards when we got 5 level 15 VIP players (people who pay a lot of money) well we got our fifth and they did not give rewards. Then they removed the love all event altogether. They are crooks. The game is ok if you don't wanna spend money but good luck having fun when you're being 1 shot in pvp because pvp is not balanced.

Had to restart because after so long of quitting we came back and didn't know our info. Tried to do the instances which we should be able to complete but can't because you either have to solo or invite. So if you're just starting out you're screwed because nobody on the servers wanna help. Uninstalling again.
When you allow high level gold and platinum VIP players to run around and kill low level players just trying to earn gold and experience, then what's the fricking point of playing this game? To give you money? No thanks. We'll look elsewhere for a BETTER game.
Look we like the game but when we battle the demon monster which is on lvl 3 our game crashes can u guys plz make an update for this bug we wont delete it though ill just wait until we can update it so we can play happily with our brother thx :).

Best game we ever played it is so fun and fast pase game but people are really mean too on this game but by far our faverite game.
We love the game but waiting for the thing to download is annoying u should be able to download the game and the updates downloaded into it we hope u guys can do that.
It keeps telling us there is a new version, when we click on update, the only option that appears is "open". Can you please fix this, so we can continue to play.
Let's be honest, the gameplay is alright but there are a lot of things wrong with it. For starter, you have three characters, which is cool but why does the female assassin sound like a boy when you can clearly tell her form is female. When you get into the game, you have subtitles that are handy to understand the monsters, but why does the voices do not collaborate with the subtitles. It makes no sense. And last but not least, for some people, like ourselves, would want to walk around freely, but there is no marker or arrow pointing to the next quest. Also, make it so that you can actually click on the npc. These are all things that we would fix to make the game more RPG-ish.
We can't even log in anymore,it says our account password is wrong when we know it's correct and 1 day we were playing just fine,then the next day,it says that we have 0%download progress and 0 K/B's speed,when there is over 200Megabytes,that's enough to even play the game,we are a level 35,we wanna play the game again,but we can't,we would hate it if we had to restart the game,but if we can't play The game,we won't even play it all,THATS WHY we WILL GIVE THIS 1 STAR.
We need help we were on level 20 and when we signed in again it started us all over we will give it five stars once game developers fix this we worked hard to get to level twenty.
