This game is addictive but we think its weird that the bonus wheel and amounts arent increased as your level increases. Ive spent an embarrassing amount and sad to say the bonuses dont bonus after a while. Free coins should drastically increase after each level or VIP status earned. We get the goal of any company is to make money but theres no way a level 1 bonus should be the same as a level 30, 40, 50 etc. Specifically the bonus wheel and rewards with each level up. This game is great because its not visually all over the place, but it needs a payout update ASAP!!! And incentivize more when people pay please. We love this game we have been playing for years we were at level VIP 51 Diamond and the game keep freezing it didnt matter what game we were playing we purchase coins and we were charge but never get the coins it says Collect but again it froze so we had to clear it we didnt want to uninstalled and then reinstalled it back because we did it before and we had to start over from level one again we were at Diamond level and have to start over and customer service was no help after we spend hundreds of dollars per month and as soon as you buy the coins you lose it in seconds they would not give us the coins we lost and would not put us back to the level we were at we only stay with the game because we love to play it but we would not recommend this game to anyone.
