What yall did to Joe was diabolical omg, it should have been Daniel Replaying this entire series and its SO good. Genuinely cant put it down.
The recent update (version 8.9) is kind of laggy(?) we guess you could say. So far Im not a fan of it. It feels slow and like its stuttering when playing, lagging.
This is our second time playing after a few years and your imagination is great! Thank you for the deep and caring storylines it keeps you so involved and rooting for them. We love the hands on operation and other interesting fun things to do. Please keep up this level of game making. The new ones arent the same. Thanks.
We love this game its really fun to play and we love the story line. Normally when we play a game that has a lot of cutscenes we skip them but with this game we actually enjoy reading. We like how they made it like a soap opera.
We have never had a video game make us bawl at the storyline, but Hearts Medicine 2 did it. We love how wonderful Allison and all the other characters are, and we play the game constantly just to find out what will happen next!!! We love it, love it, love it.
We enjoy this game because the rewards are free there is no actual money For the rewards. We like the storyline. HM keeps our attention going. We think The characters are great and real and cute.

We used to play this game on our iPod when we were little and absolutely loved it! We were so excited to play again, and we can honestly say it is one of our favorite games! Overall just a good game, not to many ads and they dont pile on in app purchases! We love this game!! Lol.
We love the hearts medicine games. The only part we didnt care for was the last stage of levels in the operating room. Theres just so many different stations in there, we found it impossible to keep up. Loved everything else though.

If you enjoy time management games then the Hearts Medicine series is really good. Plus the game does a good job with its story and characters and you really root for your main character Allison. Its like playing an episode of Greys Anatomy. We enjoy the mini games too. Also Connor > Daniel.
Best game we have played that involve the hospital.
We really liked this game and its story. It definitely kept us intrigued as to what was going to happen. The only gripe we have is the need to replay a level multiple times to get all the stars. That part of it was just a little annoying to us. Otherwise great.
We enjoy the game, but itd be nice if there was a way to tell or remember if you found the hamster before the shift ends like there was in the first game.

Im really enjoying this game but it seems buggy. There have been challenges( the ones involving finding all of Olivers family) that we have successfully completed more than once yet at the end we dont get the award for it which is irritating. Also the ultrasound and X-ray mini games need to be slowed down.

Okie so first off, we got the game watched the first cutscene thing, then played the first level. After we finished the first level we tried to play the second level, but the game wouldnt let us. The screen just went black and the loading sign popped up. At first we just thought no big deal its just loading… Nope it kept loading forever. So we got off and tried to replay the first level, because we didnt get all the stars so LoL, the same black screen and loading sign. This didnt seem to happen to anyone else that sent a review. So we tried to use the restore button, it didnt work. Then we tried to reset our phone ( we tried resetting it like twice). It still didnt work. We are still not able to play the game :/ . We really dont know what to do. Please, please, please respond. Btw we have other Gamehouse games they are really fun we wrote reviews on them too. PLEASE READ THEM TOO :( . This game seemed really fun too though. Again please respond. Thank you sooo much :).
We paid for the full game we have it on our Android phone but it will not restore on our iPhone 7plus.
Im on level four and we cant play it. We had the game before and finished it but we dont remember how we got passed the glitch. When we had it before though, it was real fun. Please help us with this glitch… We really want to play.
For some reason it always crashes and u cant stitch the guy it skips it and freezes when you first load in and sometimes the sound would crash hope it gets fixed because this. Was our favorite game when we were little.
We just switched from a kindle fire to an iPad and have been re-buying the games we love; Hearts medicine and delicious Emily games. We paid the 9.99( we have no problem buying because we love them and want to own them) but we have to play each level 3 times plus watch ads to reach five stars on each level. This is so frustrating because we love collecting everything, but HATE having to re-play every level several times and its taking forever to get to the different depts. We miss the 3 star old way and Im not sure if we will buy the others if they are like this.
We used to play this was wanting to replay but now it says we have to watch ads and we have the Gamehouse Subscription but it keeps asking us to subscribe this is the only Ganehouse game that does this its so infuriating to pay for a subscription and not have access to this one game this needs to get fixed Ive uninstalled reinstalled tried the restor purchase option nothing works we even tried canceling and resubscribing when our next month came up due and still it doesnt work its completely killed the game for us.
Love the game but it wont let us go past level 10 even after playing the challenges! It didnt give us our diamonds for challenge 4 &5! Would love for this issue to be fixed so we could keep playing.
We have played the Hearts Medicine series a lot, including this game. We absolutely love them and would have given it a 5 stars review in the past. However, we hate the new update to get 5 stars on each level. It takes at least 3 perfect plays on each level with gold heart patients and this is using the double score ad watch every single time. It used to be 3 stars on each level, which is still the case for HM Season 1. Change it back.
This game used to be so much better, the more recent updates make it impossible to keep playing the game without spending money (unless you want to play each level three times that is). Before this it was really fun and those levels that you can play are as well.
So far so good to pass the time good game if you like doctors or hospital stuff pretty neat to us lol.
We like the game so far but like why do we have to replay so many times to get new levels? Why not just add more levels or decrease the star amount like seriously and kinda hate that everyone makes the main girl to be dumb.
The game played well until we got to radiology. Then it glitched and glitched. She got stuck several times and would not move from the spot. We would click on thinks and it wouldnt pick them up.
Ive been playing through the available iPhone Gamehouse games, and this is the first one we didnt finish. Normally we love the sweet stories but the tedium of being FORCED to play levels OVER and OVER just to get all the available diamonds and stars was infuriating. IMO there should be a way to get the top score in one play of a round. But if you are a completionist like us, and want to collect every reward and prize, you MUST play each round multiple times to get there. Plus as someone else mentioned the character you play is a moron. No thanks. Deleted it. Moving on to the next game and hoping for better.
The game is great; however, the ads wont let us click out of them. There isnt an X at the top. You press the close button but it wont close the ad. It continue the video and wont even let us click off after it ends. We have to continue to close out of the game until they wont play that specific ad anymore.
Our rating would have been 5 stars, but for the change that has us completely upset. We bought the game May 27, 2016 and have played it over and over from then to now. We love all of the Hearts Medicine and all of the Delicious games. We just finished Hearts Medicine- Season One and wanted to do the series in order. To our shock, we realized we wasnt earning stars like we always had been able to before. NOW they offer you to watch an ad saying it will double your score- which isnt actually true as we tried it. This is infuriating! We paid for all our games so we dont have to worry about those pesky ads! So now its inflicted upon us anyway? We stopped playing it on the first level because its so frustrating! Im afraid to try Hearts Medicine Hospital Heat or any of our many Delicious games! Are they all going to be like that? What a damper that put on our game playing.
The gameplay was fun and enjoyable but it didnt have a good amount of mini games and we play a lot of games like this and its really fun to just sit down and play those games but again those games lacked something so we just think the game could use a little work is all.
It is taking forever to load on level two.
Why am we getting ads in this game? We have the monthly game pass with Gmaehouse and it seems we cant get a full 5 stars without watching ads and between each levelads. What am we paying 10 dollars a month for? Am we missing something.
Paying for a GHOS and still getting ads between levels and nudged to watch videos to get a higher score? Game is all right, but the ad/money grubbing feels like trash.
You have to play the same boards over and over to get enough stars to progress.
We love that because we really want to be with you and our family thanks for everything.
Not a challenging game at all. Theres no way to get 5 stars in one play of the level, so you just have to watch videos and play again for the extra points. Wheres the time management? Should have left it with 3 stars per level. Now, to get all the trophies, you HAVE to play each level 2 or 3 times. Doubt Ill be finishing this one.
We recently subscribed to the monthly GH yet we still receive ads before playing every level and the Restore option is doing nothing to recognize this. We really was excited to play this game as we played 3 other games with no issue. Extremely disappointing. We might just have to cancel.
We originally had this game on PC, and was so excited to see its on mobile as well! Unfortunately, after we completed the first level, we found that the second level would not load, despite minutes of waiting! All we get is a black screen. Too bad, as we were hoping to see how the story turns out. Hope they fix this.
