Community Insight:
Pleeeeaaaase BIG FISH we need more of these games to be available on iPad.
This is the best game for a trial its a long game.
This game had all the necessary ingredients. Good Graphics, ease of use, diverse puzzles and HOSs, and the ability to play our own music with it. To top it off the storyline kept us intrigued.
We love this game. Nice story, pretty graphics, not a lot of dark gory depressing scenes and the puzzles throughout are entertaining and not too hard.
We really like this game so far. Very lifelike characters and the puzzles are a step up from what is usually offered on Hidden games.
We think the App Store has mixed up reviews for this game with another. This is an Eipix game, and the mini games are easy to medium easy in difficulty. The recent other reviews for this game have said the mini games are too hard and mentioned Blue Tea as the developer. We bought this game because we like challenging mini games, but these were not at all.
Good game but the Mimi games are too hard and we dont like hitting the skip button. Hitting skip irritates us and makes us feel stupid. We liked the HO games and the fact that you can play match three. We really like Blue Tea games – the graphics are great – but the Mimi games are getting to hard. We like playing the games after work but we dont want to have a engineering degree to play them.
We really like this one so far. A couple of the puzzles so far have been pretty dumb though. Otherwise there are a few different ways to use found things than usual. Not a lot of running back and forth ,progression is smooth. The map is good, shows where you still have something to do and will take you there. On sale so am buying full version ,dont buy very many.
Lethal Letters, another game from EIPIX in the Danse Macabre series, has much to commend it but also suffers from some glitches and outdated controls. There are three levels of difficulty; however, the "casual" option is the only one that indicates places with active tasks on the map and includes helpful comments. We tried the game on the moderate and challenging levels and there were far too many occasions where it was impossible to figure out the next step without a clue. We think this is the only game we've ever played using the casual option. The map enables teleportation, but can be hard to navigate because none of the scenes are labeled or named. You have only a rough layout of the environment. There is no journal, although you can track overall objectives through the casual option. We missed the journal particularly because there were many written clues and plot notes provided during the game. Often we inadvertently clicked too fast and never had the chance to read them. We did enjoy the somewhat novel storyline, and gameplay lasted several hours. There is a bonus chapter that adds about 45 minutes. The graphics were fine but not extraordinary. Most of the HOPs are word lists, but some involve silhouettes or riddles. The minigames are easy to moderate in complexity. There are collectible handbells, most of which we found hard to spot. A nice touch, though, is that the game extras let you find the handbells you missed by telling you the scenes in which they appear. There are also souvenirs (one per scene) that you can collect after the bonus chapter is completed. Finally, the game would've benefited from some more QA testing. For example, in the first scenes, a character that you rescue is simultaneously shown as safe and in peril on the screen, and you are still directed to save him. On a few occasions, the map failed to indicate any active tasks or directed us to a scene where we could not get through anything. Our rating is closer to 3 1/2 stars, but because we overall found this entertaining and purchased this on sale, we rounded up to four.
The game was okay. To be honest 6.99 for this to much and not lengthy like other ones we played.
We have played this game several times and we do like it as all the games in this format, but we miss that you have chosen not to make anymore like this. Thanks for letting us share.
Enjoyed the game. One complaint though is the mini games. They put way to much thought into them. Making them long, confusing and boring. Shortly after playing a few we just waited for the Skip button to fill so we could skip them. The hos were good except for how dark they were making it very hard to find items. Overall it was a pretty good game though.
We downloaded this game after clicking on the sale- $2.99. We went to unlock it and you wanted to charge us $6.99. So we stopped and deleted the app. We went back in and tried agin but it doesnt work. This is the second time this has happened. The first time we didnt catch it until we had already paid. This isnt right.
