We are very much enjoying playing this game: it started out quite easy but Im now up to level 53 and its definitely becoming more of a challenge- Ive had to use hints a few times. We love that there are no ads, and the game isnt constantly trying to get us to buy items we dont need. Cant wait to see how much harder it will get.
We play this on almost every international flight for years now because its one of the only games (or really apps of any kind) that doesnt require cell or WiFi connection. Well designed and game play is smooth and intuitive.
Any chance you are planning to expand and add more levels? We absolutely LOVE this game, for about a year now it has been our go-to whenever our wife is doing something and we have some time to kill. It is very entertaining, and we actually look forward to any time we can play a little. The only downside at the moment is that we have completed all 204 levels and, as we dont want to reset it and start over, now just check in daily to get a few more free hints and hope there will be more levels added soon. We are a huge fan of word games and would highly recommend this for anyone else who is also. Keep up the good work.
Only the mix again button doesnt work. But with an update quick fix. Easy to exchange languages, which we find cool.
We are in our 60s and find this good for our memory. We play it every day and have been playing for over 2 years. Keeps our mind sharp.
In a recent update, the developer removed the score/ranking feature. This has made the app much less enjoyable.
We can glance at many puzzles and know immediately what at least some of the answers are because there is so much repetition, and so many repeats of words with at least somewhat distinct spellings/letters (e.g. Pyramid, eyebrow, unicorn). Also, occasionally words we cant find in any dictionary are answers.
Live this game, but recently you took the free spins away And we had alot of spins now they are all gone. Very disappointed. Give them back we earned them.
We have been a loyal player of the iPad version of this game since it was first developed. Unfortunately, the developers removed the landscape view from the most recent update. We will be removing this game from our iPad. Too bad. It was a great game.

Great game but crashes on us every time on level 10-5.

Just started playing this game, and its okay. Our problem is with the kettle, which never seams to count any extra words. Since when is rest or stand no longer words? It included a few, but its aggravating since there are tons of extra words that Im swiping but its not counting.
In just the first three levels Ive had word combos that say beat wife wife was the first word beat was the second. Then we had gang hit slave this is appropriate for a game. Do better developers. You can create better word combinations that those.
This game needs a help option. At one point all of the words we suggested were not accepted then the game froze. If developers do not give complete directions they must deal with the loss of many players who get frustrated trying to learn the rules of the game. What is intuitively obvious to one potential player may not be to every player. How difficult is it to provide useful directions.
The game has a feature where it purports to count the number of players on a given page of game levels. The numbers dont change and have no bearing in reality. This can be a fun game, but these fake numbers really detract from the game overall for us. It would be better to actually have a way to gauge your progress among all the players to have a real incentive to continue…we would give this game 4 or 5 stars if it werent being deceptive and will update our review and rating if this issue is ever addressed.
We love this app. We are using it to improve our Spanish. We keep a dictionary open for when we get a new word, so we don't mind when it repeats words. Can't stop. Great tech support. We did it. We finally finished the whole app. It took us several years. We will miss it. What will we do while we're sitting on the toilet.

U have a glitch, Im stuck!! It has the wrong letters frozen.
One of the best word games we have played, beware very addictive but lots of fun.
Love game BUT. It is FROZEN….has been for hours…..do not want to reboot…dont want to lose position…help.
Great game until it had a blue letters glitch at level 75.
We actually love this game. The problem is that Im currently on a puzzle that wants us to spell two words BUT both words contain frozen letters. Therefore, its impossible for us to complete the puzzle and move forward in the game. We sent an email to the developer, but never heard a reply on our issue. And this is why Ive given this game one star. We dont appreciate getting hooked and now Im left dangling.

Really liked the game, but it froze mid-spell. Deleted it, but It wont re-install. 2days later playing again…it works! Lost our history tho The how to play doesnt tell you everything.
We love this word game! The word puzzles are a great mix of easy and challenging. It is very well presented with plenty of levels. There are plenty of ways to earn hints. Lastly, we find the music and sound effects engaging. Great choice.
Took our money and did not give the hints we paid for.
Since the latest update this stops all music and podcasts. Thats worth an immediate uninstall.
We recently change phones and our progress didnt save. We thought we were connected to Facebook with the game. Not happy to be starting over from 1 again.
Nice app so far but level one of the Spanish version does not seem to work (it freezes at the word ala).
Just started playing this….. IT IS ADDICTIVE.
After getting this game and playing it for years we get a notification yesterday (12-26-2018) that if we hit play we agree to automatically be charged $3.99 per WEEK to play this game, no other option. We guess they decided to penalize people for not purchasing hints so they came up with this scheme to force you to pay them the money they thought theyd make off people needing to buy hints. We were up to level 83 and had over 1000 hints stockpiled and now we cant play anymore.
Two separate times we paid for hints and neither one of them are added to our game.
It really is fun and we like the way they do the adds. You pick when to watch them and you get a reward for it. However, once we reached level 22 things got glitchy. It seems like in trying to make more challenging puzzles they end up with impossibly gridlocked ones because there are letters iced out on ALL words. No way to unlock the frozen letters, no way to advance. When we started this game it was 5 stars, now we're down to one star.
Im always looking for a good new word game and this one has been pretty good so far. Great for a quick game when you have a few minutes of downtime.
This app is great, very challenging and great for killing time. We like what they did with the ads, you only watch them when you want to.

Lots of fun and easy to learn. Great difficulty as you move up levels.
Using the same words over and over.
This game is fun to play with a good interface and a large number of puzzles built in. The major flaw is that it doesn't recognize a huge number of valid english words and that is completely frustrating. Additionally, there is a lot of repetition of some words. If these two issues could be addressed, this would easily be a five star game.
We were thoroughly enjoying this game until we reached level 28 and tried to buy hints. Took our money but didnt load the hints. Still waiting for an answer from the developer.
Our boyfriend says we need to better maintain our time. We say we must be under a spell.
We like the graphics of this game. It's easy to learn. We look forward to climbing up to the other levels.

We don't like that you have to try different combinations of cubes, and which words you have to do first so the rest will fit without having to start over. Like others have said, using way too many hints.
Not happy with the update. We like that you can now find the words in a different order, but we're not happy that you can't tell which words have letters under ice. And we're finding ourselves using way more hints than before because the hints rotate between all the words in the puzzle. We may delete soon because these new changes are frustrating.
So far we're loving this game… Can't wait to get to more challenging levels.
Why did the format change? We hate it and don't think we will be playing any longer.
