We just got this app and at first we were like Ok, it sounds fine, Ill play it but right as we joined the game it just gave us an ad and then when we started to play a little longer all we got was ad, ad, and more ads. This game seems like it would be fun if it wasnt for all the ads.
Hi this is Carolyn and we used to love the Cook Baked Lasagna game and even more so with the additional games added. But now that the only way to unlock everything is by buying everything this game is not as good anymore. Why cant you just make it so you have to watch a video in order to unlock everything permanently? Because of the new buy everything in order to unlock everything setting Im only giving this game three stars and am deleting it and to everyone that want to download this game please read this review. If you want to spend $5 to unlock everything, thats your choice. But its not the money aspect its the fact that this in app purchases setting is a completely out of the blue setting which is not good.
We purchased this game for our daughter who enjoys some of the activities, however even after paying for all unlocks, the game is still deeply embedded with ads and clicks bait that as a toddler she does not understand. All she wants to do is be able to make pasta and blend drinks and yes she is constantly bombarded by ads to install other games she does not want. This plus a lack of a back button and buggy interactions menas sometimes the game gets stuck and the only way for her to continue is to quit entirely.. This is incredibly predatory behavior for an app developer that is targeting young children.
This is too hard for our very skilled 5yr old. Reading is required, the mini games arent clear, the mechanics are difficult. We paid 4.99 to unlock everything and still get ads. Some of which are not appropriate for our 5yr old.
Our child is having the time of her life playing this.
Im just going for the rest of the day and then Im just off to bed so Im getting this game all over again and again so Im going to get a new game tomorrow for a few weeks so Ill let you know if you need anything else with your game.
We love this game and we love how our family can play it and our friends so cool and amazing.
It is a fun game but like am to old to play it but heres a 3 star bye.
