Why do you take money only wont credit account!!! Ive spent a lot of money here and used to enjoy this app so very much. There have been glitches that has taken a ton of coins from us during coin re-spins on a couple of games when betting 12,000,000.00 coins (or less and its happened more than once) Ive tried for a couple of weeks to get someone to just respond to our email to ask if they credit those coins back to us because it was a MASSIVE loss. NO response. During the re-spin, coins (some jackpots!!) will lock into place and when it resets to three more spins, that coins disappears and does NOT come back. We guess its time to spend hundreds of dollars elsewhere.
