So the app just updated with its new revamp style. It just made it so much harder to find games and have the games organized in the app. No one really wants to play daily games that have nothing to do with the main games that are supposed to be distributed. On top of that you took away the cards that most of us have taken a lot of time to collect and some of us did not even get to finish to collections. We understand wanting to update and give it a new look, but this is too much at one time with no warning whatsoever. Adding new features to the app wouldve been great as a test to see how customers react. To completely change everything overnight, its too much.
Imma make a long story short. Is the bomb is relaxing is our binding or ours binding we love to play this game because it humbles our soul and our mind.
Ive been a huge fan of Gamehouse Games for few years now. The Barbarous series being our favorite. This year there hasnt been much. Secret Diaries has been released on Google Play since June and nothing for IOS. It feels this year there has been so little. As much as we want to be stupidly upset, we love the stories and know you all are hard workers, cannot wait for more stories<3.
We paid the $9.99 twice and both months we still have ads. We love these games. However, we have sent 2 messages through GameHouse and no response. Please respond.
We normally love this app for keeping us up to date on all your new games, however it seems like recently that youre not releasing new games on Apple? We keep waiting for them to drop but its been months since they were released on Android devices and when we go to the Apple Store they arent even available for preorder.
Hi, GameHouse! We just wanna say we love all your games. We love the storylines and the characters. We play these games all the time on repeat but theres something thats bothering us. Its about when you have new games coming out or like tons of new games on the list. Its always for Android first but then, IOS gets left behind. You always release them or let Android preorder them but not IOS. Its super unfair. Ive been so excited and we keep looking out for them but we never see them. Im on IOS, not Android.
We had every Emily Angela, etc., game from game house and keep them all in a separate iPad. Having to have chemotherapy due to a cancer we enjoyed playing these games during our treatment treatments. But now Im so disappointed that we cannot purchase a full game. Even when it went up five dollars we purchased the game so we could play it whenever. We do not see an option now to purchase the full game without buying a subscription. We guess no more from game house for us.
We overall love all of the games and have previously bought the subscription before but this time when we bought it, it no longer does what its supposed to do (no adds) and we have emailed GameHouse and they have not responded. We would just like our subscription to work or a refund for what was paid for.
The app isnt easy to understand or find series for us. Id like to be able to find any game Im searching for easily, and find the order they were made in AND the link to the app for the game (which should be expected, no?) That being said, the games themselves are a hit or miss for us. The new ones seem like copies that arent as immersive and not as well done. Still, we REALLY like the delicious game series, the design one (forget the name Emilys sister ), Sallys Spa.. The older games. Ive bought maybe a dozen, maybe upwards of 20, before the subscription service was available. We did just get the subscription for a month to try out more games (maybe we need to give them a chance) but the subscription stopped working! Hit the restore button but it just happens again. Unfortunately it happened right after we left a critical review on one of the games, so thats a lot of negatives that are piling up for us. The negative on that review was that a lot of the newer series dont have stores in them so there is no changes to items being sold (gets redundant quick) and there is no store to give yourself upgrades (move faster, more patience, etc..) TL;DR there are a variety of fun titles, a few are great and others are meh. The subscription is worth it if you play this type of have all the time, but be careful as it is unreliable and may take legwork to fix. If you dont play that often but like this type of thing, try the games and buy the ones you want (keep a photo copy of the purchase to restore later when you want to play again a min a few years and have an issue with it asking you to buy again). The ones we listed alone are our top recommendations that are still available).
Love Emily/Delicious games, and have been a fan one the beginning. When we are there was a new game in the Delicious realm, we were very excited. We had the mantle subscription, so we assumed we had access to all games. Wrong! It asked us to buy a subscription, when we already had it enable to play the games ad free. We wrote in and tried everything to get the game to work. Needless to say we need received communication back from the customer support team and so we angled our subscription. Beware with this app and how Game House does things. It feels like they are giving you the world, but then scam you out of your money. Sad, as we really like the games. Its almost worth playing with the ads as the customer service team need gets back to you.
Cant open the app keeps saying we have no internet connection but we do. This happened after the recent update.
We dont know what happened, we just cant open it any more.
This app itself is fine and works good, but a lot of the older games are glitchy or simply don't work on newer iPhones. We feel like they really need to update their older games or get rid of them completely. Trying to go through the games in chronological order is a nightmare so far. The games that actually work are very good and engaging, but please fix these games or discontinue them.

This is such an awesome app. We know if we pick a game from here its gonna be enjoyable. We love the stories and The game play is super satisfying. Would love to find more of these in the future.

The main issue we have with this app is the question marks that appear when you open card packs instead of the pictures of the characters that are supposed to instead.
We cancelled our subscription because they kept insisting we needed to subscribe on each game. We ended up paying multiple times. So, its been aewhole and there are new games and here we are. Pay our money and no access -and no reply to our email. Its fun but they make you work for it in addition to ten bucks a month.
Since the update the app doesnt open. We click on it and it closes. Please fix it! We have been using this app for years without any problem.
Ive been using this app as long as we can remember but now we cant even open it so we cancelled our membership since no one is getting back to us so we can use it again. We think its been 6 months! Dont waste your time downloading the app. They wont fix it if you have an issue. They keep promising to fix but never do it. We guess Im finally done.
Update 2/17/2023: And the developer responds with a stupid question. This tells us that they dont really thoroughly read the reviews When we received a notification that there are cards ready to view, and the box is opened and there are cards completed, they disappear when we go find them. This happens every single time. What is the point of this little game.
What is up?? This app crashes every single time we open it! Ive been trying to open it for months! We keep thinking it will finally get a bug fix. But nope. Cant every get into the app. :(.
We love gmehouse games but we didnt get. Chance to enjoy our free trial it kept closing out the games plz re do our free subscription.

Every time we pull the app up it automatically closes. It is constantly closing. It acts like it will come up but then fails. Its annoying. It used to work but not any more. Love the games but we never know whats new or anything.

All the one star reviews mention that when they open this app it crashes. It has been many many months. Please do not tell us the same response: to email game house with game house ID, because the app needs to be fixed, thats it. It crashes over and over again and the r developers need to fix the bug. That is the solution, not asking consumers again and again to email. Its absurd and makes the developers act like they dont care to fix it and in complete denial.

Gamehouse games have fallen off so much over the last few years, and adding you can buy this game in five days because we canceled the subscription that was worthless is just another bad choice made by the gaming company. We really loved all their games and eagerly purchased all the games when they FINALLY put out new ones, but more you guys have gone too far. We dont know how many customers you guys are losing, but you have definitely lost our pocketbook. Do better gamehouse.
We would love to be able to actually use this app, its completely up to date- Ive deleted and redownloaded multiple times but no matter what it refuses to work. The app can get to the Home Screen before crashing completely.

The app will not even open. Ive had a subscription for years and we have had problems for just as long but now we cant even get the thing to open. We have had a subscription to gamehouse for years and bought the games before the subscription feature even came out. Why now are the ads interrupting the games and having to watch them to play the diamond levels? If we have a subscription we shouldnt have to have ad interruption. Why add the pay to have no ads feature now? Restoring doesnt even work. Very disappointed and about to cancel our subscription.
We paid $99 for the annual subscription because we love the games and it gives us access to all the games without having to buy each one individually, PLUS its supposed to eliminate the ads. We still get ads, and when we entered a help request through the app, we were sent a link to reset our password. Not even closely related to our issue. Dont waste your money.
We love these games but we reactivated our subscription recently and it hasnt given us any of the benefits Im supposed to get. We tried to contact support through the game and they tell us to email them and then the email tells us to contact them through the game. Just a big run around. Not worth loosing $9.99. Oh and the app doesnt work anymore apparently.

The app crashes when we try to open it on ios.
We are glad there is an app to view all of the Gamehouse original stories, as there are so many. We are a paying subscriber who loves these games. This app doesnt seem to be well developed for tablets which is a bummer; the graphics are a bit blurry on our iPad. Most of all we wish a part of the app either tracked which games Ive played or had a checklist where we could check off the games Ive played. It can be hard to keep track over time. Otherwise its a solid, decent app for its intended use.
Why am we paying 9.99 a month for the game house subscription to have access to all the games but when we download them to play after several levels it wants us to buy the game? Isnt that the point of the subscription is to have access to any of the game house games to play.

We hold a subscription to Gamehouse and we love the games, but this app is so lacking. First of all, please add a landscape mode for the iPad and iPhone. Its so hard to use it when youre on an iPad with a keyboard attached in landscape mode. Update the resolution of the interface. It looks really bad on the iPad Pro. Make it so that you can mark games that you have installed and are in progress so that you dont have to remember everything that has been downloaded. Especially when you are playing through multiple games at the same time. Let us mark games that we have completed so that we can keep track of what has been finished and how many games are left to go to complete the catalog. This will also prevent re-downloading games that you have already completed, but forgotten about. These changes would make this app so much more useful. Right now it feels like it was slapped together in 3 minutes in a basement with no direction whatsoever. Considering the quality of Gamehouse games we know they can do better and we hope you guys will use our suggestions.
Why do we subscribe to the game house stories and then have to subscribe individually to games paying more money?! So $9.99 a mo for the gh subscription but then each game is also $9.99 a mo cause the gh sub wont sync even after doing the code crap.
We love game house games but Im disappointed to say that we pay for a monthly subscription for years now and the subscription does not register in games as promised. There are still ads & the games still ask you to buy for $9.99. Which defeats the purpose of having a game house subscription. This has been ongoing for over a year now. Fix the problem dont just put a bandaid on the issue by offering a free month.
