Community Insight:

What a refreshing, unique puzzle! We love the noir theme and enjoyed the story. Others have suggested text but we think that would take away from what it is now and make it too main stream / predictable. We like it exactly how it is and look forward to the next one.

This was a good series for puzzle games! Framed 1, Framed 2, please make a framed 3! Where its more than just the man, the girl, and the bad guy. We hope it shows a team of bad guys and a team of good guys. Seriously, framed is really good. Gotta make more games.

This is easily the classiest puzzle game Ive ever played. Its not just a boring room with puzzles, this game has charm and is amazingly clean.

This game was enjoyable and better than the first game. Thanks for all your hard work and development. The ending was a little sad though but it is a great game. GOOD JOB.

We love this game and the original, thank you for creating them! Please make more, they are so much fun.

We love both of the games and if u make a third one we would totally buy it.

Although fun and the right amount of challenge, we finished the game in a day (and Im no game or strategy genius) so thats kind of frustrating that we had to spend $5 for a game we finished in less than 24 hours.

Can you guys help us in sync our game levels between our iPhone and iPad, so we can continue playing in both devices? Im putting 3 stars cause getting hard time finding how to sync other than that game is really fun.

It is soo sad plez mack a framed 3 whar the guy comes bake.

Doesnt have instructions so you just have to somehow figure out you can re-arrange/re-use the boxes multiple times in a level – how does this make any sense? Comics are linear – one box for one point in time/space.

When we started playing the game we immediately realized the puzzles were a lot harder than the first game because halfway through the game we reached a level in the game where you were in a factory and the level was very complex and difficult because it was so hard we looked up a YouTube tutorial and when we found one there was sooo much to remember so who ever is reading this we would get this game if your up for a challenge and we knew some puzzles would be difficult but please love shack entertainment we would love for your team to make another game but please dont make the levels so confusing where we want to throw our phone at our wall.

Really liked framed 1, would probably like this one too if we could play it. Crashes immediately on apple tv :/. Tried redownloading 1, and it crashes too. Nothing online re: this.

You are a thief because you stole our money. The game doesnt work. Fix the game or give our money back.

We didnt like the rotating panels necessary to complete some levels of this game. And the music was still monotonous. But its very fun and our sons love playing through their favorite levels over and over.

We played the demo of this in the Apple store and thought it was so cool. Now at home it freezes as soon as the dog is released. Ive tried closing out the app, restarting, etc, but nothing seems to work. Disappointed.

The game is unplayable on our iPhone XS running iOS 12.0. The dog freezes as it runs off the top panel on the boardwalk scene.

The level with the dog and the guard freezes on our phone. :(.

Ive bought this game but its stuck downloading…plz help.

This was an amazing prequel which connected really well with Framed. Loved the little cinematics in between each level too! But we felt like it was a little short compared to the first game. A lot more difficult though which we loved.

This is a prequel, so we havent played the original yet, but this soundtrack is amazing! It also has an interesting story. Its just too short, like only an hour, so it should be less money.

We absolutely think this game is awesome, but its too short! We beat it in 60 minutes! It was super fun! Please make another or add more stuff to this one.

Framed 2 is simply beautiful. It can easily be beaten in under 2 hours. The short length of the game, however, only serves to make every second of this puzzler more precious. If youre in the mood for a beautifully animated noir thriller, we could not suggest a better alternative than Framed 2. The puzzles provide enough challenge to make one think, but will not frustrate players. It is a smooth, sexy experience that will make the player feel intelligent and content. However, it can be a wee bit repetitive near the end, which is why that short play time isnt a bad thing. Do not expect a great deal of replayability. Its a good game to thoroughly enjoy beating once.

Like the first Framed, this sequel has a lot of fun puzzles in addition to more cutscenes and more art. However, as others have noted, it is a bit short, and some of the animations are actually more stiff than the original. Also, while there are new elements such as the hidden photos or the fight scene, it didnt grow and incorporate more new elements, essentially offering more of the same. Our hope is that the sequel will explore new mechanics, and hopefully expand more on the story. For a game that supposedly brings a comic book to life, there is no text; we dont even know the names of the protagonists, and were still in the dark as to whats inside the suitcase… We look forward to Framed 3. Theres one last thing we have to point out, and thats the art in the menu selection, and its subtle way of storytelling. It didnt make sense until we finished the game and realized that the slides were of the woman retelling the entire story of Framed 2 to the man in the trench coat. Very cool.

We cannot start the game. Cannot figure out the number code to get in! Can someone help us.

Apparently this game has amazing sound but not for us. Emailed support and was told to try reinstalling but no joy.

It's a good game but a waste of money we bought it and finished it in one day such a waste.

We loved the first but this one is WAY too short we liked the twists but at the end it makes no sense so the bad guy beat up the cop and some how the DIYING/HURT cop kills him and he doesn't shot the girl and where did the girl come. We won't buy number three.

Excellent game! We are hoping for more sequels.

Really enjoyed the first game so yesterday when we saw this one we bought it, however it is not downloading, just says waiting. We have like 10 gb free on phone, restarted the phone, stopped then restarted download but none fixed the issue so unsure what the problem is. update user error, updated phone iOS and the game works. Like the first the story line is a little hard to follow because there is no dialogue, but also like the first its very fun with s couple of fairly challenging puzzles. Gj on app guys. Ill be buying #3 whenever we see it.

Captured & held our attention; loved theplot, the music, & the twists & turns of the story! Waiting for FRAMED 3.

Not a lot of games on apple or android are good they put time into there games but not much but this game is wonderful clearly there was motivation you guys had you put time and effort into this wonderful game (spoiled) we're sad the guy died at the end he was so cool but hopefully there's a framed 3 coming out soon we would definitely buy it.

Now we know that some people are like "what, it's a sequel" and no it's not because after the credits there is a scene that showers the girl grow up to give the man In the original game his motive or job. Amazing plot twist and also great story of how the man and the girl met, it's really creative SPOILER ALERT but it is so sad that the man dies in the end and the girls just sails off. The music is also fabulous and fits so well with all the scenes. Overall this is an amazing prequel to the original. Next we hope they make a sequel to the framed series. Something like "framed, the call" or it could be just framed3 with more fight scenes or a chance to fight the police instead of just sneaking up on them. This could also be a really good feature. Add knives or something too. You really don't have to but these are just suggestions. Amazing game ;).

Framed 1 was engaging and fun, but Framed 2 felt more polished and gave us many more hours of fun. We suggest both, and look forward to more from this developer.

Great artistic direction, fun and innovative gameplay. That's what all games should be like , thanks for a great one, please make a third game in the series.

This completes the storyline of Frame 1. Gameplay is basically the same, but puzzle are harder in our view.

Got this on sale definitely worth it at that price. More difficult than the first game, as others commented, this can be because to figure out what a frame does you just have to try it. This can be both frustrating and interesting. Still a good play.

We love this game so much that we even started a comic on it! Still the main thing we wanted to improve if we worked at Loveshack Entertainment. The animations are a bit stiff and the music doesn't transition correctly in some scenes; however, we love this game and we want to know what is in that suitcase, and where did it come from? Not sure if there was a trilogy but it's not inevitable. Thanks Loveshack Entertainment for making this game.

Original concept, nice graphics and sound, some tricky puzzles, but overall too short.

Started this game on our iPhone and would love to continue it on our iPad. Unfortunately Framed 2 doesn't support iCloud sync, so we'd have to start the game from scratch on our iPad :/.

Oh our word it's even shorter than the first one. It's frustrating only because it's such a GREAT game! MOAR.

The first one was quick, we finished in well under an hour. This one is no different. We're not going to buy a third one if they make it. It's fun, but there's no replay value and it's way too short.

First time when we saw the description of frame in App Store. We think this is an amazing game with art, fun and puzzle. All of the elements are our favourite. When we played it. We are not sure how to say that. The art, yes, is very good. Puzzle, yes, it has. However, the fun, we are not sure. But we still think that is not bad. Now after couple months, frame 2 is here. We found the same problem. It is not very fun, and also too short. We didn't even know when we finished the first round of this game. This is very bad. When we play this game, we didn't enjoy it. Just watch this short story. It is really short, too short. But we still think the art and designer's idea is very good. But it could be better. We are looking forward to play frame3 and hope it will be better.

The frames looked rushed and too thick to be classy. It looked cheap. Some of the backgrounds were awful, the wood in one frame for instance. The women somehow turned into a girl. The man became ridiculously and unrecognizably thin, we didn't know it was intended to be the same person until almost 10 frames in. Some of the actions in the scenes didn't make any sense. And here was one scene where if the man died the girl would sit down in her spot and rock like a baby which we found offensive and kind of demeaning. We will say the some of the background was beautiful like the last sunset and we thought it was still and interesting puzzle. The challenge was there but we just don't think the storyline and imagery were up to par with the first Framed.

The game doesn't use any sort of standardized rules, meaning on many levels there is no way to predict how enemies are going to react. Sometimes they respond one way, other times they do something else arbitrarily. You can't ever "learn" how things work so you end up having to try things randomly and hope to hit on the right sequence. This fake complexity is a cop out.

This is perfectly made game with stylish graphics and nice plot. Unfortunately, it doesn't have anything common with logic. You need just iterate options, trying to find proper combination. Framed 1 was way more logical and thus challenging P.S. Discount to $1 just few weeks after we've bought it for $5 makes this even more frustrating.

A game with truly stunning puzzles and concepts, as well as an amazing style of animation, and it's own unique gameplay mechanics, framed 2 truly is hands down the best indie game of 2017.

We bought both Framed games after we bought Monument 2 and Apple helpfully suggested we might like this (Framed 2). We bought both never having even heard of them before. Why, you ask? Well it's not because we have unlimited disposable income but they looked like games made for us. :-) One off payment, brain teaser, well made, bug free. Yep. Our games. We were not disappointed. As others have said Framed 2 is more difficult so we're still playing that one in enjoyable – sometimes frustrating – fits and starts. When we have a minute we go back to it. There is palpable relief when we get through some of the more twisty ones. We hope the devs make more. We think the concept is top notch as is the execution. Very well done.

As a fan of Framed, Framed 2 is an excellent prequel that blends seamlessly with the original and moves the story along nicely. As with the first game, the puzzles are not impossible and, for the most part, are very clever. The plot twists keep you on your toes, just like a film noire movie is supposed to. Can't wait for the next offering from down under. Two thumbs up.

We're almost crying. The ending is so sad. Best game ever.
