Why can't we expand the planting area.
Love this game so fun can not put it down there are like no ads the whole time we have been playing we have had no adds.
This game is addicting and the challenges are fun. We downloaded more than a year ago but our phone ran out of storage so we stopped playing. We remember we used to be able to find other players easily but now thats not an option. The only options are through Facebook or a code. 5OEER2 (This is our code if anyone wants to try adding us). We could also see global offers (items that others sell) but now we cant. Friends would clear our trees and replenish supplies but now it seems like no one else plays. We want to continue playing but its getting harder without the help of others.
Ive been playing this game for a while and you can watch videos for extra things. The games can do but when you watch a video, nothing happens we contacted support and they said they no longer support this game. But yet you still take money from us it doesnt make sense. What is going on here.
This game was so interesting fun exciting excellent story line and graphics but as time went on the ads are so annoying y did u mess this game up for us so we deleted too many ads.
This game seems to be kinda fun. We think it would be better without so many ads ! You do one thing then boom an ad which some games come with them but you cant even enjoy the game. Two we think if you could be more involved with the clients. Its so many ways to get diamonds which is nice and money. Its just the ads just too many! Again you do one thing and ad you do another thing when that one is over than another ad. Not worth the purchase of removing the ads.
We really love this game. This is 39 years. We played this since we were living at home to specific apartments that we moved into and moved out and moved into Oak Meadows. We really love playing this game. Our spa Resort absolutely amazing. We have nothing but complete positive for this game and for the creators who created this game as well too thank you.
Why those three words in our title of our review. We are older in our late 50s. And we have been diagnosed with early onset dementia. Games like this help us with our memory and our motor skills. And its colorful and its not overbearing. The other thing is we do spend money on games for little packages to enhance our play. Why because we can. We dont understand some of the complaints about this game. Its a lot to it and it seems like it can go on for a very long time. We cant stand games where you have to have friends to progress. Or the level to get so hard that you cantaccomplish anything. To us its a better upgrade then farm games and some of the island games out there. We happened upon this because we play the other hospital game we think this company does. And it took us a minute to get the hang of it but Im getting there we recommend this game for anyone whos older he need something to do. And it really helps us with staying focused we give it four stars no game is perfect Also, we believe that there are many players we no longer play this, because there is nothing ever in the global section to sell anything. And we have had the same amount of stuff for years now we dont think the developers care anymore, but Ill check on it every couple of months and theres nothing new.
Fix the Facebook connection issue.
We love this spa game. We just wish the creators cared like we did. We cannot ever buy anything from the global shop, certain stuff is unrealistically achievable , and we want to have access to the coming soon items but it never comes. Ive been playing for two years , we love the simple game but we wish it was updated and more in tune with players. Cutting the servers off was crazy. Can yall refund all our money since there is no one to interact with anymore.
We love playing this game however every time we are about to complete all three VIPS Im thrown out of the game. And it keeps doing that until the time runs out.
Looks like a great game but we literally cant play more than a minute without an ad popping up in the middle of doing something. We get ads and we are fine with them within reason. We will be deleting the game unfortunately.
We really think its a nice game but the theres too much ADS and it appears every now and then which is very annoying.
Fun game until we add a friend and it did so many ads every second had to delete the app we give two stars, because of so many ads.

Great game the only problem is there are Way way to many ads that pop up every two seconds. Why please remove the ads or at least cut them down to maybe one or two every so often but this is ridiculous.
Im in the early stages of playing this game. Like 3rd of production line early, cause we just downloaded yesterday & played for like an hour. Now, after 1+ of play time our wait time, for orders to be completed, is 20 minutes.
Okay, this is a okay game overall, but about every minute or so we get an ad. Also its super glitchy, slow, and it sometimes freezes for a while then glitches out of the game. Ill consider writing a more favorable review once youve fixed these issues.
When am we getting the grand hotel did they stop updating the game.
We havent played this game in a long time so we thought we would check it out. You have made some decent changes like reducing the time of making products. With that being said, everything you need even up to decor still costs an arm and a leg to buy. The conversations between the customers and the artists should be totally gone because no one cares about them. You decreased the farm ing patches which isnt a good move at all. No room still to decorate your land because the shops take up all of the spaces anyway. We must say that we do love the choices in decorations but if you cant use them whats the sense. The time to get a new treat for the rich and famous should take two minutes not two days. If you want to speed up the time, money again. If you want to cut down a tree or small rock, money again. Everything still remains money in this game. We guess the rich and famous can play it too unless you make some good updates and stop being so greedy. It really could be a fun game.
We love the game but now toooo many ads Im about to delete it now its not fair when we already have to wait until the products are done.
If you like watching ads every few minutes of playing this game, then this ones for you! It does look like a fun game to play & we dont mind an ad every once in awhile but this ones ridiculous.
Too many ads you cant even play the game. They want you to chat with customers and then open an ad when your trying to click on it so you cant even do it. Ads play like every 30 seconds. They should just charge from the start instead of pretending its free.

Would have been more fun if we could have getten through the tutorial without an add every 2 minutes, we understand games having add but to not let us even get the tutorial done and then even worse they were so often.
Im not exaggerating, you get a pop up video ad every 30 seconds in this game. We think this game could be so fun and we really wanted to play it. The design and set up is awesome, but you dont even play its just ad after ad after ad after ad. HORRIBLE.you cant play it, you just watch ads. Dont download.
What is with all of the ads?! They make the game not fun! The ads pop up all the time.
This would be a greater game if half the time you werent watching ads that always seem to interrupt your game play. We would keep the game if the annoying ads were gone or at least minimalized to one or two NOT 20 in 5 minutes!!!! ANNOYED GAMER.
Is there some kind of glitch after the last update where friends cant see part of our trees that need help? When we go to help other people it always shows that same are as being empty.
The game almost fully loads then just crashes since the last update.

We just downloaded this. It plays the introduction then goes back to the load screen and stays there. Ive followed the steps that App support and developer support have on offer, and still nothing.
Over this game. Glitchy and slow as hell.

However he payouts arent that much and in order to purchase buildings they way too much the payouts and purchases are off.

Im only level 9 and one of our goals is to collect coins from any catering service. What is that? We cant figure it out!! How do you collect tips its one of our goals and we cant figure it out.
Love the game but how do we find this supposed catering thats Im supposed to collect coins from? Theres really no explanation on how to do so. We would give 5 stars but we cant complete quests because of not knowing where this catering business is.
New update is not good, please change it back.

Its annoying that every time theres an update we lose something. Now we have to get the capacity of our storage units back because it was lowered to less than what we had. The updates are fine but if theres going to be an update make sure people dont lose the things that theyve already worked to get. Now we have to get rid of things that we need that take hours to complete just to make room for new stuff that we also need.
After being away from the game a couple hours we come back and our spa is all out of whack. So we checked the App Store and noticed that there was an update today but not sure What it actually did. We noticed that some Zs are coming off of each shop as if they are snoozing and everything that Ive planted is all over the place and trees are scattered everywhere its a whole mess hopefully this will be fixed.
Its too slow paced and if you want to get anywhere, you have to use gems! It takes forever to make anything. From, waiting for the plants to finish growing, to waiting again for the products to finish. AND THEN numerous customers needing the same product to get their service, takes FOREVER. On top of that, to get extra slots to make your product you need to buy gems? We could live with the 2 slots you give to make the product, sure. But we dont spend all our time on our phone let alone checking this app every second to make sure the product has finished and we can make a new one. Its a great concept yes. But Im done. Not spending money. If it were a fair game. Sure. Ill spend some to get ahead a bit, but not every time we need an extra slot. You dont even create enough opportunities to earn gems. Maybe once every hour we get to watch a video for 1 gem. Yahoo! Sorry not sorry but Im deleting this app.
