The game doesnt seem to reflect actual real life chances, specifically the cards. We downloaded it and played <30min realizing that the dealer won on flushes even a royal flush once, 6 times! To add to the questionably odds, we also noticed that our hand including the first three cards, seemed to always have three consecutive cards, every time as one would then start chasing the straight. Nope. Even when handed the statistically best poker hands, you will lose to a flush.
We love ultimate hold em, and we typically dont write reviews but this game has frustrated us very much. We love the portrait style and quick game play ability. But we hate the ads that pop up and the inability to close them out even when given the option. We would happily pay to get rid of ads but unfortunately that isnt an option. We wish there was TRIPS bet but we can understand that the bet changes from place to place. Another thing is the push feature. If we Get a pair but have the high care we push. But if we get a pair and the dealer has high card, we lose. The game is great, but we feel like it misses those few things that could make it better.
This is a very well-made app and the game is fun. We just wish that we could play it on landscape mode on our iPad so we don't have to be holding it up.
It just seems to favor the dealer Examples us – 10 10 10 A Q D 10 10 10 A K us- straight to 8. D straight to 9 Im sure there are games more fair.

Dealer gets amazing hands left and right. Love this game but after playing it a few days and the same thing over and over. We played this in multiple casinos and it doesnt happen like this, and to have it like every hand is crazy.
We saw this being played at harrahs in Las Vegas and we watched the table for about 45 minutes. This game is great for us to practice so that we can feel confident about sitting down to play in person. We want to see some type of educational piece thats more than the question mark in the top right corner. That would make it the best game for beginners AND a great refresher for seasoned vets. Not sure what happened, but was unable to buy chips for about 2 months. Now that we can buy chips again, seems there were some dubious changes to the algorithms. Far fewer bonus payouts than before, amazing odds for the dealer, and it seems that when we do get a great hand, the dealer doesnt qualify. We understand its a game of wins and losses, but since your return, we only win about 25% of the time. That far worse odds than Ive ever experienced in a casino. Its too bad – we just wont play this game as often. Update: Tried to give it another shot, but the payout frequency is not even close to payouts in actual casinos. The number of times the dealer ties our hands, or doesnt qualify when we have a good hand, are ridiculously high. Ive played this game for years in actual casinos, and this app has horrible payout frequency. Also, they need to change it so that we can fold the hand, but still get paid for any bonus we have in the hand we wish to fold. Thats how its done in actual casinos. If theres a future update, it would be nice to see pairs bonus bet option – some versions in casinos have it and some dont. This is a bet on a players two cards only: – pair of aces: 30-1 – ace/face suited: 20-1 – ace/face not suited: 10-1 – any pair besides aces: 5-1 Looking forward hopefully to improvements.
The game is great. This is the only game we play when we go to the casino. The win ratio is worse than Vegas. We can tell its a ploy to make you want to spend money on it. We went a total of 22 turns with out winning, won one, than went imma entire 15 games with out winning and on this , for 7 straight turns went as follows for the cpu, full house, full house, flush, quads, trips, straight, straight flush. Mean while we get a pair of 2s or 9a.
We love playing this game live and not that this game is awful, it is not, but the hold cards for the house/dealer are ridiculous! Certainly not using any kind of real formula/algorithm to calculate what the dealer should really get. The deck is definitely stacked. Its almost as if the holo cards change to win nearly every time! That doesnt happen in a live game.
The app flat out cheats. You win off cheap hands. It beats or matches your big wins. Watch the two pair. Always matches. Coincidentally has nothing when you do. At least dont make it obvious. Big flunk.
The dealer gets way too many pocket pairs.
Fun game until you decide to purchase coins. We purchased coins multiple times and every time we go on losing streaks that are not believable. We do not have a accurate count, however, we will lose 50 out of 55 hands. We honestly do not mind purchasing from apps we like but we do mind when we are being cheated. The weird thing is the cheating is so blatant they do not hide it. Bye.

House wins 85% of the time against any random hand.
We downloaded this app just to practice ultimate poker at casinos. We would give one star because it gave free chips after 2 hours. But other than that its stupid rigged to make you spend. Im talking they have quad 4 while you have a straight rigged. Not a salty loser just dont want people to spend money on this guy. Definitely better free poker apps. Would honestly give this app a 0.
If you buy coin for real money, u dont win even single hand. U get stressed loosing every single hand. Dont buy coins if you want just relax playing this game Kindly all about the money.
Game is rigged and you loose 4 out of five hands with high card. Doesnt even give you an opportunity to make money. Just a scam so you spend money to get more chips. Dont waste your time.
Youd think the developers would be happy enough to just get the downloads but theyre greedy and try to force you to buy chips. You lose to 15 great hands just to win 1 with a small pair. Garbage uninstalled since Im not spending real money for fake money to lose. Therefore you can only play the game for about 5 minutes at a time before you lose all your chips.
Never get over what you buy in for,the odds are way to heavy for the computer. Waste of money to even try and win.

Draw a pair? The dealer will draw a flush. Draw a flush? Be prepared for the dealer to show 4 of a kind. The number of high odds winning dealer hands will astound you.
We agree with many other reviewers. The amount of times you get beat with higher hands no matter how good your hand happens to be is ridiculous. There is no way a dealer would win that many hands in real life. They are trying to get you to buy more chips.
We played for a couple hours and the dealer gets a pair or higher (or beats you) around 85% of the time. What a joke.
After playing this game for a while, the dealers hand seems impossibly good. Every other hand is a flush or full house for the dealer, impossible to beat.
If we get two pair, the bot gets a better two pair. If we get a straight, bot gets a flush. Its kind of crazy how many pairs in a row the bot gets 10 hands in a row? Kind of sus this bot gets a full house every couple of hands.
Bonus doesnt pay if you fold. Doesnt show amount won (just a bet vs win display would be great). No sound whatsoever. Kinda makes it boring. The dealer draw definitely seems rigged. Hands always seem to be beaten by just one above. Not a fan.
Like the other one stars this game is very rigged to get you to buy chips. Ultimate is a table game with one of the lower house edges though in this app you lose 90% of the time and the only wins you get are small pairs or two pair at best. Any time you have a better hand the dealer wins.
Great for beginners and easy to figure out. Have another hold-em game but its too scary to start. This will ease us in. Thanks.
Awesome app if you like Texas Holden. Casino version. It now the tables are holdem with bonus. Also. Exit issues with new iPhone. But great game.
The only difference is that flush has to pay 3:2 on blind bet…(not 2 to 1) please fix it and thanks a lot.

Its a well-laid out app in terms of it being simple. However, the dealer in this game has incredibly increased odds. You will have better luck at an actual casino.

There is no code logic for 2 pair vs 3 pair, if anyone get 2 pair with high card vs 3 pair then he/she is marked as winner, please fix the issue.
Been playing for a while.. Ive noticed the house odds are skewed in their favor.. We play this regularly live with an actual dealer. This game is rigged to by chips. If you get a flush.. House gets a full house just about every time.. Btw.. Nobody gets 4 full houses in a row.. If you get 3 of a kind you get beat about 5 out of seven time by the dealer in this game.. We did a win loss chart and this game is way over the top on the odds in their favor. Your Random card generator is not very random.

You are supposed to get paid on trips bonus even if you fold. Also noticed the house outdraws our hand just a little too often. Trying too hard to sell us some chips??? We wouldnt touch this game if this simulator was reality in a casino. Fixing the trips bonus would be a good start though. Update: Been playing this for a few months now. We cant help feeling the simulator is not dealing random cards. Odds seem to be geared towards getting users to purchase chips. What a shame. It is fun, but getting beat 15 straight times is either real bad luck or shady programming.
Uninstalled after a week before we get addicted and force to draw our wallet out.
They give you 500 free chips to start and another one time claim of 500 chips after those are gone. After that youre forced to wait 2 hours for another 500 free chips. The dealer had about 5 straights and multiple winning hands meanwhile they kept giving us crap hands. Its almost like they are doing that on purpose hoping we will buy the chips they are selling but that wont ever happen, at least not from us. There is no way the computer dealer should be able to get 2 straights in a row and then another straight later on and we cant get one out of all the hands we played. Game is rigged.
We swear downloaded it twice so played on their 2000 dollars betting min like we have in the casino so many times before the dealer would have the next winning hand every time and if you do win its a pair or two pair so you never get any blind winnings.
This game is a good way to learn how to play ultimate Texas Holdem to develop a strategy for when you go to a casino but just beware that the hands in this game are very unrealistic to the point where its not even fun.
This is a good game and has a very simple interface. The problem is that since they sell you virtual chips instead of selling you the game outright with no further purchases necessary, the motivation of the programmers is to make you lose eventually and want to pump in more money. In other words, its advantageous for them to rig it. We were having 3 of a kind beaten by 4 of a kind, flushes beaten by higher flushes, so on and so forth continually in consecutive hands. Gambling is gambling, but the odds are not realistic. Be careful and dont keep buying chips. We wish you could just buy the game and have the odds be fair. Deleting, unfortunately.
We have trips, computer gets Full House we have two pair, computer gets trips we win, computer doesnt qualify The computer is set up for you to lose and eventually pay to get chips to keep going. Worst simulation ever.
We play this game at a table fairly regularly, never seen the dealer win so many times. The computer has pulled four straights in a row, three 3 of a kinds back to back, and 3 flushes in a row all in one sitting. Odds are definitely programmed into the dealer side to force you to buy chips. Fun game, but the odds are BS.
Never have we played a game where the dealer draws such good cards consistently. We have a full house and dealer flips 4 of a kind. We have played this game for real and dont get beat this bad this often. Done playing.
