We used to like this game. We been stuck in level 248 for literally 2 years, but come back now and then to try. However, at this time is no longer a Settings option so you cant turn the sound off anymore, without turning down/off the sound on your phone. Even worse, there is a persistent add box that covers the top center of the game board making a nearly impossible level truly frustrating and completely un-winable. Im deleting this game since the developers seem to think using adds to block game-play is a good ploy to get people to pay to remove adds.
Was a lot of fun until it started closing EVERY TIME you try to watch an ad to get a booster – can you please fix that.
How do we contact support for this game? The new levels have really bad glitches. Level 510 the boss battle doesnt work. No matter how many balls you get it wont work. It keeps going and going without any resolve. Ive tried to play this level over and over it gets stuck. The boost on several levels also dont work. You cant reach them. Its like the game is rigged for that. Also we dont like the new look of the balls. It makes it more confusing. The old colors were just fine. This game could be great but there are so many glitches and so many things that the developers need to check out. No one wants to keep playing a game when it never ends bc of a glitch.
One week to get though level 240 and right at the end when Im about to get it, BlamNothing, and it makes us start all over, what a joke and this is not the first time for this level and a few others. Get it together or start over with your design.
Too bad this developer will not look at the reviews and help or correct a problem. We cannot watch ads to get free rubies or power ups. Have been stalled at this level for a month guess its time to delete and stop playing. Too bad as this was the best game of this type. Developer- please read and fix.
We do not enjoy that since the upgrade earlier today, the game displays an assistance to help you; but covers the color of the balls going through it. Please remove this feature. We understand how the game works.

Why it stop at level 500 cannot go forward.
Game is super great, but game number 457, 480 and 490 are bugged and/or fixed to where you cant score more than 2 stars. We have played and completed the game three times over. Obviously we love this game! Please correct.
We guess it is time to leave this game! For weeks we have been trying to pas level 459. In the last week, we finally reached the end of the level twice, but both time the game just stalls. Not really freezing as the springs are going up and down, but the game just sits. It will not advance showing we finished the level. Since we cant advance, we guess we are done. No where to report a problem and no way to move ahead. Too bad.
The game is great, but stage 249 is having a lot of bugs when the balls are going to shoot and the colors of the balls get mixed up. Please let us know more ways to get game help to make the game better.
No us gusta, se traba y no us permite terminar el juego antes us pasaba pero ahora es ms, us qued en el nivel 459 y no us permite pasar aunque logro terminar el juego, se queda trabado y de ah no paso.
This froze uo on the very first level. Disappointing. Deleted it.
When Im about to pass a very hard level for us, IT FREEZES!!! Its frustrating, and we also would LOVE to get rid of those annoying super Ann ads. Sometimes even in the middle of the game. Above all, we love this game and the power ups. We cant put it down.
