Now its been weeks and it still wont load. We cant play at all. We love this game. Its so much fun. But for the past few days it wont load. Ive done everything we can think of and it still wont load. It acts like its going to but then shuts down. We were going to contact app support but it says its a phishing site. Please help.
We love this game and play multiple times we da. Bu for the last few days the app closes automatically before it can fully load. We have restarted our phone multiple times and also reinstalled the app multiple times.
Since the last update, it requires several hits on the play button before game modes load up. Very annoying.
We love this game on our Samsung, but on our Apple, ads to buy the games Booster Packs pop up intentionally timed to ruin any strategic drops we try to make (and ruin the game). If they want to make it a paid game, then go ahead and do that – but if we have to sit through ads (which are MUCH longer on Apple than on the Samsung), dont make it impossible for us to play.
An update was just done that supposedly fixed some software bugs and we now have only 20 coins when we previously had over 1150!! We hardly call this improvement. We hope the developers can fix this or get back to us because Im really upset.
This game is super fun! Definitely recommend downloading:).
We have been playing for quite awhile, years. Most of the glitches had been fixed. However, a few nights ago when we went to play we notice we had 21 coins instead of over 200. We want our coins back. We see no where in the game to contact support. Please give us our coins we have been playing this for awhile now. Not sure how much longer. There are just too many glitches. Just now we had laps left because we had matched several numbers. The game all of a sudden ended. The other major thing is that it will still show we have laps left and it will end. Or, it will end in a weird spot. If it is because of the 3 minute time limit, make it a longer amount of time or unlimited. Also, very hard to place in the top and earn coins.
We downloaded this game on a whim and enjoyed it, despite it looking like a low-rent candy crush cash-in. Theres a fun arcade puzzle design here that is at odds with the garish art design. We wouldnt dock so many stars for this normally, but we discovered through other user reviews that this design is relatively new. Upon looking up what the app used to look like, we are bewildered as to why they thought this half-a**ed re-skin constitutes an improvement. They clearly wanted to get that lucrative kids and grandmas demo but it doesnt even look like a good version of one of those games even zynga ended up providing a skin to make drop7 look like it used to.
We gotta give you a 0 guys. First we pay $9.99 for this game. Wrote to you because we couldn't restore our game. You told us game is free now so nothing to restore. Okay. WHY ARE YOU NOW CHARGING $9.99 For this game? We believe you ripped us off and you are probably one of many. How disgraceful!! Your game is in the garbage.
Players have found a way to hack the game and get impossible scores. Ive been playing this game for some time and have always been able to break into the top 3 with the scores typically being 40k-60l. Now the top scores are in the 100ks+.
Spent hours playing this simple, yet challenging game until they dumbed it down and made it look like our Little Pony threw up on our iPad. Laps Tournaments still has the classic version, but it's a little wonky.
Great game to play in waiting rooms, commuting, during commercials, DMV lines, etc. Use of casual strategy game play making it challenging without being frustrating.

We love the new competition, and generally strive to get in the top three each time. This is our go to game to take our mind off other things. That said, its very frustrating when we play and get a top number, using points we earned in previous games ( we never buy points) and it glitches saying opps ! Try again later Not only do we lose our high score, we lost the points in which we worked so hard to earn. This has happened a few times now. Im very nearly ready to delete the game over it.
The terrible visual design and poor menuing of the new version would be bad enough, but the large blur effect added onto your current piece destroys the visual clarity and makes it much harder than it should be to play the game. Used to be fun, now is annoying at best. One star because we had the old version installed on this device and, when we tried to launch it, forced us to update to the current, barely playable version. If this is a patched version of the original visual update, as developer comments suggest, we shudder to imagine what it was before.
This was a great game. But now, like everything else it seems, the design went for silly and stupid over substance. You just lost another player.
This game has lasted the longest on our phone. We absolutely loved the simple design and concept. We played this game for years and we literally had to stop playing our first new updated game to write this review. This is the first time we have ever left a review on an app. The colors are so saturated and unappealing to us. This game now looks like its for a child. We used to play it while we listened to music to relax but now its just a headache. Again, we literally paused it and came here because our eyes could not handle the amount of things doing on. If you want to keep this style, we would highly suggest having the option to change the theme. We would MUCH prefer the old one over this. We hope you take this into consideration.
New update to the game turns it into bloatware. Ads, coins, leaderboards, candy colours … Its terrible. Loved this game prior to update and now uninstalled.
Please bring back the original design. We enjoy this addictively challenging game, but the redesign makes us feel like we're in a Teletubbies episode. We don't like it.
See original changed review below. This is our second and last. Ive deleted it. Now they added more ads, changed the game from a grown up game to a carnival kids game The restore purchase option does nothing. They offer for you to buy the ad free option. What? We already did! Plus you have to wait and wait at the end of every game for the do you want to pay to continue option to clear. It is crazy. They had a great game app with a very large base. We for one will defeat off all 6 devices in this house and this developer is on the NEVER AGAIN LIST they are as crooked as they come. Not not dime of ours will line their pockets ever again. Good game gone bad because of greed. We hope they are happy. Why am we getting adverts and where did all the game options go? Where is restore option? Im changing our rating until these ridiculous game adverts go away. We paid not to see ads that include yours. We will delete and file complaint requesting refund if Im not allowed to restore to our paid status.
Like many people have said the new update is just not for us! Wish you could choose classic or updated version.

Woke up to this bright, bright board todaywhere did our darker board go??? It is so hard to see our game. Not sure if we will/can keep playing a game we can hardly see… It WAS fun! Would have given higher rating but cant rate what we cannot see to play.
We liked the game. A lot. Probably wasted too much time on this game, but the change in colors is hugely bad for our eyes. The orbs on a black background worked. The blue stinks. Please change it back. We dont want to delete but we may.
We used to love this app and played it a lot along the years, but the new blue background and all the colors doesnt look good. They make it harder to see the orbs and look childish. Also, the power ups are placed exactly where we position our fingers, so we accidentally tap them. A lot. Please bring back the old colors and layout.
We loved the original game with its flat graphics and subtle, calm colors. This new version is built for a 5 year old and way too bubbly. Not playing it anymore because of the visual shift.
Ughh. We wish there were an option to play the original version. We loved playing this game but like another reviewer said, it seems so gimmicky and childish now. It was a nice game to play to wind down before going to bed but now theres so much going on that its not relaxing. Also, all the buttons at the bottom now are annoying because we frequently hit them on accident due to the limited amount of space, which then interferes with the game. This was literally our favorite game on our phone. We just really cant get with this update.
Played more before the update and moving on to other games. Colors are too similar to each other and game play feels different. Hope developers will respond to poor ratings and restore previous version or at least fix the colors.
We downloaded the most recent version and immediately wished we hadnt. As another user said, the dark color of the previous version made this game feel relaxing. The updated art is not only irritating, but we feel like Im playing something intended for kids. We couldnt make it through one game long enough to try the new boosters because we were so annoyed and getting a headache from all the bright color. This game was something we enjoyed playing, maybe a little too often, but if this is how its going to be now, Im done.
This was a good time waster, but we cant take the new color scheme. The contrast is bad and it is difficult to differentiate the colored orbs, which is the point of the game. You had your run on our phone, but it is time to part ways.
We loved the original version because it was very relaxing. The new one is anything but. For us, all the trailing lights and swirling background turned it into both a little kid game and a headache. The old black background made it feel like an adult game, now it seems babyish. Another thing we noticed is that if you wanted to continue your game previously, you had your score right there on the screen to help you decide if it is worth continuing. They removed the score on the continue screen so now you have to make a blind decision if you werent watching your score closely. Ive played this game for an insane number of hours for well over two years. Often we can beat the tournament board and win the top prize, but if they dont take your game seriously enough to let you know your score, it changes that dynamic. This was one of our top 3 games for relaxing, but Im having trouble taking the game seriously now.
The old interface was cleaner and much more enjoyable. This is sensory overload for us. Sadly, while we enjoyed playing this game, the overdone art is really hard on our eyes. Since space is a premium, im going to be deleting.
The extremely shiny graphics look cheap. This was a bad direction to go in.

Latest design and game changes make things feel very bloated and almost trying to make it visually feel like Candy Crush. The original simplicity of the game was a refreshing change.

Bought an ad free version last year. It was a favorite game but alas it went away and now we are left with perhaps the most annoying ad filled game there is. Fun to play but the ads have become overwhelming. Also several game modes have been taken away. Too bad.. Like we said it was a fun game.
Why in the world would you take away the endless mode, and the furious mode? Why do you developers always fix things that arent broken? Im giving this game 2 Stars now. It used to be 5, but now its 2. Bring back the other modes. We dont always want to play in the skillz version of laps, we want to play by ourselves sometimes. Uggh annoying.

After every game win or lose there is an ad. We think we seen 30 in 15 minutes. We just started playing a month ago and not many ads at all. Now we. Uninstalling because of the stupid ads.
The newest update took away all the different game modes and is full of ads. It also keeps glitching in the middle of the game.
But still no iPhone X support?!? Fixed.
Our go to game, it's weirdly relaxing for us.

Its a nice time killer but the tail on the ball (we think this was added in an update) gives us a headache and is hard to follow with our eyes. Maybe its just us but the old version that worked was best.
