Hello, we purchased the $49.95 credit special that you have about 4-5 days ago. We have not used all the credits that we received from this purchase. A couple of days ago our cell phone died and we had to take it to sprint and they had to order a new phone for us. We received our new phone and logged back into our account and all the credits that we had purchased that were left unused have disappeared. How am we able to get those credits back because that was a lot of money that we spent? We keep trying to send this message to Support from the 20 card keno app but the app wont let us submit this so we are contacting you here. Please contact us! Thank you.
The abcs on the top of the screen do not fit our screen. We can only view part of it. How do we adjust the the screen size? We really enjoy this game but it needs to be adjusted we would really appreciate the assistance.

We love this game. We wish we could keep our numbers. It is a bummer that you have to put them in each time. We have tried not to close to keep our numbers. It doesnt work. Socalgram.

This is a good simulator however the odds are not consistent with casino odds we ran a simulation betting 20 combinations of five numbers All within 1-7, After up in the bet Amount once we had 40,000 credits we are now at over 2,200,000,000,000 Dollars in cumulative winnings, Its not an algorithm problem its the fact that it one credit when you hit two out of five, The simple one credit throws off the odds and allows you to win, most casino multi players dont pay anything for two out of five.
Great game, not at all glitchy. A little more color differentiation would be good as the colors are a little difficult to see on a phone.

Love the game except for one thing. Why dont you fix it so that the #s picked on the previous visit are still there/picked on the next visit? It should be left up to the player rather than you as to when the #s are removed/changed. Hope you listen as it would make it a lot easier for players. Thanks.

This was the best 20 card keno Ive played for years. When we upgraded our iPhone, the numbers dont show. So the only way we can play it is with an older phone. Please update.
We can only see k thru t. Not sure if its because we have iPhone 12.
Had this game on iphone x, but on our new iPhone 12 pro max, the screen is cut off and can't access the buttons to play. None of this developer's games will work now.
The top and bottom of the screen cut off and we cant access the buttons to play. It worked on our previous iPhone but now that we have an iPhone 11 it does not work.
Can only see 10 cards. Cant play on newer iPhone.
We have been charged for coins we did not purchase. When we try to reach customer support, we get the message that our WiFi is down. This is untrue.
Very annoying that it doesn't keep your numbers especially when it's so hard to mark the numbers in the first place. Too bad since this is our favorite game. Deleting the app.
Love playing 20 card keno but cant play cards because cant see the numbers on cards A to N. We can see numbers on the rest of the cards. Have not been able to contact support either. Just Very Disappointed.
The numbers and the background are the same color so you cant see what you are picking unless you look at the switch, which can only take you so far.
