Love this game we hate to buy power ups so we deleted it.
Not easy to win without using the 32 points when you get close to clearing out those block squares.
Dont waste your time and when it cheats you dont expect any support.Are you get is a auto reply email saying they will look into it and thats all you get. We literally watch make clear the board of Jewels and they dont disappear from the count. And this is just one of several things that is wrong with this game. Please dont waste your money or your time on this because we promise you you will regret it. Go on to something else do yourself a favor.

It's all fun and games, until your stuck for days on the same one. Could be faster.
Im newly retired and started playing this and 2 others that make us use more thought and strategy at the higher levels if we want to win with no help. Its visually interesting and we like the options provided if a level gets frustrating and that its possible to just purchase the ones we need for a level instead of having to buy a package of things Im not going to use. Ive literally spent 2 days trying to pass a single level and enjoy it and find it very relaxing. Ive had a few problems around level #134 but contacted the app and theyve been quick to respond. We dont know if the problem is the app or our iPad but its not a deal breaker.
We have been playing game and purchased coins etc….it got deleted when kids were over somehow…we reinstalled game and allcoing are gone and having to start at beginning…can you restore our stuff…..we do enjoy this game…fun and makes you think moves ahead etc.
This game is very addictive and we play almost every day, however you must be patient as each level has its own pitfalls.
We love this game, it's really fun, and encourages you to keep trying. It's our favorite game. But if there's one thing, we think it should ask you first if you really want 5 more moves before proceeding, especially since the 5 extra moves cost 32 coins. It just happened to us and wasn't planning to get 5 more moves but our finger slipped so we lost 32 coins. It should ask "Are you sure you want 5 more moves? That is worth 32 coins.".
The game is ok. The colour and view is amazing but you need to give us opportunity to earn coins much easy so we would have chance to use tools when we cant finish the game just for and only one figure or block.
Have just started playing and am enjoying the relaxing play. We can see however that its going to start getting more difficult and less relaxing. Enjoy.

We like this game but a few days ago ads for trump started showing up. We play to get away from all his garbage and dont care to see your political leanings. We dont care what party it is – we dont want to see it on our games. If this doesnt stop soon Ill say goodbye to all of your games. Just about gone.
Im just on level 39 and we love the game but it takes too many strikes to break the ice. Three strikes before it goes away . And when you have to hit it three times each, there is noway you have enough moves. And how do you get the hand weapon? It says something about collecting a element! And how do u get the hammer.
We want to give the game more than 3 stars but there are a few things that need to be fixed. One is the constant freezing up. Two is the speed of the game. If those things could be worked out then that would be great.

Enjoyable enough but like all these match 3 games harder levels mean more to collect with less moves. Level 16 tried 5 times but could not complete so game has been deleted. No fun if we cannot complete level also will not try hundreds of times.
After playing a lot Im in the level 570 but since level 500 doesnt let us earn coins. It is very frustrated and make hate the game. Our IPad just says video is not available. Grrrrr.
Thought this would be a fun game. It was for about 25 levels, then becomes impossible to win. Dont bother to but this one, you must keep paying for more coins. Enough.
