Its a really fun and addicting game but we wish there were better ways to get gems like getting a gem for completing a level with 3 stars, the party truck only gives 2 gems every two hours and the earn more gems feature you still need to spend money.
We think adding topping should be a tapping motion, ex you tap on the macaroons and tap the cake you want them on. The grab and pull method is annoying and is sometimes nit recognized. This makes the game not fun and annoying.
We love the game. Its fun and very addictive however we do have a suggestion. You guys should have it so that you can purchase gems with coins. We have over 500,000 coins but almost everything requires gems so they just keep adding up.
This game is awesome, you should totally download it.
We are 60 and we love playing this game.It is challenging at times and also a lot of fun.
Love the game so far! Have even made an in app purchase for gems. 2 things that make this 3 stars is how hard It is to acquire gems. We feel as though the rewards system there needs to be revamped. There is also an issue with the star tournaments… At the end of the level before we collect money on our last customer, it says we have to add time or quit because we didnt meet the tournament goal.. Although we still end the level with 3 stars either way which is how you score points for this tournament.. Needless to say this issue has set us way behind in the tournament and Im not getting the rewards that we technically earned. Other than those 2 things, the game is amazing and Im still in love! We hope you guys see this and maybe improve this in the future.
The game is fun and addicting but have to pay a lot for each city. Also we purchased $2.99 of gems we didnt receive any gems. How do we get them.
We are stuck on level 28 because we can not reach 3 stars for some reason. We served all 18 customers in a fast pace but because we did not buy gems to get the cheesecake (which it says is optional) it seems to keep us from getting the 3 stars and winning the challenge.
Level 28 on ice cream level isnt working. No Matt how much time is left, the game ends right before it reaches the first star. This happens even when we have a good amount of time left.
We like this game, Ive completed all levels and waited for the new construction area. Well we guess Ill unload this game.
We really dont like the fact that to move past level 40, you need to go back and get 4 stars on each of the 40 levels. This is the first game Ive seen like this. Im not going to go back and play 40 levels over just to get 4 stars to be able to advance, its ridiculous. Its also very hard to get gems the further along you go. We like a challenge, and we dont mind watching a few ads, but it to makes it almost impossible to get gems. Ive got a lot of coins but they dont do any good past a certain level. Ill probably delete this one and look for something similar.
Hello, devs. We have been playing game since the first day it came out. We didnt save the progress, when we had to get a new iPad, so we had to start over. Thats why it didnt show a lot of game progress. We saved it now though & we have the best connection & WiFi available. Others are also experiencing the same as us, but we know your working on it. This is a fun app, we love to play it. Also, manage it right and you can get gems several different ways so it dont cost a lot to advance (free gems: daily challenges, the bus, free gem for watching an ad plus logging in midweek, the end of the weekend and filing your daily challenge bar). Highly recommended.
Since the update on 8/5/21, it doesnt load and we cannot play. Yes, our system and app are up to date. Thanks.
We've played this for quite some time and have 3 stars in every level in every location. We stayed when the party bus quit rewarding, we stayed when the daily quests required things that couldn't be accomplished, we stayed when the Star Chef pop up magically made 45 of our gems disappear, and we stayed when last week's update promised 2 challenges a week but actually provided 0. However, the update that we just installed today won't allow the app to open at all. The 3rd time the "loading" message was still showing after 5 minutes, we decided to come here prior to deleting it. Update: As suggested by the developers, we redownloaded the game to see if that would solve the problem. We were able to access the game at that point. We were shown the tutorial and we had zero stars and zero gems. We're not starting over.
We actually really enjoy this game compared to other food games that are similar, but our problem is with the new update 8.10. It simply will not load the game! We even went to make sure it wasnt our iOS version which is at 13 and the app calls for 10 so thats not it. This is the only way we could get in touch with the creators because the services tab just takes you to a blank page! Someone just please please please fix this problem because we dont want to lose all the progress Ive made.
Installed/updated the game to lastest version V8.10. Now our game will not load and just stuck on loading screen.
Whats going on with this app? Ive been trying to get into it all day & it keeps saying that it needs to download resources to continue. Im afraid to delete it and download it again because we are almost done with all the restaurants….Afraid Ill lose our progress. It also shows that its not getting WiFi & we have WiFi in our apt plus data in our phone. Very frustrating.
It is fun but it is hard and gives us stress and anxiety so we are deleting this app because it is good but terrible at the same time. It is not the best app in the world but it is better than some others.
This is a really fun and challenging game but its really too hard to finish the challenges without buying gems. Its discouraging.

Absolutely terrible! Needs an update to fix the freezing in the middle of levels.
We love this game but we are currently on the Tex Mex level and because we have an iPhone X Im not able to grab the items near the exit bar. When you swipe up it brings you to the menu. We see where this is a common complaint but we dont see where it was ever addressed by the developers. Otherwise, we would have given 5 stars.
Why cant we buy the piggy bank for $2.99? It just wont work.

It takes a lot of gems to advance and open up new levels. Also on the iPhone 12 when you go to put the rice onto the plate, due to the new phones not having a home button. On the iPhone 12 when you go to drag it the dishes, such as the rice from the bottom, it will pause the game and kind of slow things down.
Great game! We just started playing on texmex street, but it is almost impossible to grab the rice without swiping out of the game or swiping the bottom menu of the iphone up. Please fix this.
Hello. We have an iPhone 11. Im on Tex Mex and we cannot serve the rice because anytime we do, it pulls up the resume/restart pause menu. No matter what we try, we cant get rice from the serving bowl to the plate. Is this something that can be fixed.
We love this game and have played it for years. Ive played it up until a few months ago when the game started being wonky with our phone. We thought it may just need a few updates and it would be fine. We never had a problem before but every time we try to swipe to move the food around from the bottom of the screen, our phone stops the game and thinks Im trying to close the app. We have no idea how to fix this and it really interferes with our game play since we cant get some of the items. Other than that issue, we think the game is super fun and the different street options are so unique.
This app has some defect that we are not sure that you guys are aware of. The issue that we are experiencing is on the TEX MEX level 9, while trying to reach some of the lower level food items like the Spanish rice or any other food item located towards the bottom/side edge of the phone (in landscape position) it causes you to continuously swipe up into the open/running apps section of the iPhone and causing the game to pause. It is nearly impossible to access these food items without this happening. We have decided not to play this game any longer Bevause we cannot complete this level without pausing the game over and over. Are you guys able to fix this issue? Would it be possible to automatically dis able the swipe up feature when playing the game? Or maybe move the food items to a more acceptable place on the game. We love this game and want to keep playing it. Thanks you.

We love playing this game. We look forward to logging into it every day.Its one of those guilty pleasures and we enjoy after work. Our only issue is on certain levels the food at the bottom is impossible to reach without the game trying to close out or pause the game. Ive even tried flipping our phone around multiple times to switch the tops and bottoms of the screen.For a while and work and then it stopped allowing us to do that after level 35. It is difficult to pass the Tex Mex levelsBecause you cannot reach the rice thats at the bottom. We would really love to continue to play this game, but we cant pass the levels without being able to reach the rice.
Why cant you guys make it so we can earn enough gems to keep playing without forking over our entire paycheck? We have to quit bc Im not giving you any more money for gems. Ill come back and play if you fix this.
On iPhone with the bar at the bottom, try to press on some items and it just pauses the game.
Its a fun game until you have to move more quickly and the foods dont move fast when you slide them to customers or warmers or to other foods. Deleted and in to another.
Decent game until we finished the Mexican food truck, now the quest completed banner is blocking customers orders…..grrrr.
Ive been playing this game for months. Although acquiring gems was challenging, it was fun to win challenges, play festivals, or special games. Now EVERYTHING we earned playing goes to this piggy bank that will cost us $9.99 to get?!?! That is really crappy considering the gems were earned but now we have to pay for them. Im so frustrated Im about to just delete this app altogether.
Ive downloaded this game on every new phone we get, its just really cool. Not a lot of unnecessary ads, easy but still fun with a little challenge. Cant wait for more levels.

Hey if you made this you did a good and bad job.
Its a great game, but we couldnt get past a certain point in some places because the food was placed very low at the bottom of the screen, and when we would try to grab the food, our phone thought we were trying to exit the screen. We have an iPhone. So we couldnt get any of the orders done that had that item in it (the rice in tex mex). :(.
We like cooking games in general but there really is no incentive to keep playing when the value of the gems is no longer makes sense like 10 gems to upgrade bread. And then you dont get that many gems back for leveling up or beating an area. But they allow you to have so much money, you should be able to buy gems with all your coins. But it was okay but after a while you want to switch to another game.
The game is ok but the food cooks to slow. And the diamonds are to expensive.
Well… This game seems VERY interesting but it is very boring at first you get into it a lot and it is a lot of fun but then the levels get harder and way more impossible. And the customersget mad at you.we usually play a game to make us feel better when we feel down .But when you make a mistake playing this game it makes you feel bad.although you can try again you just eventually give up. We would NOT recommend.
This game is super fun and addicting! We cant stop playing. However, we agree with other posters/players. Earning gems is difficult and takes a lot of patience. Im not interested in spending much money for gem packages, especially when some of the upgrades take a lot of gems. The game also needs an update to fix a few small bugs.
The swipe up feature to go home leaves some level Tex Mex unable to play at all from level 7 on.
If your not gonna upgrade to the next island or whatever at least let the party bus bring back more Gems.
