Awful game, poorly written questions,frustrating scoring platform. Find a better game and avoid this one.
Love the questions. Not sure we answer 25 in a row for 3 points and get one wrong and lose 20.
It is very compelling to have a source of trivia without sports and pop music. And the questions go beyond the basics much of the time, which is a great way to learn. Thank you! Some feedback as well: (1) the Wikipedia links with special characters often dont show up well and have to be typed manually (2) the Sunday challenge results can be accidentally closed too easily, so you have to wait a week for the next one to find out how you did (3) the two times Ive done well (13/15) on the Sunday challenge our score is unreported/not in the leaderboard for some reason.
This is one of our favorite apps/games! Ive this app for years and have never had issues. We love it because Ive learned so much from the questions in a way that doesnt make us feel stupid for being wrong-and we have the option of learning about the correct answer if we want an explanation. Lastly, you can play offline! Needless to say, Im addicted.
We find that we pick up our phone when we have a few minutes to answer a couple questions and then we cant stop ourselves. We dont use social media, and Im actually here in the App Store to down load this for the second time. We cant live without it lol Definitely recommend.
First of all we love this game and been playing for years but it says you can invite and play with friends but theres no indication how this can actually be done, please someone help. Then Ill upgrade to 5 stars.
Why is there a blue line on one of the lines of answers every time it gives us a new set of questions? It should be all blank and then when you choose your answer, itll come up with either a red or green depending on your answer? Very irritating.
No nonsense, no silly progress maps or weird incentive things – just solid multiple choice questions with covering a huge variety of subjects. Some are easy some are extremely esoteric. Ive been playing for years and its excellent. Current version v1.2.5 seems to have some issues with ios16, making the app non-functional but hoping the dev gets them fixed soon and were back in business.
Same problem as other reviewer. No questions appear and when we try to start a match it crashes.
9/4/2022-Just updated, no question appears. A blank screen with four blank areas where answers appear. Our score is still in the upper right corner, the Match and Learn buttons are visible. Not going to delete and reinstall, in case we lose our score.
This is great its fun and tricky for your brain.
We really enjoy playing this app, the questions are very diverse, and Ive only ever had a couple of repeat questions. The only thing that we would change is having a standardized point system available to the player, so that you know how many points youll gain or lose from each question.
Our place in the distribution doesnt change regardless of Elo rating score.
Have had this for ages and we love it. Probably our favorite app on our phone.
We have the residents of a senior living community play this, and they spend hours and hours answering the questions. Some suggestions: A Settings option to set the speed when the next question is displayed, and American History Questions.
One question asked what a trombone was and one answer was a sex toy. You might want to fix that to keep your 9+ rating. You can have this comment removed if you fix it so no one knows.
Its a blasty Blast, though the other players seem to show a sense of humor only in their player names. The player names are Barely Worth a grin.
