So far we are having fun. We just started and accumulated 106,000,000 points in Slots. We will see what happens next.
Just started and learning but so far so good.
We have had allot of problems with Binions. Stealing our coins being the number 1 problem. It took weeks & complaining 2 Apple but we received our 400m in coins. The 4 stars are for the unique slots they offer. Their customer service needs work. Meaning.their final solution could have been done in the beginning. They chose 2 drag it on hoping we would just walk away. Chapter closed.
We had some issues and they got them resolved and yes it took some time, so they are making changes for the better, slowly.
Its a fun game to play, but youre not really winning anything towards four queens/ Binions.
We bought a new iPad (perhaps a mistake). We clocked in this morning with no problem and answered the daily question badly; oh well. We go to login tonight to get the daily spin and Im told we have to update. OK. GO TO UPDATE AND CANt because there is no internet connection.. We can email Binions customer service according to the Oops message ( no EVER responds in a timely fashion). Yeah, Im here complaining because BinionS screwed up an update and wants to tell us to check our internet connection. OWN up Binions AND compensate. Dont say your players have no internet connection when we can obviously post reviews.
Im not sure what yawl have done, but we can not use the app, because it is effectively locked up the app.

If a problem arises, support gets back to you very quickly and resolves the problem. Not many problems do arise but its good to know that support pays attention. Very enjoyable app.
Not as fancy as some but still the same concept and it always works as it should without freezing.
We were having trouble with the game giving us what was won. We contacted support and they told us to delete the app and redownload it. We did that. In the mean time we lost all progress we had made and had to start from square one. So disappointed in the support we got. And we know its just a game but we really liked playing it.
Loving this game so far. We play while we are doing the infinity hoop on a rebounder because we can do it with one hand and it makes us want to work out.
Fun app and Im sure we will do as well in their casino when we go.
Quickly drains all the free money to get you to BUY coins. Unrealistic results.
Nice enough game. Fun to play. Cannot win anything though. You need major credits (1B) to actually play with a chance to win something. Anything a cup of coffee ! Love the hotel.

We originally thought that this was like other slots gaming apps however, it changed when they started aski Ng question of facts from Binions.
We have had so much fun playing although we dont know what Im doing half the time. Love the holidays theme games. Hopefully Ill get the basic idea of what Im doing soon. Anyway its a fun way to spend some downtime when home alone.
We started playing in hopes of getting comps and or rewards when we go to Vegas but we cant figure out how to tell or where to look or if our players card is even tied to our app and for this reason we dont play it as much as the easier ones to check rewards.
We only gave 3 stars because they use to let you use your rewards for gifts,food and drinks. Now they dont do that.
This app has no reason to play anymore. Bring back the rewards and ill play again.

Its a good slot game- but late in 2020 their web agreements forced them to eliminate Earning Complimentary Gifts at Binions casino in Vegas. Website wise its good/minor issues with poker on Apple devices but overall four stars.
Logged in today after a couple weeks of not playing. We had over 1400 hats, they pushed an update or Facebook connect or something like that and now we have only 50 hats and cant reach customer service.
