We are stuck on level 7 . When we get on the game it makes us go to Joes farm to help but when we click to help it does nothing so we can't do anything else either. We're stuck there. Please help.
This game freezes at level 7. Ive rebooted, still freezes. Ive downloaded a new game, and again, it freezes at level 7. We bought gems from the first game, and lost them from the game freezing. We tried to contact app support and the only thing that shows up is that your website is an ERROR AND CANT BE FOUND. WHAT IS GOING ON.
What is going on with your servers?!? On WiFi, we continuously get the error message that game cannot connect to server. Its not just our WiFi, even on other WiFis it does not work. First it stopped working on our regular cellular data and only worked through WiFi. Now it doesnt even work through WiFi. Our WiFi connection is great, before u guys say our connection isnt strong enough. Ive tried it on other WiFi and still does not work. What do we do.
Trashing an item for the truck should be free. Thats our opinion.
Love it! But, how do you get lumber? We cut down trees but we get nothing. Orders call for it all the time but we cant find it. Could be better.
We have been playing this game for years and now it wont let us open it r u working on it or is something else happening.
For two weeks now the game will not load on and off it freezes and we have to close it and open it back we really like this game its relaxing it frustrating we cant play it.
Was very happy with this.for about the first hour or so. At first things went well, then they slowed and slowed then became stalled. Hours for building to complete, which we have never understood. Once you have paid for it why can it not be available? Why hours for products to complete? One and a half hours for PANCAKES? Seriously people? Orders waiting for items that you cant produce yet because you must progress more levels, so game play, thus enjoyment of game (and willingness to spend money on it) decline. You wait on parts to expand the barn, but that is impossible because you can only fill the boat when you, again, advance levels, (or love it enough to spend money on it) And yes, we know, you deserve to be paid. This is after all your creation (your intellectual property?) but this came off to us as greed.money here money there so early in the game. So, your players go play some different gameor look for another one to play and hopefully to love and hope its not like this one and all the others. And one that you dont have to spend money on before you realize its not really fun at all, like we just did. But, it does have potential with some changes.
Our game has an error in the ore collection. When we contacted customer service, initially they were good. But then after trying a few things, somehow our ore collection turned into over NEGATIVE 2 billion (yes, BILLION) ore. This means we are unable to collect ore or cut trees down. When we contacted customer service again, they have not responded at all. This is too bad, because we until this point, this had been our favorite game.
Our mom loves this game every day she plays it so good work on the game and good luck in the future.
Good game, lots of fun. Better then FarmVille cue and most others. Looking for neighbors.
Hi its a great game but it could use a roadside shop to buy and sell goods.
Cannot acquire any neighbors and cant find out how to use the tickets.
Is there storage you can store things in ,if so where and how do you get them back out we also when from about a low level to 60.
Why cant we get logs? We cant progress cause of this.
We dont seem to be getting axes and other tools. We get offers to buy these things. We dont mind buying things but if this is the only way we can get through the game Im not going to be playing it.
Very fun game it would be great if you could add more different kinds of animals, different fishes, lobsters, carbs, more and is the fishing place going to be open so we can get fishes.
Why we became level 60 from level 30? What is happening we want our old progress.
