The game is broken after the zday intro. The UI screen is stuck. We tried it on another phone and the game worked. The phone that we play on is an IPhone 14 Pro Max. Please fix.
This is one of the few games like this where u have to wait for stuff to upgrade that we actually like but there are some things us and a lot of players have talked and agreed on like a gifting system we have equipment cards we dont need that we wanna give to other players, invisible glitch with level 2-3 threats, also should make events like market madness stay around for longer,Ava should also be more even no reason our 100billion power alliance is going against 300billion power there are some other things but all around good game.
When are you going to fix the bug in Carpet Bombing skill??? It crashes the game every time it is used, and has done so for many weeks!!! Update: STILL not fixed!!! How hard can it be?? We dont think your hearts are in it.
We like the but it has big problem no support. If you have issues your on your no support. They have you fill out reports then say its the wrong one so no help .l filled out a report 4 times and couldnt submit it. Bought Triumph keys got triumph crate instead. They make it to hard to get help. Its nonexistent. So if you get money to throw away this is the game for you. Game needs to be more player friendly. Its not.
Its a pretty cool game, but ever since the last update, the Hero Expeditions wont work. Every time we try to access it, a screen pops up saying reconnect. And then the game just resets! Ive sent a message to support. But they said Customer service has fed back to the technical staff and we will verify and follow up as soon as possible But this has been messing up for almost a week now. Like we said, cool game! But their always seems to be some kind of bug or issue going on. Hopefully they can get this fixed in a timely manner.

We have played several games and Z Day has done a great job of keeping our interest, challenging us with strategy, and being realistic with upgrading times and costs. We highly recommend this game.
Once you join a region you cant leave, biggest flaw of a game people only have the chance once they first create a kingdom, you have like to level 4 or weeks time to leave! For us been playing year took us over 2 months to fully learn the game! It kinda cheap to play so thats a plus but if you want good gear you have to pay $100! Mods never reply, sometimes you get charged extra gold you didnt buy, they say give screen shot, when u do they ignore you.
This is something running rampant in the app gaming world because no one sees any reason to correct it. We dont subscribe to the its not the gaming companys fault its the ad company if we owned a game we would want to see and approve all adds that made claims to being attached to our project. We rated this game as a one star based on the ad that pulled us in… Which replicated the actual game play 1%. Everyone involved in this add should be fired, or drawn and quartered whichever would be more financial sound.
This can used to be fine and we enjoyed this game we played between 10 to 12 hours a day for months at a time. The problem is the programmers want to make money theres nothing wrong with that but when you have to keep your shield up 24 seven days week you cant keep on spending money that you dont have. Kings group holdings is probably a good company but they keep on upgrading and the games going down and down all the big groups are attack us every day. Its a problem that they dont Solve if you have a PC you can do a lot of things if you dont have a PC youre screwed. Im down to maybe 15 minutes One hour a day …This used to be a great game not anymore thank you for your time.

You need to fix the glitch that people use to hide base and attack which we cannot fight back because we dont see there base.
Somehow someone from zday charged our account for ingame purchases over 700$ . In our mail notifications from zday when we purchase something none of those purchases show up. We disputed this with our bank and was refunded 700-800$ us now they are mad at us and we cannot purchase anything from zday. We have been black listed for someone on their side trying to steal money from us. Beware of this game we will probably get kicked off. Protect you accounts.

Like many other we were pulled by a false ad, Im tired to try but if you do not spend money you cant do anything, we give a chance for some months but we just waist our time.
When ever we enter the game we get a buy this popping up on our phone and it is completely pay to win.
Game is nothing like the ads they play on Instagram.
Game is great, the only major issue that turns us off from playing is. Not being able to switch between accounts freely. Its not a Facebook issue as Ive uninstalled both Facebook and z day, and only when we reinstalled z day was we able to get into a different account. But once we switched back to our main account. We were unable to switch back again. Fix your issue z day.

Game has poor reward after level 30 your really cant grow unless you spend a lot of money .. For Ava is 24 hours has poor reward truly not worth spending 24 hrs to play . Rvr also has poor rewards . They updates gear and medal and destroyer plus statues but never updates the reward to help off set the cost or the reward to help with those updates . This could be a fun game but Im sadly disappointed in after 2 yrs.

Ive played this game for about 3.5 years now. Overall it is a great game. The trick is to get in a good team group so you can get rewards faster. Events are often, and rewards for time spent are in good ratio.
Like to see more soldiers and equipment.
With every update there's more glitches in the system when you still haven't fixed the glitches in the previous update. With this last upgrade we lost all the strategy points in our war room still can't add any more points we have been trying to contact the customer support and still nothing in response all you guys care about is taking our money but when we have issues with the game no one ever gets back plus like in our region 50 1 player is killing The Who region so we guess thank money train is gonna be stopping soon we know we have been a fool playing for years on yall's games koa and zday but that time has come to an end.
Made some purchases on this app had prompt tell us unable to make purchase please contact Apple support we did they informed us they a block on our account to make sure it wasnt fraud they fixed issue problem is app took our money and we never received Merck have reached out to customer service in game and on Facebook still havent heard from nobody in the process of finding out what action we can take to get issue looked into.

Every time we load the game up on our phone it keeps getting stuck on the same frozen screen not letting us do anything. Ive uninstalled it and reinstalled and done other things, works fine on our iPad but not phone.

Game is boring . Developers havent updated game in years , only things you have to buy . There other games they update but not this one . Server is to slow for good game play as well .. Many players leaving game due to greedy developers .. Been playing for 5 years ourselves and ready to stop.
The support for this game is pretty bad. When issues do come up their idea of help is to just keep pushing everything off with excuses we are busy, and then if you are not on the day they decide to send you a response the close the ticket. If you can take that then the game itself is ok but regions die and it gets a little boring towards the end of one.

We really like the game, BUT. Its kinda hard to play when you cant obtain the correct gear to upgrade your base. It cost millions of resources to upgrade your base because they dont allow you to manufacture the gear that would save resources. You cant even buy the construction super spy gear. They also dont give you the option to obtain different Avatars. You cant Win or buy them either. We won a skin for our base, we never received it. We have pictures to prove we won it but they denied it!! Other than the truth of the game as we have stated. We do enjoy playing. We wish they cared for their players but they dont. It does get boring because its the same daily missions and harvest resources because it cost 141,000,000 food to upgrade our base. A little extreme because they will not offer the highest set of construction gear. Probably will quit this game. Gal@DTA.
If you ever get a subscription to this game and want to cancel they will block you blame it on your WiFi, tell you that you do not have enough storage, tell you to uninstall and reinstall and then you are done. Many years playing and now we cant play because we stopped our subscription.
Trying not to attack tagged allaince wont work cuz the member of the alliance Im on lost some troops when they got attack.theres no way you can bring peace because disadvantage is that you could lose more troops easily if you dont strike back as a revenge,dont waste time with peace because war is more important and peace is for the losers who become so sore.

Could be a lot better game but customer issues hardly to ever gets resolved. Many glitches happens during peak game times. They rig challenges and events based of what you have in your inventory and how much you spend. We dont recommend this game for new players.
It is fun game to play give it a try for your selfs.
One great game to play keeps you on your toes like this one a little more cause of these games kinda get tiring after a while.
The game needs to be about less money and more about strategy. Things they offer us to buy should be at least half the cost. We think people would stay in the game more. This is a typical pay to play game and the average person wont pay to play and its hard to grow without out spending money because of it.
Literally you guys advertise a game that is completely different then what you offer… [Pro Tip] Instead of falsifying and misleading people in your ads, you should actually develop the game that you advertise. Then people might actually want to play your stuff. Honesty goes a lot further than being scum.
The new and low level players who do not buy their way to power have no chance to survive.
