Im trying to play this game but it sticks at 78% and wont go any further.
We really like this game however, we are not sure how to get help. Since the last update, it is taking forever to do the upgrading on the promotion costumes because you have to do one at a time. Previously you could do a large quantity at a time in order to promote the retainers. We hope that they will fix this issues soon. Thanks so muchloyal player, Shi Li.

We havent been able to log into our account from the app with the fb login loosing our patience our user name is Todd0322 in server S44 grace Ive spent a lot of money and want this resolved before we loose our stuff.

20k-30k+ spent will not be enough for some of the highest ranking, reason is that some of the top players work with the company to bring in that stream of money that players spend trying to get into the top ranks only to be pushed down by this money grabbing tactic. After this lady lost her husband and the team worked her quickly, not sure how much she lost but she started with 75 grand we know the insides of how this developer works, sadly, few others do unless they played at the early stages, played for years, or work for them.
Just moved stuff around. Doesn't make the game flow better or anything. No improvement at all. Now its just harder to find things.

We bought gold 680 and didnt receive any gold. When we reported the problem to the customer service team, they replied they didnt receive the payment and sometimes theres delay for buying gold. Well, that messed up our plans for the ranking of so many events happened. So, we guess we would give up on playing this game and quit.
Ok so this game in general is ok but we really feel like it could be more better in the sense that the graphics can improve a bit more and the way it is structured, also it gives you the option to either play as a male or female,however, when playing as a female it doesnt change the voice during the story to a female more over it doesnt change you to a female and instead is a male. This is what it need to be improved. The graphics there are not that bad but could use some improvement and the story itself is really well put we just feel like it can work better if it changes the person for the gender they chose to play as.
It allows you to be a female however the game still treats you like a man. Its kind of annoying, however its kinda entertaining.

Ive played this game for awhile and it makes you click on a notification when u didnt earn anything. Only one server wins because of alternate accounts from other server being used. Its a pay to play game. Beware. Too many clicking.
The iOS app never fully loads. Its gets to 78% and then sits there forever. Multiple attempts and phone reboots dont change that.
This game is so fun And we play it almost every day. The outfits are great and story line is the same. You can create your own character. All the people we know have this game. Its so entertaining. We could play it for three days straight and still not be bored.

Game was fun for a while until vindictive players and alliances on your own server start bullying you and your alliance (poaching members, singling out for kicking in academy & envoy, alts/fake 2nd alliances to displace your alliance in event rankings) all things that can keep F2P players/alliances down so they never grow. You can complain to the developers for a year and NOTHING is done about it. They will not punish or ban the frivolous alt accounts that are used against you, or the players who punch down and participate in bullying and they wont even introduce a way for you to protect against Envoy snatching. Lastly, as the game goes on alliances and entire servers die as a result, vindictive & greedy alliances resort to poaching from lesser alliances and steal their players as their own leave (further perpetuating the decline of the game) – the developers dont stay on top of merging servers to keep things fresh and promote parity and healthy competition – instead they keep creating NEW SERVERS!! This game will be dead in a year if measures arent taken.

We have moved to a new phone and we cant access our old character and we are having to restart from nothing Ill never buy another gold pack again until o get back into our old character.
Do not get sucked into this game. Devs allow cheaters to continue playing instead of banning them because they want money. Well, they wont get anymore of mines, until they STOP allowing cheaters.
This game has disappointed us thoroughly. We had a full game and retainers and all that. Today we log in as we have always and logged in through same log in portal. Our game has been erased!!!!!! Completely we mean it set us back to 0. Admin please fix this. All the money we threw here.
We have played this game since August 2018 and we have to say that until you truly understand how the game works, you wont have much fun. We played over a year until we got into a good alliance. After that, they took time to show us how to make the most of the game. Does it cost? Yes! If you have patience however, you can be F2P but its going to take a lot of time. We genuinely enjoy this game.

Ive played the game for a year now and ik supposed to get Jane Austen as a login reward, but we dont have her? The game wont let us receive her as a log in reward. We go by PMeiling, our gamer Id is 1505861. Please fix.
We keep clicking things in the hopes it brings us to some next competition of the game but it never does. And there are people in your server at the top with high VIP. VIP of 9 is not uncommon. You need 1,000,000 gold to be VIP9. 100 dollars gets u 7000 gold. Do the math. The programmers have to be running the show. Nobody would pay that for this mediocre game. Its greedy to try and make people believe someone is paying that for this so they will. NOBODY is going to pay that.
This is not a game – it is an elaborate Ponzi scheme and swindle. The game allows a user to maintain multiple, concurrent accounts within a single server and across multiple servers. This allows new users to be manipulated into thinking that their in-app gold purchases will positively affect their standing in the game. Do not make any in-app purchases in this game – you will have no recourse for refunds. The game exists only in mainland China (PRC) – therefore you are unlikely to enjoy protection from U.S. Law should you seek redress for refunds. Apple will also do nothing to help you – and your banks wont help you because they cannot refund charges made to your credit card made by Apple (a transaction third party) The game developers also have employees posing as players – these fake players further manipulate game outcomes which encourages new, inexperienced players to make in-app purchases for gold.
We were charged $29.99 and given 2040 when we clicked on a $0.99 and 60 gold purchase. We did not authorize $29.99. We also did not use the items from the purchase because we were ready to give them back to the game developers. We immediately contacted customer support and asked to return all items affiliated with the $29.99 purchase for a refund and their response was We do not have the ability to do that at this time. Try to be more careful next time. Since they did not make any attempt to honor the refund, we reached out to their vendor, Apple, and requested a refund. Apple erred in our favor and gave us the refund. Then we got a message from the game developers, that we were in violation of their malicious refund policy and the only way we could keep our account open was to pay the $29.99 on a new account and then have the new account banned. After arguing back and forth with customer service multiple times, they still refuse to acknowledge that this purchase automatically happened as soon as we clicked on 60 gold. They know exactly what theyre doing, and they think that by accusing us of violating their terms, that they will somehow make us feel bad for their mistake and that Ill pay. Heres the reality. Im not a top player. Ive never ranked first in anything, and we dont need to. Im not rich enough to pay to rank 1st. What motive would we have to purchase $29.99 when that still wouldnt get us 1st place in anything? Their logic is seriously flawed. Rather than pay for their mistake, Ive decided to let them respond to E-consumer. We hope they have their lawyers ready.
Played this game hardcore for a year and stopped playing it for about 6 or so months and when we came back it made us start over. Completely done with this game forever.
We got kicked out of our account and we have been talking to customer service for a week now and they are not helping us at all. We already provided the info they were asking us for and they have the nerve to say that they cant find our account! How hard is it to do something so simple on something you created???? We know our account is there because we even tried making another with the same username and it says that username is already taken. Either give us our money back that we spent or give us our account back. We sent them receipts with everything on their with our info but they refuse to help us.
Loving the game, super fun but we do wish that women playing the game as a female character could see the way other characters talk to us in the game in a way thats adapted to a female emperor. As an empress or whatever its called in the game, we're being spoken to as if we were a man and our character marries a girl, which is less fun to us than if she could marry a guy.

We tried to log in this morning, we were halfway to P.4 . We were prompted to start a new character. Our character Kaaluun on S122 doesnt show. We are extremely upset as we have made purchases and was making good progress and was the vice leader of our alliance Two Swords. Help us please.
When we play as a girl why is a girl blushing on us when im a girl and why do we have a boy body on like it weird.
To play you must do certain tasks, including raising heirs and defeating your enemies at the same time along with pleasing the emperor.
It's been an awesome game! We're so glad the raid happens during our lunch break so we don't get in trouble for playing at work! LOL we still haven't figured out how our female character keeps getting all these women pregnant but hey, at least she's getting laid! LOL It is a pay to play game, but you get to play a lot for free before you get to that point so you can better decide if you think it's worth it.

We wouldve rated this game a perfect score but Im a girl darn it :) we know This will be the stupidest review you ever got but can you add a girl voice over when players choose a female character it just sounds more … Realistic :) also we even tho am girl it made be a boy… Seriously :( we feel the insult.
First of all, the graphics and lag is extreme. Secondly, it lets you choose a girl character and then addresses you as a boy as if only boys can play.
We think this is a little sack religious. We only have one King and it is God The Eternal Farther. This app downloaded on its self so we know some demons be running this garbage.
These devs def dont care about the game enough. Based on other reviews and how well they treat bullying. If you cant file a legit complaint for hacking or theft and be taken seriously and get a automated response with actual empathy then expect nothing more then bs as treatment. They only care about the $. Once they get it youre forgotten. Good luck. We dont know why people invest $ into games. Its dumb. Youll never reap what you sow but youll always get what you deserve.
The developers are pretty stingy. If you buy $100 worth of gold you will get 6800 gold, along with another 4000 gold in bonuses. However, you will need to belong to an alliance and the best ones require you to spend 200 gold every day on an advanced build. Then there are the banquets which cost 100 to attend and your player will get retainers and confidants. To develop these you will need to buy thing like hearts (which convey your intimacy to the confidants) and scrolls which convey aptitude to the retainers. Just to give you an idea, one scroll costs 300 gold in the store and it may not even work to convey any aptitude at all. We have bought scrolls and received some free ones as prizes. Only the ones that give one aptitude per retainer are 100% successful. The success rate on 2, 3, 4, and 5 aptitude, is very low. So out of 1,734 scrolls Ive used, we only got 1,198 aptitude and on several occasions we used up to 8 scrolls in a row and they were all failures. At 300 gold per scroll, thats 3200 gold or almost $50 worth for nothing. If you have lots of money to spend you might enjoy this game.
Ive been logging in for a over a month now, and let us say in the beginning it was fun. Although now that yall crossed serves its not fun anymore. Its too much, and it makes our game glitch extremely bad. We dont think Ill continue to play but do recommend to others just be warned it may glitch.
