We love the game its really fun and great but we went to buy something and we didnt have service we guess and now every time we click it it says we already bought it and funds will be restored but never are.
This app is fun but we dont recommend purchasing anything. We spent $1.99 only to find out we were charged $16.85. Ive tried to contact them by email and got no reply. Now we have to file a dispute and wait up to 45 days. Its a shame. We were enjoying playing. $16.85 is a lot of money for us. We thought we were treating ourselves only to find out all our money was taken from our debit card. We hope thus gets fixed before it happens to anyone else.
Is this just a game or do you really get the winnings.
We've been playing this game for over a year and have never hit jackpot on any ticket so our guess is that they're no jackpot at all!!! Not very fun when you can't win! Ever. You need to redo the tickets so there is winning tickets! Yeah theirs no jackpot on any of the tickets.
This game has ripped us, we bought coins twice and havent gotten any! Dont waste your money.
Ok. So we didnt realize the game hadnt been updated in two years when we downloaded it yesterday. Which would explain why it crashes every 2 minutes. Also, how is anyone supposed to progress when you only win back 1/5th of what a card cost. If you pay 50 for a ticket and only win 5 back from it you still lose. So yeah. Not worth your time.
We would give 0 stars if we could. It told us we had won $100 than $50 and it wont let us redeem anything! DO NOT DOWNLOAD. (And no, we wasnt the over the moon card) HORRIBLE APP.
When ordering for charms for $2.99 didnt get only 4 of them and was charged. It said it would restore for free and never did.
And it doesnt break the bank like real scratchers! Lots of fun in our downtime and is very addictive.
The game isnt too bad so far, been playing a few days and Im now level 8. Unlocked the moon ticket and won the jackpot but when we hit check ticket it said we won $50 and didnt give us our proper winnings. We won $10,000 right before so perhaps it was a glitch? We would like the glitch to be fixed, otherwise we will no longer be playing.
