- Character stories were not tappable for some users. We've found the culprit and apprehended them.
- On iOS26 some users were not able to start a story due to a video bug. This was a bit of a mystery, but we're happy to say this case is now closed.

10/10 we love it very juicy and interesting and fun.
Its fine. We think it has potential to be something fun and intriguing, the lead up was fun to get all the drama before things go down, but once the main character goes missing its kind of boring. Its just a lot of let us know youre okay already every few hours and even once you start getting more information from the group chats, its few and far between. Very very slow. Also, someone needed to have a look over this games messages before it went live. They originally called the exs fianc Claire, but shes actually Sarah. And theres a lot of messages out of place or correcting messages that didnt need correcting. Just kind of a mess.
We wish they will come up with more stories.
Fun but getting coins is difficult.
It really annoying to get so little coins daily and to have to unlock everything with them. No ability to earn with progress. Frustrated and done with this, not fun.
Would give it 5 star exceptreal time should be shorter spans OR more coin availability. Also we bought a discounted 1000 coin package advertised for 5.99 and yall charged us 15.63.
Love this game but do hate the ads. Everyone seems to complain that its impossible to advance, but its totally doable to watch the ads frequently and get coins. You can get 100 every hour if you make a point to open the app and just let them play out. Whenever we have a free minute we check if we can get coins again and quickly watch. Also worth watching the ads to get your free coin pack. Lastly, its very worth buying keys with your coins! Saves you a lot of time/coins.
The stories are hit or miss but the ones we like are very entertaining. Its one of our favorite games. You dont have enough options for coins, without paying you can only watch 1 story enjoyably. You watch a ton of ads, but its barely enough to open one chat or even advance. Even with the new update, the app freezes. We dont know if its the story Im on or the app itself. We just tried to collect the daily reward and the app froze, we wasnt able to collect the double amount w ads, had to restart the app. It froze again when we opened a new conversation. It wasnt like this initially. Hopefully whatever this is fixes or we dont see ourselves continuing. The negatives with coins and freezing outweigh the joy.
We have been playing this game on and off for years, and absolutely LOVE IT. Its a great concept, theres many great stories, and we love the layout. We also dont mind the fact that you have to watch ads for coins at all. However, the game has progressively gotten more and more glitchy/slow to the point where its almost unusable. The ads are especially awful, as they take upwards of 30 minutes to get through most of the time because it constantly freezes up and we have to exit the app and try over and over again. Additionally, half the time it glitches so bad that we end up getting no coins for watching the ad, and dont even end up getting the daily reward most of the time because the app freezes. If it ran smoothly, it would be a fantastic game, but Im sad to say that we dont know if we can keep playing it if it isnt fixed, as we cant get enough coins to even progress.
Primary notes: The website links dont work which is a shame. We love that it is like a real time story, but it isnt really about solving crime, its more like interactive storytelling. The pros: it feels like youre immersed in the stories and theyre super interesting. The cons: some of the content is like time sensitive which means you have to be on top of it all the time. (It is also super weird that the texts/emails are written in British English when the plots have American characters. Its totally appropriate for the British storylines but just plain confusing for the American ones. Most of the American actors have convincing enough accents in some stories but other ones it is painfully obvious theyre British acting American.).
You stay intrigued! We really enjoy it.
Its okay. Our biggest complaint is that we wish they provided other ways to gain coins and keys to unlock clues that dont involve constantly having to watch ads or prompting you to spend your real money. And we definitely dont think the app is worth spending your real money. Its fun if youre bored but that fun doesnt last. Lastly, the interface could be better. This app has potential but itd need to come along way for it to be worth our time.
Its a little pricey it should be like 80 coins to unlock the messages but omg its so juicy.
This game is so great but once you hit zero coins it wont let you continue playing.
Our girlfriend and we downloaded this game a few days ago and weve been glued to the phone since. The developers clearly put a ton of work into it. The only downside is that this game is pretty expensive. You have to spend a lot of coins to fast forward for to advance to the next phase of the game.

First let us start off by saying, we LOVE this game and the stories. Our only issue is we cant create a profile. When we put our phone number in, we never get a text to set it up. Its super frustrating.
Im trying to play games from the past. There are links to click on the help solve the cases. They dont exist anymore. If you are going to offer the stories, continue to pay the money to keep up the links.

Holy cow, a mobile game that doesnt give you adds every 10 taps on the screen. This will forever be a 5 star game.

This game is so immersive still trynna see our suspects and stuff but im we think we pinned one. Really good game and good practice if you want to be a detective.

Its crazy we like it so many people and clues . Could it be a crazy stalker, an ex, an exs lover, girlfriend,fiancee or best friend turned enemy.
Everything within the apps seems so surreal from the messages to the stories, to the calls is just crazy.
This game is honestly so fun, waiting is anticipating. We love it.
We love this game and have played most of the episodes already. We love looking at the peoples phone and getting to snoop into a strangers world. We are curious though it is advertised that you can accuse who you believe is guilty but we never had that option.
If you are looking for a game to play alone, or with your bestfriend, boyfriend/girlfriend, or a group or friends, than look no further!! This mystery/detective game is soooo much fun and so, so, soooo addicting. We started playing last night and kept waking up in the middle of the night, last night, just to keep checking for any updates/texts/clues that would lead us to find what happened to Amy. We know there are more stories and cases within the game to play, which Im super excited for because we dont want this game to end. Its literally THAT fun!! The creator of the game really took their time and you can just tell they really put their all into making Suspects. Its 10/10 creativity! 10/10 suspense! 10/10 design. 10/10 leaving you at the edge of your seat fun!! The fact they even went as far as making the characters, of the stories actual Instagram accounts, added Easter eggs throughout the story, and on top of all that – added actual videos, pictures, voice notes and just the little things that would make it that much more realistic, is BEYOND AMAZING!! Best detective game Ive played, literally, EVER!! Thank you, Suspects creators! This was perfection.
It is good but you have to unlock some of the stuff and it like good.
We think there were things missing that no link to things they used to. Theres a link provided during game play that was blocked access. Like our virus security wouldnt let us progress. Some of the pictures that are up for 24 hours along the top never showed up. But, did this stop the story development? No. That was still very good. The tedious part was the coins or the keys. There should be more opportunities to earn them rather than just wait around. The real time aspect is cool, but draws out the story line for the amount of content that you actually get. Over all, still satisfied.
Its a really good game! But it really does get boring after a while of just waiting and waiting. We understand its a real time experience but it just gets old after a while. BUT! Like we said, still a really good game.
We like the way you get to kinda experience it but we just dont like the wait. You have to take a while for a text.
We really like this game a lot, but lately we have not been able to play it really. It is slow and lagging and freezing. Its really making us what to uninstall it because it keeps happening so often.
We wish theyre were a bit more clues or suspects maybe. With the information that was given it was easy to guess early on who the killer was. Also the story is very drawn out most of it having no substance at all just a bunch of texts saying hey, are you okay? If we have to wait 30 minutes between messages we want the wait to be more worthwhile.
Ive had this for a few days now and have read through all of the previous information for the story Im currently on. This game is a bit plain compared to others that are similar. The real time messages are a little bothersome because you HAVE to wait. We dont like the currency system in place, no other way to earn money except by logging in and watching ads.
So we tried the game and we feel like the game is bugged or not updated. And we dont really like this coins and notifications popped out and its getting annoying and we keep clicking not now but it keeps re-appearing. Sorry but we think this game is broken.
We used to love this game. So addictive that we couldnt wait to play another one! However, the last two stories we played ended abruptly with no closure and said to be continued and they were created years ago with no continuation in sight. We invested our time and money into these stories now left to wonder what happened. Freshers was our favorite one and now Im left angered that Ill never know what happened. If you dont intend to continue the story why state that and then let us wonder forever? Its cruel and we will no longer be invested in these.
We hate how u have to pay coins just to find the answers. It shouldnt need all that and waiting 3 minutes for a new message to come.

Just finished this was one of the best games Ive ever played you get messages in real time as if you have the victims phone and really feel for each character. The coin system takes some getting used to but holy heck 10/10 game.
Loving the story line but we could we please get more coins for watching all these ads please!!! Theres also a glitch where after you watch an ad the whole app closes down. The whole thing its self is still very very creative also it said we earn a reward of 200 coins we clicked collect and never received them not too mad about it but would still love to get those if possible or they might have added and.
We really enjoyed this game. We liked that it was based on text. Our only complaint is that we had to unlock messages and emails. It drives us nuts when games make us buy stuff to continue the game. We hated that it cost coins to continue the story and you have to watch ads. But all together we really enjoyed the game. We loved that there were real actors portraying these characters. All over, good game.
This is the first game like this that we have played but we really like it.
The concept is pretty interesting, but there are a lot of bugs and no support. At times, there will be a link to a news story, but the link only takes us to a this web site is for sale page. When we click on support, the page doesnt exist or cant be found. There are a few other problems that interfere with enjoying the game.
We have really enjoyed playing this game, but we hate that the news article links dont work and the support link is also a bad URL. Needs some updates!! Otherwise we wouldve gave it 5 stars.
This is a very fun game and its addictive as well.
