Another Eden is our most favorite video game. Im close to middle age, and Ive played numerous RPGs of different genres over the years. This JRPG is the most relaxing and it is also the most fun JRPG that Ive ever played. An added bonus is that Another Edens a video game that allows you the option to access its amazing content even if you dont have a paid subscription. We very highly recommend this turn based JRPG to anyone. This game truly is an amazing work of art.
We like this game and ANOTHER EDEN. Ive been playing it for a couple days so far we like Japanese role-playing games Ive been playing them since we were a kid we are an adult now. We are 41 years old now and we still play them to this day and this game right here that Im playing right now and we cant put this game down. We tried downloading it on our Samsung galaxy tab a tablet and we dont have enough memory to install it on it. We cant stop playing this game. This is a really good game. We gave it a 10 out of 10.
We dont know why so many people dont know about this game. It has so many story lines and opportunities even when you dont spend any money at all. Its so worth it. There are typos in the text sometimes, but its such a well thought out game that thats so minor. There are so many characters and story lines, and it maintains a level of diversity and uniqueness that makes it seem like never ending possibilities and Im never bored.
Very greedy company, supposedly makes millions still a year and cant give better gacha rates or better rewards. Then they keep adding new ways to make you have to get the same character but a different version that uses the opposite light or shadow so you have to pray you pull them to get light or shadow all over again to max.
We like the game a lot. The story telling and character development is amazing.
Ive been playing for several weeks now and Ive barely scratched the surface of how much content is available. There are plenty of good units available for free via the permanent colab events and occasional guaranteed 5* summons. We can imagine playing for hundreds of hours before we got to the point that we cared about what was in the current banner. Its definitely a grindy jrpg, but if you like making numbers go up over time and figuring out how to defeat a boss with the tools at your disposal, this scratches that itch nicely. (we did buy the $5 starter bundle).
Its been a YEAR we been waiting For any fix but we still havnt found any way to pass this bug ! Got no help or no way to get through this stupid storyline with sergi so can we please get some help ?! Or do we have to just quit this game and call it a fail.
This is a really fun rpg that we cant put down. Its got a great storyline, amazing side stories, as well as intriguing characters. We would highly recommend playing.
We played lots of gachas in the past, but they were all super pay to win and theres just constant pressure to spend and keep up with each update. In Another eden, all the content is permanent, so you can just play at your own pace. The amount of detail, lore, and content is just amazing.
You should do all the side quests in each village. Many of them have more care put into the story than major TV shows do. Not all of them are that good, but the ones that are good are worth it. Combat is surprisingly satisfying for a turn based system, team synergies are fun. Music and art are solid, though the aesthetics between characters can clash. Honestly, the opening village with its upbeat music and cutesy art grabbed, and seeing Aldo suddenly yanked from his home and tossed into an adventure was well done. As far as complaints go, why is it 9 gigs and always online? Gimme a break. Also, some of the chapters that have their own cast of characters are weirdly paced. So you have to take long periods of time to level up before being able to progress.
This might be a unique game among the newer types but we really couldnt get too far into it to find out because the saccharine music got on our nerves. Our toon left the house and shortly thereafter we left as well to return to the login page; apparently theres no settings option to turn the music off. We give this four stars for trying to appeal to solo players who are tired of every game which requires clan membership, PvP play, and visits to the company store. All due respect to the composer but the music drove us away.
The game, story, characters are fine, but to get a sharchart hahaha thats crazy. We expected a difficulty, but not gated by time.By the time we can get a SA the game will be EoS. Players get burned fast by playing daily just to get rewards. And if you're not subscribed, good luck with skip tickets, you will get burned out. We know the game needs to make money, but this isnt the way to go. If you get a 4.5 character that has SA there is no way to get starcharts if not spending 2-3 all cosmo, an item that takes a long time to get. We unsubscribe from the $35 because its not worth the poor rewards you get. Land of heaven needs a rework and im not saying you get a free ticket. We mean the dailies. Its better to just wait for a banner that gives a choice and pull that. Less money, better reward.
Now: After advancing the story to the Hollow Lake (after defeating Galdmagic), the game suddenly crashed. Restarting the game, restarting our iPhone, and reinstalling the game all still didnt work. What happened??? Previously: Have to restart the game after every ad Dont know what has happened, but all in a sudden whenever we have to watch an ad (e.g., whenever we launch the game, the daily free chronos, etc.), the screen is black and we have to exit and re-launch the game to continue. If the game has to show ads, then we would prefer being able to watch them rather than seeing a blank screen without being able to exit the ad after the playing is done. After all, we have no choice but to let the ad play anyway. The least we should have is to be able to exit the ad after it finishes playing, which we had been able to do until this week.
Im a vetern in this game, ive been playing since like 2022 with is kinda a long time im on chapter 82 and we love this game so much PLEASE PLAY IT.
The side quest, the main quest and random encounters have so much text! And you cant skip it until all dialog shows in the text bubble. It makes the game almost unplayable. But it is a good game, great graphics a little generic but fun and kills time. Id give it 4 stars if it wasn't for the text you cant skip.
Another Eden is an almost perfect gacha game. Unless you career-life this game, there will always be something to do. Half a star taken off for the utterly unforgivable problems with updating, and half a start taken off for boss battles that have little to no explanation of how to beat.
We love gacha games and we know they will loved it too, also will be very popular in the internet! Dont lose the opportunity if the company has the chance to expand to another countries.
This is one of the best rpgs Ive ever played, the stories are so engaging and the art is so beautiful. The whole thing is a work of playable art with several hundreds of hours of things to do. The only problem is the gacha. You see other gacha games have a pity system, where after a certain number of draws a 5 star unit is guaranteed, but not here. Theres so many heroes to encounter, but when we draw its the same 3-4 star units that have been in the game for years. These old characters are not capable of winning later battles at their max level cap. Even a 5 star unit from years ago like Mighty and Mighty AS cannot win boss battles in main story 1.5. And when the gacha is so crappy that it takes hundreds of pulls to get a decent character you see the problem. Gacha pulls are crazy expensive in this game too at a rate of 1000 for 10 draws. This will not get you anything, and when you earn stones at an increment of 5-50 at a time, getting the 5-6000 needed for ONE DECENT PULL is awful. Ive abandoned this game many times when we get stuck because, if you cant progress, you cant earn stones, if you cant earn stones you cant try your measly luck for a better character. Its a BIG PROBLEM and keeps this game from being a big fandom like genshin. Yeah we mention genshin because we think Another Eden has that kind of potential. It has so much content, an open world, beautiful art style, and clearly so much love put into the game and its many features. To the game studio, Youve put so much into the game and keep adding more features and updates, but please stop refusing to go from great to AMAZING and fix the central gacha feature. Youd be surprised by how much it helps for players not to associate every single new character or story update with frustration and a waste of time and money.
We do enjoy this game and we have played it before in the past. However, coming back to the game has reminded us as to why we deleted it in the first place, being unable to skip or speed up dialogues and cutscenes. Its a huge drag having to go through everything and honestly wastes time to actually play the game. Im not into knowing all of the story and we could careless for it and we are sure other people want this option too. Even if allot of effort was put into making all the stories, doesnt mean you can force people to have to see it.
We are a free to play player and have thus far thoroughly enjoyed this game. It has generous rewards for free players. The graphics are very good and the gameplay is classic rpg.
Another Eden is a thoroughly entertaining game for those who grew playing classic RPGs, with memorable characters and fantastically written music, which absolutely helps give dimension to the layered and dynamic storytelling at work here. Never taking itself too seriously, its a game that feels less like a mobile game and more like a GameBoy game you never knew existed, and need to play.

Been playing for about 4 to 5 years absolutely love the game, but whenever the updates happen it takes time for the company to straighten it out. On the update before Christmas that added the stellar update our account would not load and would show a error message. Our game was saved to our google account so we deleted and reinstalled it, error code persisted. So we end up starting completely over, loosing all the work we put into it cause at the time we completed chapter 93 and most of the smaller sidequests. That also includes loosing the money we spent on getting a lot of our characters. That to the side we restarted the game from the beginning right now our our complaint is that trying to get into the dream to get more characters it keeps crashing. The last 3 days Ive tried 10 out of 10 times it keeps crashing. And yes at other times it does crash after a few minutes but when you restart you can get through more of the story. Overall we still enjoy the game and will continue to play. Been a month since we posted on here been able to get through most of the game. Still not able to get any new characters because the gallery of dreams button still causes the game to crash. Tried deleting and reinstalling game, restarting iPad, internet connection was good( turned off all other internet using systems in house even our main computer), and a few other things to try to make it work. The rest of the game works for at least 4 to 5 minutes before crashing. Anytime we hit the dream button it immediately crashes.
Another Eden is a great game, but recently Ive been trying to play and whenever we get on it has to load something for us to play, but it is not loading at all and we cannot play. Our WiFi is good and we tried using our 5G cellular data, it still didnt work. Please fix this.
This game is an awesome game if youre thinking of downloading it, do it.
1.Pros Has a variety of content, it couldnt be monotonous, and the turn-based combat is such a thrill. The effort they put into the beautiful graphics, the plethora of stories, and their characters with unique and distinctive traits is simply splendid. There was never a dull moment when we played. 2.Issue/Con we only wish they would fix the crashing issues with the game that consist of people downloading the game, then when they open it and press either download all or standard download the game just crashes. The next crash that Ive seen is the one where the downloading does finish and you can finally play, but once you play for a little, the game just crashes on itself(could be the users phone or the game itself). The last crash is where you finished the standard or full download, then when you press continue to start the game, it just crashes. Some people fixed the issue by clearing cache, reinstalling, trying to press continue in a different(because some peoples WiFi is already in mint condition)or better WiFi environment, etc. 3.Conclusion Unfortunately, our crash issue was the latter So, Im at a loss, as it was a truly mesmerizing game. We hope the devs read this well, and if they are diligent, Im sure theyd try to find a solution or answer.
This game is addictive if you enjoy final fantasy games you will love this.
How to explain it, this is basically a full fledged jrpg built for mobile. It has an immense volume content and plays very naturally on the phone. The gacha pulls are horrendously overpriced for what they offer, but they can be ignored. To speak explicitly, a typical character event banner will have a paid version and a free one. The paid one is limited to 3x 10 pulls, with the last pull of 10 is a guaranteed 5 star, but not necessarily the banner character. So you can easily buy all 3 10-pulls and not even get the featured character. You arent guaranteed a 5 star on the free banner 10-pulls, but it is unlimited, so with enough chronos stones saved up you have pretty good chances of getting the event character. So in short, paid pulls are expensive and not necessarily rewarding, but they are not your only means of obtaining a character. The game doesnt saddle you with elaborate daily fomo chores, its just daily red/green dungeon keys. Its not going to make you feel bad if you skip playing for a week. Between all the side stories and extra progression systems (fishing, completing collections, character quests, cat adventures, 1000s of achievements), you have hours of freeform content to pursue at your leisure. Many games have ephemeral event content that you can miss out on, this isnt the case with Another Eden. All new content is a permanent addition (minus one exception Im aware of). Our biggest criticism is that the game can be quite slow to start for new players. You have a huge content backlog to work through and your initial resources are quite limited for a while. You dont NEED to buy anything, but it would certainly cut your early game woes much shorter. In the long run this doesnt matter much, you can eventually get your hands on pretty much every character youd need if you stick with the game long enough. On the plus side, characters are the only thing you can really spend on. Every other aspect of progression (and there is a lot between weapons/armor, grasta, etc) is tied to game mechanics instead of $. Moreover, if you have any version of a character you have access to the others, eventually. For example, Thillelle EX was recently released. We have Thillelle AS, so we can side-grade her into the new EX form once we get enough materials (rng drops from dungeons). Theres more to this but suffice to say outside of the outrageously overpriced paid pulls, this game doesnt feel exploitative. You just need to be really patient with your free pulls and save your chronos stones for the right banner. It can feel odious very early on when you dont have enough light/shadow to get full dungeon rewards. We think that mechanic should be taken out, because its punishing only to very new players and a non-issue for everyone else. But if you like the game and stick to it these early points of friction become irrelevant. Our second big criticism is the sheer amount of unskippable, non-interactive dialog. This game desperately needs a fast-foward option for dialog and cutscenes (if not a skip option). It is too much, way too much. Many times we just put the phone down to let it auto play through dialog because the game gives us no choice. This is unacceptable, and again, newer players will feel this frustration most acutely. We actually enjoy keeping up with the story now that Im much more caught up. Its just really bad when youre still unlocking basic game features and have to sit through HOURS of cutscenes. We are not exaggerating, this needs to be fixed if they want the player base of this game to grow.
Im in avid RPG player and we can tell you from playing every single Final Fantasy game all the Pokmon games, all the fire emblem games and multiple multiple more. This is definitely up there with one of the best RPG games Ive played in a very long time and for being on mobileand a halfway Gacha game. Its pretty amazing. You really dont have to buy anything. We mean you get so much Chrono crystals from the plane. Well done guys well done.
The title says it all. Great characters, great combat, great storytelling, and an overall high level of quality that is present throughout every aspect of the game, which is very unexpected for a mobile game. Truly a 1 of a kind experience.
Love this game. It's like playing chrono trigger and final fantasy all wrapped up with love and devotion. Please for the love of our hands, add controller support for ios/android. PLEASE, please, please.
Even after taking some time away from the game, we found ourselves thinking about coming back. And we are glad that we did. The storyline through the main scenario was the determining factor of us coming back. Also, running through the Mythos series has its perks, which sealed the deal. This game easily gets FIVE stars for its commitment and development.
Another Eden is a surprisingly great RPG. It has obvious nods to Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross (theres even a Chrono Cross tie in!). The story isnt bad and the characters are fun. It has plenty of side quests and stories to tell. Its a completely single player experience with some gacha mechanics. The thing is, the game gives you so much of the in game currency from achievements that we never felt the need to buy some. Im genuinely surprised a game of this quality exists on the App Store. As of writing, Ive completed the first part of the main story and from what we can tell there is way more to go.
Well after playing a month or so for hours at a time, we can say that this is by far one of the best mobile games Ive played to date! It just keeps getting bigger. We love everything about it truthfully. Wish we could get the parts we need to create gear in dungeons a little more often.
Positives: -tons of characters to choose from -huge open world -artwork and animations are top notch Negatives: -as you advance, the boss fights become ridiculously difficult. Im guessing you need to subscribe (we.e., pay) to get better characters/gear -drop rate for gacha is awful -there is no way to skip cutscenes and dialogue, and there is a LOT of it -takes up A TON of storage space Overall: -totally worth the time and effort if you get immersed in the stories and are willing to spend -very disappointing otherwise. We dont appreciate sitting through hours of dull dialogue only to face an unfairly difficult boss fight.
Been playing for 8 years an the game is so freaking frustrating every time you try to get someplace or someone starts out easy and the last stage the villian has unbeatable skills it used to be fun till nastas an shaftas came in screw them im done.
Fun game, great story! We just wish it wouldnt allow paid stones to be used in the free stone pulls without a big warning.
Ive been playing this game for quite a long time now. Initially we wasnt sure if we liked it enough to keep playing, but it hooked us. The entire concept is pretty cool. The story is interesting. Lately, however, the game crashes every time we try to open the Dreams. This is extremely frustrating considering you earn points to unlock new characters from within the Dreams. Its becoming more and more disappointing.
Literally love this game!!! The cinematically, the fights, upgrades, and story line make for an incredible play through. If you enjoy FF like games then this takes the cake.

We quit this game 3 years ago due to the skip button not being implemented Im okay with the story playing but skip button on NPC chats are extremely needed.
Still havent spent a dime, have tons of 5* for free. Havent had to spend time grinding cause of 8 years of QoL updates. Crazy good.
We would say one of the best RPG games we have ever played. With nice graphics, entertaining battle combat and superb story where it will lead you to travel from present past and the future to save the world. We highly reccomend this GAME.
This is a superb throwback to the best in the jrpg genre, capturing the classic and yet staying new and interesting. From soundtrack to fighting system, this game rocks.
We love this game, but over the last couple years, specifically now, our game hasnt been loading, saying that there is a certification issue. Our network is fine, but it still wont load. It says error code 1000. We dont know why, but we hope it gets fixed soon.
They made the gatcha too expensive. $70 for character that dont do anything. Bring it down to like $10 or $20 each if you actually want to make money.
The game is good and everything, but in the phone it does not give you all the percentages right, especially for powers, like pain, we're doing like everyone and yet still can't defeat most of the bosses just because of the power things, we tried every build possible, it's making us sick to see people with the same build or less levels do more damage than us.
If you like going around doing the same thing over and over again, then, this game is for you. It is exciting at first but the dialogue is way too slow so it gets boring for us. Will be deleting soon.
