Puzzle pieces are too small need biggest screen possible.
It CRASHES constantly! Ive paid for this app TWICE and Id like our money back. A minimum of 2-5 pieces simply disappear during play causing the entire puzzle to freeze. Theres a sweep clean feature that works about 50% of the time (plus you have to shut it down, clear it from your phone, open it back up and hope it works). Several of the puzzles Ive earned NEVER work again. Ive lost thousands of coins and multiple tickets and had to start from scratch 3 times (during our second purchase of the app it switched back to our original app and we lost tons of puzzles, coins, tickets), all the while losing everything Ive done and earned each time, not to mention the money Ive spent just to use the app. PLUS, when you read the troubleshooting FAQ they make it sound like the problem is YOU!! LOL! What a bold-faced lie – its the crappy app NOT the user. This seems criminal to us.
Ive played this game for years. Done hundreds of puzzles easily. But lately its been crap. 15 puzzle pieces to download the 4 puzzles.. Yeah they never download. We spent over 7,000 coins for a puzzle pack. Took the coins but gave no puzzles. Our previously finished puzzles done even show up like they used to. Bummer Ill have to find a better app because this used to be the best.
Its so cool and so cool we love it.
Weve uninstalled and reinstalled the app but we still cant play. It keeps saying player not found, player busy, whatever. So disappointing.
We love having goals to work toward daily and beyond. The only complaint Id if your a monthly vip paying member why in the world put a limit on any pictures at all? Shouldnt they all be free or available during that time? Especially if working on the goals.
We love the puzzles you all have. They are so fun and relaxing to work. Thank you for making these available for people.
It glitches out when we challenge our friends to a puzzle(we dont see the pieces). We can only play with friends if they invite us first (better than nothing!). You are unable to edit simultaneously with your partner aka work on it together. You are both completing the same puzzle separately and its in a competitive style. That being said, we really enjoy this app! The fact that we dont have to spend real money to get perks and just watch adds is a major plus +++.
This app takes over the speaker. We saw no option to disable the music. We could not play while listening to our audiobook.
We love the app. We wish it didnt glitch As much as it does. Customer service responds but there hasnt been an solution. Still play but gets annoying to get half way through a puzzle and the cant finish it.

If we could give this 4.5 stars, thats what we wouldve done. If you like puzzles, this is undoubtably the app you should go for. The only issue we have with the app is that when youre scrolling through pieces along the bottom, they constantly pop up onto the board, killing our streak. Its a touch too sensitive, and it can be frustrating sometimes.
We love this puzzle game! We like earning things, so we enjoy that part of it, and many of the other puzzle apps dont provide that opportunity. However, we have quite a few issues with bugs: 1) App crashes after finishing a puzzle. 2) Puzzle doesnt change views when we finish a section, so Im stuck on a completed section. We tried closing the puzzle, closing the app, restarting our phone, nothing worked. 3) Random pieces decide theyre attached, so we cant rotate one pice without the other two rotating too, even if theyve been placed already. Again, tried restarting, etc. 4) Pieces disappear in a view. So we have maybe 20% of a view placed, and only a handful of pieces appear in the bar. We have to restart several times before they come back. All that being said… We still love it enough that we cant stop playing.
We love this game supper fun but it has some bugs like when we do half the puzzle there are no more pieces so we cant finish the puzzle so that is a bummer so you know has it bugs but it is really.
We absolutely love this app. This is by far the best puzzle app out there! The only problem we have is that it often force closes right after we finish a puzzle. If this issue gets fixed, we would definitely rate this 5 STARS PLUS! We would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves challenges or just loves puzzles.
Good app. Love how many puzzles there are to choose from. However shouldnt have to pay to change background color. Some puzzles are hard to see against the dark blue background.
Cant have music on while playing.
We downloaded it to play multiplayer with our friends but it doesnt work but its a good game if you want to play against random people.
We hate this app and will be deleting as soon as we write this review! We would of put no stars, but that isn't a option. We were looking for a puzzle app that had more pieces per puzzle. Hopefully closer to at least 1000. We found this app and settled for 675. But to our dismay you can only do sections of the puzzle at a time. How is this more challenging? Guess we'll be sticking to our old puzzle app doing 475. If we wanted to do just a 50 piece puzzle we'd go back to elementary school. Sure we have to enlarge the puzzle board in sections back and forth(on our old app), but at least we have all the pieces not just 50? Per section.

Nice but can we would really appreciate it if more diverse photos of humans were available. We see white hues only.
The game has a clean layout and in itself is fun, however it does get monotonous after a while. We downloaded after reading some article on the best multiplayer apps. Downfall is it seems to only be multiplayer if you have a Facebook. Also there arent any avatars to represent anyone other than (20 selections of) white characters. They even have a clown and a monster but no representation of anyone else which seems very silly.
This game is a hidden gem. Multiplayer allows us to race against friends and other people. Some puzzle pieces might glitch once in a while but other than that there are no issues. We cant tell if Im playing against bots or real people. Like 85 percent of the time we are winning. There are plenty of puzzles to choose from. We highly recommend the game.

We play this religiously and wouldve given 5 stars if yall hadnt changed the reward system from 70 coins to 50 coins when playing the hardest puzzle. What was the point in that? Very silly to us.
Why am we getting an ad when there is 3 choices, two of them have videos to watch for a certain amount of coins and tickets, but the third one is just to collect but a video still shows up and its no more different than the one to actually watch for the coins! You need to clear up this discrepancy as its unfair!!! We would like to give this app more stars but the little things bother us so until its fixed we will remain for the 2 stars. 03/04/19.
Free puzzles are not coming up after you watch the video. They never come up. This needs to be fixed or we will delete app.
Im having regular issues with puzzle pieces not clicking into place. Ive completed all other sections of the puzzle, there is no question the pieces belong there, yet they wont connect and we cant move onto the next section. Has happened multiple times now.
Solving the puzzles is kind of fun, but we will be deleting this game from our phone because it really drains our battery. In fact, we played two games in a row (only 35 pieces, so they were quick), and our phone got warm. It cooled down immediately when we quit playing.
We love this app, it is the only one we have found that has both single player in multiplayer puzzles with tons of easy ways to get new puzzles without spending money. Thank you for this app!! When we first connected to Facebook we didnt allow the app to see our friends list, but now we want to change that and we cant figure out how. We tried researching online and going on Facebook (clicked on settings then apps then jigsaw puzzle clash) but no luck.
We really enjoy this puzzle game app we like how you dont have to buy anything in this game from a store we like how you win coins buy doing jigsaw puzzles against people from around the world who like to do jigsaw puzzles as much as we do. We like how in the new update that you can get prizes like puzzle pieces to unlock free puzzles and we also like how you can get tickets easer now than before. We hope that you keep updating this app with new puzzles and new themes for the different holidays we hope that you update this app when spring comes and we have spring time puzzles and a spring time background we also hope that you update this app for easter this year and summertime this year and for Halloween this year and thanksgiving this year thank you for keeping us entertained with this puzzle app. We would like to see the jigsaw puzzle changes happen more often than they do we hope that you add more levels to this game sometime soon for the jigsaw puzzle clash to get more coins and more experience points. We would also like to see the game have more jigsaw clash events and more jigsaw brawl events both events happing more often in the multi player events we would like to see more levels added sometime soon.
This game is so awesome and relaxing because tap drag release is puzzle games and if people say 1 star do no listen to them because this game is not addictive it is healthy for you and logical to play and no purchases.
Very cute game though we wish there were more free ones.
We love love love this app. Our only problem is that it crashes all the time. Its really annoying when playing one-on-one, if we can even get it to play. Ive updated and restarted our phone and we get so sad about it.

We love doing puzzles we love that you can compete with other players and win coins its fun and also easy play it all day only had the app for a day .we have won twice.
We luv the puzzle game its very addicting and fun.
The usability needs too much improvement. Playing on our iPad, we cannot zoom in or out on the puzzle, or shift our pint of view. Autorotate also doesnt work. Plus being able to change the background is too expensive.
Ive only been playing for 5 minutes and this is already our favorite game on the market. Thank you, creators.

We have been trying to find a game similar to an online internet game we used to play ( Omgpop Jigsaw ) and we have finally found it! Thank you so much for this game we really love it, iv been playing it constantly none stop all day!, its the best.
The sensitivity for grabbing pieces is super horrible, otherwise its probably pretty good.
Just dont give in to that lie. We downloaded it for the 840 piece thing but uh… Cant use our own pictures so.
We hate it but we suggest putting the same levels together.
