Not the 'crisp and clear' solitaire it claims to be. There is a constant push to watch ads to gain coins as a reward, and if you chose not to you get an ad between each game anyway, sometimes multiple. The app tries very hard to keep you playing (and watching more ads) with its Daily Streaks, and the game is cluttered with add-ons. The solitaire itself is fine- it plays well like any real life game, but user experience does not seem to be a top priority here.
.1,256,873 points snd counting. We use this game to settle our anxiety. We do play it for time but when we're going too fast, we temper our anxiety by slowing down. It works as an exercise. Go figure CBT.
The app crashes for no reason after an update earlier this year. Loved it before that; why cant it be fixed.
Hate constant updates – cant play for these.
The application has become very slow with the latest version it takes almost 3 minutes for each move. Do you have a fix for this problem.
Ive been playing this game for years and love it! Even most ads dont bother us, except under outfit. You need to ban ads from this company! They are extremely intrusive. They are the only ads that stop whatever audio you have on the background. So you need to leave solitaire app, go to the music app and restart it. Other ads may pause your audio, but it will resume when ad is over. We will never buy from that company because of the annoying ads.
The application has become very slow with the latest version of 18-0-5 under operating system iOS 15.7 using iPad. Please adjust the software. Thanks.

This software is good. But it repeatedly tries to trick you by popping up ads that suggest you need to upgrade. Its just another version of the same app but it boosts their downloads and makes it look more popular than it is. Plus they punish you with literal 2 min ads after you play for a while. The Ui is mediocre but they are generous with letting you win. If the ads werent so tricky, itd be worth another star.
This WAS our favorite solitaire game, but now there are some ads that keep coming up no matter how many times we click close. We have to totally close out the game and start over, and now its to the point that we have to do that after EVERY game! Im about to give up on it.
The ads wont delete no matter how many times we tap on the X. Its too bad because otherwise we love this game. Cant play anymore till you fix this.
The ads are nonstop. Theyre all very lengthy and it sometimes forces you to view more than one in a row. Some of the ads force audio on you even when your sound is muted, so if youre in a room with someone who is sleeping, it wakes them up. Thats the most disrespectful type of ad we can conceive of. If you have to switch to another app to answer a text or a phone call, it forces you to watch another ad before it lets you play again. Of all of the games Ive played on a phone, this is the single worst user experience Ive ever had and we are killing this app forever.
You get coins for playing and all sorts of other things but you dont get nearly enough coins to get everything or even much of anything! We have been playing for months and trying so hard to get all the card sets but with 900 coins for a single card out of 52 in any given set is way way way too much! Ive been debating deleting the app not even a quarter into our second set. We get keeping people invested but this is ridiculous, at least put it to 400 or 500 coins or even 1500 for a whole set at once.
Do not download this App. Extremely kind adds. Some up to 75 seconds. We had played this for years. Deleted it today. Waste of our time. 08/10/2022.
Got the new version. The settings do not allow 1 or 3 card draw. Says beautiful new backs and backgrounds but it is not in the settings. Rather disappointed especially as we cannot now play our old favorite one.
Been glitchy for us lately is it the new version.
This is our favorite game. We have 169,000 + points BUT it has not downloaded onto our page although we have tried numerous times And we cannot find it today. We have gone up and down and entered it every way with no game. It is our favorite. The 2020 showing is Not it. It has big cities on the pages. Now we were on New York. Beautiful pictures. Fun to play. If you can help please let us know. We have No fun with the others. And have tried Many.
What is the reason for all the 30 second Ads we spend almost as much time watching the same old boring Ad over & over as we do actually playing the game..we understand the need for Ads for free games.but why have you jumped up most the Ads to 30 sec.
Why say its ad free when its not, and there is no way around them.
This could have been a great game but the ads are ridiculous. Sometimes will have to watch like more than a dozen full length video ads to get through one round of the game. Just to much. There is way too many good solitaire apps without all this wasteful ads taking up your time.
This was our favorite solitaire game. After learning how to ignore the multiple ads each game we found another glitch. We have all the card decks & animations you can purchase with the coins you win during game play. They promised that there would be new ones made available after the next update. They have continued to update the game several times but have failed to offer new card decks or animations. You have also disabled the support link. It appears that you have no desire to fulfill your promises. Its a shame. It was a great game. Now it isnt.
We were enjoying thi app, then the magic wand appeared at the bottom of the screen, so lm deleting.
What happened to the FISH! Now it is like the other 15 million games. Boring!!! Why do you say upgrade when you mean change all together? We liked the FISH. It is the only solitaire game we play. THANKS A LOT!!!karmom123.
We took the upgrade on this game and no longer like it. Its way too small and busy. The original one looked much cleaner and was easier to follow.
This is the worst solitaire game we have ever played. It is harder lose than it is to win. We have played 16 games and won 16 times. We have been wanting to lose, but it just does not happen. To lose intentionally is even less fun but to have a good balance of winning and losing is more fun, because it presents more of a challenge.

For a game that promises NO ANNOYING ADS, theres an ad for almost every action taken.
We love the game of solitaire and we initially thought the idea of earning things and Leveling up would be fun. But after two days we have watched more adds that we have the rest of the year. The sad part is its a key component to gaining coins and unlocking things in the game. Without the adds it would take forever to try to advance and unlock things in the game It feels like we spent more time watching adds at this point that actually playing the game. Im going back to our old solitaire game where we can enjoy playing the game without being assaulted by non stop adds in order to try and advance.
After playing several games you suddenly need to sit through 30 second advertisements for other games to continue playing. Deleted it as soon as that crap started happening.
If you like ads, this is the game for you. We know free games come with ads, but the number of ads on this app is totally ridiculous. We dont even watch them. We put our phone down and do something else while the ads play.
Say no ads but constantly getting advertisements ok we get that but they show these animations scenes but dont never see them is why we delete your games.
This app locked up our phone every time we opened it. We had to reboot our phone just to close it.
