Ive been playing this for about a day, and its been pretty fun. But now, every time we try to go on a date with one of the dads on over the phone, it says, oops, internet problem! And it doesnt work. Other than that, it was fun while it lasted.
Hello we love the game so far but like other people in the reviews have said theres a no connection glitch every time, you try to buy more calls for your dates we would love to finish the game if this gets fixed.
How can we get more internet connection for dates.

This game knows exactly what it is, and Im absolutely here for it. We adore the cast of characters and how theyre each made to appear as classic dating simulator archetypes only to be revealed as actual, three-dimensional people with multiple interests and identities. The player-characters relationship with his daughter, Amanda, is beautiful and we really love the effort the writers put into making her three-dimensional, too its rare for teenagers in games like this to be written having a healthy, wholesome relationship with their parent(s) and we appreciate the portrayal of her character. The game could in some ways be considered a borderline satire; the writers were clearly self-aware and the characters are extremely over-the-top upon first glance. That alone is a difficult brand of comedy to pull off, but hiding layers of depth and meaning beneath the irony and humor is another level of impressive. The character designs are awesome, and the option to make the player-character trans is really nice. The art is spectacular and the representation is really well-done. Kudos to everyone who worked on this, it was one of the best games we played in 2023.

We own the PC version of this game, and we played the free version of the phone version. With this you basically get a free demo, with enough dates to finish the game if you pick the same dad each time. If you like the game enough to want to play more, you can buy the full version for the same price as it costs on Steam, which is fair. Its a fun game and you can spend hours on it playing the different routes and trying to achieve all the good and bad endings.
THIS GAME IS SO GOOD. PLEASE IM BEGGING FOR A FEMALE VERSION. IT WOULD MAKE ME CRY TEARS OF JOY.
So like we got to the third date with Damien and we were looking for something and our character said "when we were a kid our dad told us we couldn't shove raisens up our nose but we did anyway" Damien said "Well, young children are something" and the narrator/inside head voice just said "we were sixteen." After we said "Yeah, young children".
If the creators of this game could come back and update the cell phones thing we would just be good waiting 24 hours for it or watch a add for the cell phones.
We watched Markiplier play this too completion & fell in love with the daughter Amanda & Craig . When we recently stumbled upon this in the app store, we were so excited!!!!! Just an fyi for anyone thinking of downloading: you start out with only 3 messages (which are dates with the dads). You have the option to purchase 3 more messages for $5, or all of the messages for $15. We purchased all the messages because we wanted to go on all the dates, and Im extremely happy with our purchase. However, if youre interested in only 1 or 2 dads, the $15 purchase wouldnt really be necessary. Otherwise, if youve got $15 & are comfortable spending it on this wonderfully written, incredibly romantic game GO FOR IT.
This is the first time we're writing a review, but it's well deserved. So well written and we adored every character, our very favorite is Brian. We were so tired of playing the girl role in story games! Just thank you.
$15 is a good price for a solid full experience of a game, and its filled with a perfect blend of humor and sentimental moments. We appreciate the variety of options as well, since a lot of otome games sort of have more generic romance options (and also arent as open in regard to LGBT+ options). Our only minor complaint is there isnt a chat log. Sometimes we fumble and accidentally tap too fast and miss a chunk of story or dialogue. Other games have chat logs for accidents like that, so hopefully in the future therell be an update for this game with one.
Great game! Of course there are a few criticisms it is definitely a little pricey considering what you get and theres not a lot of instruction for the mini games which can make it hard to win since we dont know what Im doing but really its super fun. Fantastic game. We wish there were more chapters to it.

This is one of the best LGBT dating sims we have played to date! Every character and story is well though out, and we spent the first night giggling and blushing over the lovable DILFs. Definitely worth the $15 to buy the full game.

Ive had this game for an hour. We got it bc as a lesbian, the daddy issues we had for jaehyun from NCT were concerning. So we got this to control ourselves. We NEEDED a daddy. Once we got the game, we got to customize daddy. Turns out, our lesbian ways got the best of us and we turned our daddy into a hot lesbian. That is NOT what the game is for. Now we still have daddy issues for jaehyun and now we have mommy issues for this girl we just made. Send help.
We really like this game but and this might be stupid but what if they made a Dream Mom (or) Mommy Sim? Really awesome game.
We have been trying for a while to get more then 2 of the side quest but we always get the ice cream one and and the poker one.
Wow!!! We love this game so much, and we havent even gotten on to DadBook yet. The writing and art is phenomenal, we think its cute, heartwarming, and funny. Genuine terrible jokes as well. :).
We enjoyed it! Was great to pass the time and for $15 to unlock everything? We loved it. Our favorites were Hugo, Mat and Craig. Our only gripe was the fact you couldnt update your Dad more. For example, Robert has tats yet your daddy doesnt? As well as we wouldve enjoyed if if youve gotten your Fav dad (Mat) as your boyfriend and it saves that so youre able to at least continue to date him for a while. We hope you guys are doing a sequel or at least adding more dads for DLC and thanks for not being scared to cuss and actually be realistic.
We really like this game! We just wish there were more options when you customize up character. The options your given make them look … Odd. The cpu characters look awesome which makes yours look poor.

For Pun: 10/10 & Fore Achieving: 5/10 (Steam Version) Quick Look: This game is fantastic with many different endings, jokes, and Dads to enjoy. There are a few brutal mini-game achievements in the game that make you want to stab your eye out, but they are not impossible. Pick this game up if you love visual novels, dad jokes, and just having a good time. You are the new dad on the block with your daughter, Amanda and your goal is to make new friends. You have many different dads to befriend and your choices determine whether the people around you want to stay, leave, or become something more with many puns along the way. All the dads have their own unique personality that all the dates are unique to them and dont blend over to the other dates. Personally, this game made us laugh and smile a lot with all the charm that the Game Grumps crew brought to Dream Daddy. Our favorite dad has to be Hugo with his sweet manchego and Pablo Escobrawl Genuine Wreastleboy shirt. With all positives, come negatives. We wish we could give this game a 10 on both ratings and move forward, however there is one brutal achievement, Yo Ho Ho Ho. Yo Ho Ho Ho is a mini-game where you play a minigolf and must get a perfect hole-in-one in every single hole. Sounds easy until you realize that if you fail you must start from the beginning or at least the 10th hole. This is an uphill battle and took us several hours before we had unlocked it. When we first unlocked the achievement only 0.3% of people had it and now it went up to 0.5% which is not much of a difference. If you want another game to turn your day, week, year better then GRAB THIS GAME, we highly recommend it. If you are still on the fence about the game, there is a free version on the App Store and Google Play Store on smart phones that gives you 3 free dates. You can test out a few routes or try and see how hard the two achievement mini games are in Brians route and choose from there. After that you have to pay for more dates or the full game, which is an option for those who dont want the game on their account for the achievements or other reason you dont want it showing on there.

We liked this game so much that we bought it for the Switch. After playing it for longer, we now LOVE it. Its funny, punny, sweet, and hot. Thank you for representing LGBTQ+ people in a fantastic way.

Love this game, but we bought it on our old android phone about a year ago and now we want to be able to play it on our iPhone without having to pay for it again. Is there a way to transfer that purchase.
The game is great the drawing style is amazing ,but that music.That music is what makes this game perfect.

A lot of these reviews are about the calls, the actual game is $14.99 pretty much anywhere you buy it. The free part is basically just a demo. They arent trying to steal your money thats literally just how much the game has always been and honestly its nice that they made it into an app and that youre able to demo the game. We bought this game originally off steam before the game was an app, Im glad they made it into an app.
This app is fun and cute and ive been wanting to play this game for AGES and im so pleased its now available on mobile bc its more accessible to us! The real reason im writing this review tho, is bc we hope the game grumps see it. This game genuinely made us cry. Ive never written an app review in our LIFE, but we need to write this now. Our dad died about a year ago. He was an amazing man and a wonderful father and we know this app is mostly just a cute, fun dating sim, but the interactions ur character has with his daughter??? Are killing us. They are so wonderfully, beautifully written that we are ACTUALLY crying. Like. Tears streaming down our face. This game is so well written and ive been playing it for like. MAYBE two or three hours total since downloading?? Just. Ive never played a game thats affected us this much. And we KNOW it wasnt intended to be this deep. But this game has genuinely touched us and affected us on such an intense level that it would be a disservice to NOT write this review. This game is cute and fun and also emotionally beautiful. We miss our dad so much and to see such a positive relationship in a game between a dad and his daughter? Im forever changed. We will continue playing this game over and over again because of how beautiful just that one aspect of it is. We KNOW thats not the main point of the game. But THATS what affected us. Seriously. This game is amazing. Download it. Play it. You wont regret it. All we can say, with tears still drying in our eyes, is thank you. We feel closer to our late father playing this game. And we feel like thats weird to say, but at the same time? Its not. Games great dont get us wrong but Im stuck on the gargoyle mini game and cant get do anything else. We have gotten stuck in such a way that when we press the play option we go to the mini game and once it ends Im sent back to the Dream daddy opening menu.
As any other person in life, we all love to fantasize about our dream somebody. This game gives you several different unique people to choose from who could be your potential one. Everybody is a catch in there own way and its up for you to determine who could be your one. We enjoy the game as how it navigates you thru life of possible possibilities and how your potential happily ever after could be. We enjoy immensely how your responses play a key factor in how certain things can turn out just as if in life. While this is a game and not all things are as possible as we wish them to be like in real life. This game gives you an amazing outing and experience of virtual daddy dating. Not to mention the depth theyve put into the game itself. The artwork, the music, and characters . We could agree with people in regards how they wish for the game to be free. Or how to earn free energy to send a message. But people also need to realize the time and depth that has been put into this game. And not all games or art should be free. Theyve given us a blissful escape and its only fair we pay if we wish to experience all the forbidden fruit. People are now to greedy in life and need to realize that the artists and developers need to get paid too. We just hope theyll add more characters to the game is all. :) Thanks for giving us a smile and a game we look forward to playing on repeat.
Not a review, but if it was Id write Awesome game!! Because it is!! But Im just here to point out that, at the very least on our phone, can just delete the app and get your three messages back- it just restarts- Ive played every story but Roberts (Im downloading again so we can finish his!) just by starting, completing, deleting, and starting again.
Right now Im stuck deleting and installing to date them but we dont want to lose the pictures we have with one of them maybe have like a job option or play the mini games to get more then it would be cool like with Roberts try like making it as close as you can get to his highest you can get is 5 messages from the one game. We really hope you add a feature to get more messages.
This game is the best dating sin ever. We love all the characters(but Damiens our fav) the plot Is wonderful and entertaining. And the jokes really add to the game. As of now Im currently replying the game. We have cried happily tears over this game it make us so happy.
Okok we never really write reviews but this game yall.. The art is so beautiful and even tho we were hesitant at first to spend 3 gb on one app it was totally worth it, each storyline is amazing its just overall wowowow.
