We love this game, but Ive noticed that when we spin the wheel and land on free lives it doesnt update our lives with more hearts. Does anyone know how to get this to work.
Look we dont mind watching ads, but then your forced every level!!! Most people would enjoy this game if not for that reason!! You have enough complaints about this, fix this problem.
Please fix the adds on this game..we really enjoy playing it but 90 percent of the time the adds freeze you dont get your rewards and have to X out of game and start all over thanks.

We purchased twice a package for $4.99 each and never received the money but they charged our account emailed them and they replied wanting to know dates and time and amount sent them all of that havent heard back in about a month.

Some of the round were a bit hard but overall it amazing.
Ive always loved this game, but every time we get it, we deleted simply because the rugs do not match the rest of the decor.
One of our only complaint is that there is only three tables in the first room of the restaurant. The details are really good but a lot of times you do have to watch ads. Overall, that was a pretty fun game to play. Im ourselves its only on level 52 in the restaurant doesnt really seem like a restaurant.

We love this game so far. Its a different twist on regular match gameplay and we love that. Our only suggestion is to be able to skip directly to the next level instead of only being able to go back to the design screen after each level. The storyline slows down the game a lot, so an ability to skip dialogue quickly without confirmation each time would also be very helpful! Otherwise, the game is great.

BUT. For some reason when we pick furniture one day and go back the next its changed to something we didnt pick?? There are also a lot of ads which we dont necessarily mind but it takes forever to end the ad so if that could be shortened we wouldnt mind as much.
We really like this game but every ads freezes the game and you have to go out and log back in. As long as you dont try to get bonus and play without ads its ok. Please fix.
The game is fun to play, but the fact that it crashes several times a day during the ads you have to watch to get rewards (and you dont end up getting them) is very frustrating.
The game is great and it has cool graphics. Kinda slow paced but its looks great and the story is good. But unfortunately the game had too many forced ads and that ruins it for us. Most of the forced ads are very short and you can skip them after like 5 seconds but some of them send you to the app store after you already pressed the x button which its quite annoying, and then after you cancel the ad in the app store it comes right back to the ad with a 10 second countdown. Extremely annoying. Also, this game hasnt had an update in over a year which means this game story doesnt even have an ending. We gave it 3 stars cause of the graphics and story. But thats it.

We absolutely love the game but now there are just too many ads. We cannot progress without watching one or two ads. We are going to have to delete the game because we just cannot stand watching a dozen ads at a sitting.
Deleting game . Loved it while it lasted , but they havent updated in over 4 months . Guess we reached the end , and contrary to them saying updating soon, they Havent. Deleted.
This has been a fun game for ourselves and son until now. It has started showing ads for games that are age 17+ and include extreme sexual content including rape, sexual devices, etc. Crazy Maple makes sexual games for 17+ including one called Chapters: Interactive Stories that we dont want to see. And we surely dont want our child to see!!! There is no way to block that ad. Im fine with ads in general. Not inappropriate ones.

We really like this game but we have to delete it because of the Obnoxious and distasteful ads. To be playing the game and then an ad pops up with disgusting and very visual nastiness. We know you need ads but this is horrible.
Your game is not enjoyable without a skip button and we dont want to boring information that does of the game characters actually playing a game and when you win put a other skip button so we can move on to get next level.

Loved this game until we ran out of levels. Been waiting for an update for 4 months and nothing. About to delete it since its useless now.
We could really like this game how ever Ive encountered many technical problems such as; watching ads to multiply our rewards or to gain advantages to the game. Every single time Ive tried to gain advantages by watching the ads we cant X out of the ad when Ive served our time watching stupid crap like popping pimples we dont want to watch that disgusting nor do we appreciate sexually implicated gaming ads our grand children play some times in our phone nor is it any of your business of our medical problems. We dont want to see these advertisements on our phone. Regardless of your ignorant ads the fact is Im unable to receive the rewards by watching because the only way we can get the ad to close us to close the game and restart. Nor can we get to support thru contact us, thats why Im here sharing the information and our experience with your game. This is the only reason Im rating you a 1, if you fix the bugs we could easily see this becoming our new favorite 5.
When are there going to be new levels? We looked at the version history and it has been almost a year since levels were added.
Says that they update monthly adding new levels. INCORRECT!!!! We have to play bonus rounds if we want to play. Theres not been a new level since before thanksgiving at least. As much as we enjoy the game, at the same time its getting boring with no challenges to look forward to in order to continue upgrading your restaurant. PLEASE GIVE US AN UPDATE.
This is a fun game and we like playing however, we don't like being forced to watch commercials just to play the game. We don't reap any rewards from watching those commercials but we are forced to watch them just to play the game. Thanks but no thanks. Uninstalling right now.
We have played his game for quite some time, and it was one of our favorites, as we have quite a few match-3 games on our iPad. However, we feel the story line has lost its way. Renovation of the restaurant and other structures was interesting, but now it is about setting up locations outside of the building (spaceships and other memorabilia). If it focused more on restoring the hotel we would continue to play. But we are going to take an extended break, and perhaps we will return if the storyline changes.
This is a normal match 3 plus tasks game to relax and pass time. However, the storyline is incredibly slow and the renovations are very ugly, gaudy and mismatched. No matter the combination nothing seemed cohesive. Fancy dining tables with farm stand counters and modern coffee tables? We gave it about an hour but am deleting.
We really love this game but it keeps crashing. Theres levels Ive played 4 or 5 times and just as we win the level the game crashes, kicks us out and have to start all over again. Not worth getting invested until they fix this problem.

We like the game and it plays well. But we cannot purchase any coins and yet in our Apple history it shows we have purchased coins three times. We were trying to purchase the 1000 coins for $4.99. It says it fails but yet its charging us. Ive written on the game site the problem and no one has responded. We do not wanna be charged $4.99 three times. Theres no problem with our account. We play many games. We have also tried to register on the game site and it keeps asking us to verify our email address which we do and it will not let us verify it. We will change our rating to five stars as long as we are not charged $4.99 three times. As usual it seems if you dont use Facebook youre out of luck with so many games.
Wow! We have never had to fight off so many advertisements in a game…Seriously, at first it was giving us the option to double coinage by watching an ad, now it gives no choice and literally forces it instantly popping up after every single thing you do. Potentially a decent game, but definitely not worth the headache fighting with all the forced advertisements. We were just closing out the game every time, but too much effort, plenty of other games based on the exact same concept to choose from without the harassment. No thanks.
We played for hours and bought tables, sofas and chairs, but when we got back into the game, all the tables and chairs were back to normal and our stars were gone, this is very unfair and we deleted the game. And we hate this game Because of when he took it from us.

Absolutely love the game itself, keeps us busy but am disappointed that when we finally broke down and purchased the elite student program, our app started glitching and we are unable to use it.
It keeps going back to the same thing Ive already done. There was 6 different re designs and Ive done each of them 5 or more times.. Whats going on… Why is it being stupid.
