This is the CUTEST APP EVER!!! This is the most adorable game Ive ever gotten. The puzzles are great, and very fun! However, when we try to speak or play with our hamsters, for some reason it wont let us. Please fix this… Where Im at, most of the side quests revolve around being able to do this. Thank you.
Its super cute, but there so many ads! Its still worth it, but the game crashes because of all the ads sometimes. There is a way to remove them if you pay, though.
This game is really cute and entertaining. The aesthetic is also very pleasing, but it almost feels too reliant on ads. Also, some of the puzzles are too hard, and the coins are useless because all they can be used for is to level up the hamsters, which becomes a roundabout cycle. Maybe add a feature that uses the coins for purchasing hints instead? Overall, its not a bad game, just some flaws here and there.
We were enjoying this game a lot but it suddenly changed from English to Korean and we cant understand it. Please make it an option to change the language. Thank you. Please fix it asap! :(.
Everything is in Korean, and we have no way to change it back.
Its a very cute and fun game. We stopped playing it for a week and when we went back the whole game changed back to Korean so we dont know how to change it back to English. Please help if you can, other than that great game.
But all of a sudden the language on the app completely switched, randomly… Making us unable to understand. Even after going to settings to see if we could switch it back, all of says is updating as if its going to do it on its own which doesnt make any sense to us. We dont want to have to delete the app and find something new to play because we genuinely do like Hamster Town. DEVELOPERS… HELP.
Im sure this is a great game, it looks amazing but we need to know how to change the the language. Im not exactly fluent in korean and we cant tell what everything does to help us navigate the app. Can somebody please help us figure out how to change the language.
This is a really great game and we love it but somehow today in changed languages and now we cant read anything and we dont know how to switch it back to English because even the setting are in a different language,so how do we fix this if possible.
We dont know whats happening but every time we try to download this app it is always in the wrong language, specifically korean. It seems like plenty of english speakers are doing just fine getting the english version though, so we dont know whats happening, or if its the app or if its something else. It works fine, we just cant find any setting that changes the language in the game and we dont understand korean… It has an english version so we dont know why its doing this to us.
We love this game. It is so cute, and really amusing. We love how it isnt like other games of its kind that is a sort of knock-off candy crush. The only problem is that we logged in today, and the whole game was randomly in Korean. We didnt change it. When we logged off yesterday it was in English. Now, we have no idea how to change it back because, again, EVERYTHING IS IN KOREAN. Someone please help us to put it back! We have looked up how to do it, and have gotten no help. After reading many other reviews, this seems to be a reoccurring problem. This is a problem you guys need to fix. On top of all of this, we even tried to re-install the game, and after seeing your companies latest update from 2 DAYS AGO saying to make sure to install the latest update, we figured this would work. Unfortunately, the app booted up, completely started over, but still in Korean. This is incredibly activating. We lost all of our progress and it did not fix our problem. We are both annoyed, angry, and upset that this is an issue. Fix the bugs, your mistakes, and reprimand whoever beta tested this app. We are disappointed, but not surprised that a small company would make this mistake. We expect that the bugs will be fixed. We apologize for our tone on this review, but we Installed a game we expected to be fun, cute, and bug-free.
Our language on the app changed to korean randomly out of nowhere and we cant change it back to english! Please help.
We login in to the app only to find that the language is changed to Korean. There is nothing we could do in the settings to try and change it back to English.

We absolutely love hamsters and the game portion of this app. We are a college student so as you can imagine Im quite stressed, being able to play fun games and gather adorable hamsters is just so soothing and helps us calm down. We also paid yhe 1.99 to stop watching ads and it was so worth it.
Let us just begin by saying this is a really cute game. We love all of the adorable hamsters you can collect and we already have a ton of floors. That said, we are experiencing a few problems with the game. Whenever we try to watch an ad, this little box pops up and says "Ad failed to load." At first we thought this was rather convenient, as we no longer had to deal with pop ups either. However, we can't get hints or free stuff either. We tried to remove ads, so maybe it would let us get hints for free, but was shocked to find that another window popped up and said, "Purchase failed." Apparently nothing works for us. Even though this is rather irrelevant and not a problem anymore, we used to be completely stuck on stage 223 and we simply couldn't get the rectangle to budge. We would have liked a hint in this situation, however we cannot use hints which, as we said before, has become quite a problem for us. We don't know who made level 223, but it made us wonder if they even tested the level. However, the game developers fixed the problem, which was a great help to us. In any case, this may seem like we are only complaining but we are now stuck on level 270. As the minigame uses the laws of gravity, we don't see how we are supposed to move the candy up to get it to the hamster. We have tried various methods, but none of them worked. Aside from these slight problems, we think that overall this is a great game, however we would like to have the ads fixed, or at least know why they are not working. We would also like to know how to beat level 270 so that we can progress.
We love the game its to cute but the ham ham crys when it sad!! Plz change it because the more hamsters cry the more we cry we had a hamster but he died :( but this hame reminds us of him! We LOVE HAMSTERS!!!!! Best game since ever.
We could play this game all day long! Sooooo cute. But when the hamster cries in play, we cry too. So sad! But Id give anything to play forever. Thanks for making this game.
