We love this game, It definitely helps pass the time. We haven't had to spend any cash, which is nice, because so many games lately make it to where you have to buy stuff in order to go any further in the game.

Although you have done and tried to do a lot to this game since its conception, the levels are still to hard to pass even with boosters. Also, we dont enjoy getting hit right off the bat with various money packages to help our game. Its just so ridiculous considering some upper levels are hard to pass even with boosters. We had deleted this game so many times but was always backed up by Facebook. This time around, we had to start the game all over again. There was no showing of our play history which was quite up there. It needs bug fixes and easier levels to pass so that it can be enjoyable. The storyline and graphics are fine. Also, like so many other match 3 games there are too many things or contests going on at one time. Now you have to watch ads just to get your daily bonus? Too many ads to get your prizes. Need to move the storyline along. Starting to get boring with the same storyline. Open up more areas to decorate in the hotel instead of constantly dealing with the same characters but with different stories to tell. We would like to see as we are sure others would like to see the hotel being decorated room by room. Why do we have to watch ads to earn our prizes and daily bonus? Its so annoying.
Okay, so Ive only been playing for four days. We are enjoying the story. Although having to close special offers six times in order to play is annoying, it is understandable. You have to make money somehow. Got it and yes, Im happy to buy one here and there. We can even understand watching an ad or three for certain decorations. What we cant understand are the glitches that crash the game as the Ad is sending us back to the game. Im having to reboot the game over and over. It is ridiculous. We also think that when you stick in banners that advertise stuff like Double Down Casino when we run out of moves and need to decide whether or not to buy more moves is particularly bad. Im already spending money on this game and am making the choice to watch ads, even though with the crashes Im not getting the rewards for watching them, you shouldnt be forcing banners on us too. Im thinking Im going to have to walk away from this game, even though we are enjoying the game itself, because the rest of it isnt worth it.
Ive played this game for a long time and loved it. It truly was a 5 star game. Then we took a break for a year or so. We opened it again and was shocked at how much it changed. Its nothing more than a game of ads now. You cant perform a single action without watching an ad. We understand an occasional ad on a free game but this is excessive! What really got us was watching ads to claim rewards youve already earned. You get tickets from playing levels, which give you rewards, as long as you watch an ad first. Theres an ad at the end of each level. An ad to claim daily reward. You can even watch ads instead of playing levels to get keys to unlock the story. Its ridiculous. For every minute you play, you waste 5 minutes watching ads. We ended up deleting the game.
Hello so it's a good game but it need more options so we can get more options we can choose than 2 options. We're sorry if the hate but more options please.

Family Hotel is such a great game! We love it! We have the game downloaded on our computer and on our phone! We cant get over the game. Its so entertaining.
Cute game but too many ads in between. Dont mind watching ads to get keys or stuff. But after completing the puzzle ads ughhhh.

We were overwhelmed by ads in the beginning & about to quit playing but we loved the storyline & the characters. The puzzles are challenging but not too extreme. We used the adds to our advantage to get powerups. When a new season began,we invested in a pass! Wow! So many rewards just for playing a game we already enjoy.
Although we would change a couple of designs, overall its a really good and fun game to play.

Love the story and the game! The designs look good and we like the characters and am interested to see where it goes. Whats keeping us from rating 5 stars are the amount of ads! We understand free games using ads for boosters and such but this games goes too far. Free key, watch an ad ok we can live with that. Extra booster before a level ad ok we can live with that too. Even the option to watch an ad after a level for boosted coins we are okay with. However sometimes it throws you into an ad just because after a level. And the events Ive never had to watch an ad to claim every single reward on the free tier its pretty ridiculous! Plus the design options forcing you to watch anywhere from 1-3 ads for a single piece of furniture!! Its just wayyy to much. We feel like every twenty minutes we spend playing the game Im stuck watching 5-8 minutes of ads. We wont even claim all the rewards we can get because every single one forces you to watch an ad this needs toned down and then we would rate the game higher.
The game would be more enjoyable if there weren't so many ads; it's insane that we get an ad every 30 seconds, or that if we want nicer furniture, we have to watch three ads simply to unlock it, and if we switch the furniture, we have to rewatch the ads to just to switch it back. It's makes it completely unenjoyable to sit around and play; we understand a few ads now and again, but seriously? Aside from that, the game is good; it's basically like any other matching game, but we'd rather play something like Lily's Garden or Penny and Flo because they don't have as many advertisements.
It freezes and we have to re download game it's lags alog.

So, here is the breakdown of the ad we saw vs what we see the game is ACTUALLY about. A black male, (think black like Wesley Snipes) got some white child on his lap with a belt looking super mad about to beat her. The mom rushes in and snatched her daughter off his lap. They hide under a table, and dude busts in the room and the mom and daughter try to get from under the table but she bumps her head. Dude grabs her by the arm raising the belt. Ngl we thought this was a Chris Brown Simulator or something. Come to find out, just like most of the ads, its false advertising. Another boring game of trying to renovate a place. This game has us like BOOOOO because we were down to play this racially motivated game not because Im racist but because we never seen a game like that before. Oh well though we will be uninstalling. 3 stars because the ad was wild. Not 5 because false advertising.
Can you please explain why its ok to show the main characters clearly about to get it on in a bed? Shes in a bra only. Kids play this game too. Yall got no sense.

We just saw an ad for this where a daughter and mom are fleeing from a male abuser (implied to be a dad) who approved it? Why would you make an ad like that? We are genuinely disgusted and will be telling everyone we know not to play this game. Out of your actual mind. Uninstalling after this review. Disgusting.
