Look, we like this game but the fact that you upgraded it so quickly makes us miss the original version. Plus, since you cash grabbers upgraded the game, there was a hack that since you have to pay to get the hospital rooms but if you use the elevator, you get them all for free. But now it doesnt work. And the fact that we have to watch ads to only get one room for 10 minutes is just ridiculous! We need to see your manager or developers response to this right away. We believe you twis 727 its true if you tap the elevator, it will give you all the free levels you want thats impossible.
So to everyone saying oh it only says 2 levels when you first get it yes thats true, but we have a hack. You have to go to the lobby. 1st it could be better 2nd to little place to play, to many adds.

So awesome we love it but we wish every level you did not have to watch a add because Im tired of ads we only get 5% of iPad times and 100% of ads but still five stars as long as you get rid of the ads for free without money because we hate games that cost money.
We love how they let you have a room for 20 minutes so you can at least experience the level but we wish they were already open.
First of all when you play this game make sure that everything is free and not enter year if birth because our parents are not going to pay for that stuff please change it tomorrow or now because it plus you have to buy a room that is dumb if you dont believe us try the app but it is not good try toca world it is much better it is a great game if you want to be a doctor but for people who do not want to be a doctor we are warning you.
Its all right its not the best. This game is ultimately really fun you do have to pay to get extra levels and unfortunately, you only have two theres also a bunch of ads which are kind of inappropriate for little kids but overall, you do get a bunch of fun characters and its a pretty fun game overall do not recommend it to little kids we would do one without ads.

When we first got it. We got to play it and it was okay. Then a few days later we couldnt play. It wouldnt let us in. So we got the update and it made it worse. Then we checked our internet connection and it was good. So we dont know what is happening. P.S it was a really fun game.

We purchased this game for our little one. More often then not, the ambulance just keeps rolling. It wont stop loading.
