We dont think there is anyway to beat level 500.
We love this game soo much. We always tend to be on our phone playing this game trying to get further through this hotel. We do wish it was easier to get more stars but we like the challenge.
This game is almost impossible to pass levels, so its not fun, but very frustrating. And Im sad because the story line is cute and we do like it, but Im going to have to delete it. Way too frustrating and doesnt go anywhere.
It started out easy almost too easy and we gave it a five star rating it was enjoyable, not frustrating to pass levels and beautifully made in decorations. Just spent over an hour on one level, this is not the first time. Took it down to a 2 because of this, we’ve got better things to do than waste our time getting frustrated with a game that is made too hard to pass levels without buying things. Im very good at match three games, we know what Im talking about. Very disappointed, deleting now!
We loved the game at first. Levels need to be completed to get stars to design the hotel and winery. However, the past few months we rarely get to play for stars. We play for keys to earn bombs and spinners that help defeat the same levels over and over. The storyline and hotel stay frozen. We got the game to decorate. Very frustrating.
Really tired of the moves not going where we put them you try to move left and it goes up. Theres even times where it jumps to the other side of the screen. You put your finger on a tile and a different one is selected in a different area and moves. Guess thats how they make sure you lose and spend money. And all of the wasted time on selfies. Stupid. We hate looking at the love this picture with grannie every load. Put Tuscany pictures there instead of fake selfies. We dont mind spending money on a game but this one isnt worth it. (Also wish theyd stop deleting this review. Pain to continually retype.)
The new update is awe full and the game crashes every time we try to open it.
But we love this game! Im super invested in all the characters and we cant wait for Olivier and Laura to end up together, lol. The choices for the decor are great and we really enjoy the little descriptions they give you for each option. The puzzles are challenging and there are couple that have taken us quite a few tries to beat but so far Im super happy! Probably the only match 3 game Ill ever continually play.

This game would be great if they would update it more often. Every time they update, it says they put 50 new levels when really there are 8-10 new levels and then you have to wait another week for more. It makes you forget about the story completely and makes the game a lot less fun.
Game gets too hard too soon, end up having to use coins, and then it cost way to many coins. Probably going to delete for this reason, not worth it.
We absolutely love this game, the only thing missing is a team feature. We dont have any friends who play so we have no one to request lives from. The levels are fairly easy, some take a little more effort to get through but its not totally impossible like some other games. The graphics are great and we love the options for renovating they give. We do wish that the free 30 minutes of unlimited lives we get could be started and stopped or activated when we choose. We dont always have that amount of time to devote to the game so we feel it gets wasted a lot. Other than the team feature and the unlimited lives this is an absolutely amazing game to play!

It takes too long between games, yes you can tap thru some of the graphics but the lag time takes too long.

Game keeps crashing we’ve restarted game and phone up until now we really enjoyed the game. Now when we load up we crash halfway through the level. Please fix!
The game wont even start its on a black screen. If there is a way to fix it, please let us know. Id love to see this game at its best.

We are absolutely loving this game! The story is great and the details are amazing! Please update soon. We have completed not only all the levels but also the quests! Eagerly waiting for the next update. Also it would be better if the stories require less stars, as some of the levels are quite difficult. And in our opinion, the game should have extra event type levels so that we can earn extra stars or power ups. Please update soon.
Love this game for the storyline and game play. However, Im currently stuck on level 829 with no way to pass it as the kite is completely stuck.
Great game of a hotel renovation. But, character poses are the same and they seem awkward when they stop and turn. Design, colours, and details are fantastic!
Love the new update but there is a glitch on level 829 that makes it impossible to beat the level… There is only one kite when it says we need two to complete the level… There are two routes, one with two finishing points but no kite… And even if we can get the one kite to where it needs to be, it won’t eliminate the kite even when we make matches next to it on its last stop… Please fix! We love the game.
Something is wrong with the level… When you initially click to start it says 24 cookies 1 kite and once in the level it changes to 2 kites, but theres only one, but it has 2 spools and theres no way to pass the level.
We really love the story and game BUT … To advance the story you must play the games . If you get stuck on a level you will get put in a 10 minute time out. We guess the developers want you to go play another game or make a purchase. If you have earned enough coins (I only had 30+ at level 27 and it requires 900!) you can buy more lives with them. We went through too many lives and coins too fast to make a purchase worth it. It takes a LONG time to earn that many coins since it appears you can ONLY earn them when your winning. This is not fun when youre trying to learn the games. There are little tricks you only begin to understand when playing frequently. Otherwise you must BUY THEM or ask friends on Facebook, ugh- no! We love-hate this game.
We enjoyed the game for awhile, its always been difficult, but its gotten to the point where the difficulty out weighs the fun. When you spend more than 3 days trying to complete a level, its time to say goodbye. We dont mind spending money on the games we play, just wish the developers could be a little more generous with the boosters and prizes, that would help you get through the more difficult levels. We may come back to the game at some point, but for now we’ve deleted it.
Our only issue is that the conversations between each task is entirely too long. It takes seconds to do a task but like 2 minutes to listen to the conversation about that task. A conversation about every single task is unnecessary, it makes you want to not do the tasks.
We like the game but just like you give use one star when we complete the levels then you are only getting one star until you give more stars for the levels then you will not get anymore stars from us. We no as the game gets into higher levels we will have to use more stars just to do things and we will be uninstalling the game. This game is just like other games we have played like this and they do the same thing only one star. Give more stars.
Edit So we tried emailing app support after getting no response in the review. Guess what ? No response to the email either. So we deleted game and will not be downloading any other games designed by your company!! We loved playing this game, but since the last update the game will not load. Hoping you get that fixed. We see several other people are having the same issue.
They MUST be joking! This game was fun at first and the graphics were very nice but the appeal of it drowns very fast. Good luck passing levels after 200 because we PROMISE it will be impossible unless you give the developers your money. Also theres a labeled hard level like EVERY 3 LEVELS! ITS RIDICULOUS! Already deleted and we advise you no longer waste your time and do the same!

The puzzles progress in difficulty way too fast fo us. Im not very good at match threes but we still enjoy them and this is the first game of its kind that we’ve seen which lets you change your decorating decisions after you make them. Sad that Im not good enough with the puzzles to get past chapter two…
At times we try to make moves and the game goes its own way. Otherwise its mostly fair. We enjoy it.
Im stock in that level because everytime we move a lever for the water fountain its doesnt make any effect in the object we need to destroy and we waste all our movements.
The levels are hard even the ones without being a hard level. We like the decorating and the story line. We want it to be a relaxing game but it shouldnt have so many hard puzzles. We are not on Facebook and will not create a Facebook just for free lives. There needs to be a community within the game to get free live from. Everyone is not on Facebook or social media.
We understand why the purple hard levels are necessary. Theyre designed to get you to spend money. But there are way too many of them. It should be every 10 levels or so, not every 3rd level. We can never get Jacks prizes because we can only beat 2 levels before we get stuck again for several days.
Enjoyable until you get to the levels that are harder and harder and thecreators make it a perfect setting for their greed to be fulfilled.

Really love this game!! But we guess we completed it.. We finished season 1 and now it wont let us go any further!!! So whats next?!?!?
We have reached the end of season one and there doesnt appear to be an update. Have we reached the final end or is there more to come? The challenge of the individual puzzles is fun and a good decompression tool.
After playing 2435 levels, we were disappointed that the story just stopped what about Frank Rico? The greenhouse isnt done! The old Roman vases are still missing! And there are so many more areas on the map that need fixing! Please do more!
