This is one of those games where energy depletes when you stuff. In this game its actually worse than in others tho. Even just tapping a building to collect money costs energy. This is the most infuriating game mechanic out there. Why in the heck would developers want to stop you from playing the game? When games do that to us we simply give a one star review and delete. Developer doesnt want us to play? Okay.. We wont then.
Every time we try to get coins for cash that we paid for to play your game you take our cash but give us no coins!! Ive tried spending at least 500$ to get coins. This is one thing that will make us report this game and get it shut down. Youre stealing our cash we paid for out of our hard earned money. And during this pandemic is the wrong time to be stealing cash from a player. We want it put back into our account ASAP!! If we dont see it in a day Im reporting this to the App Store and have it removed. Thanks.
We downloaded this app on our phone and played for awhile. Once we decided we liked the game we added it to our tablet. When we tried to sinc them so we could play the same game on either device it deleted all our progress and purchases on the first device and started us over again. We will be deleting this app as we will not put any more money into it since they took away our previous purchases.
We re-entered the city some months later, and the city isnt even ours. We wish we could start over…deleted the game as we cannot find our own city.
We enjoy playing this game, but there's a significant issue that needs addressing: once you hit a certain level, space becomes limited. Ive been engaged with this game for about four years now, and Ive been eagerly waiting for the chance to expand our city, but that hasnt happened yet. While the option to move to the next city exists, the gameplay tends to become a bit stale after a while. Theres also a lack of new buildings to purchase, which is frustrating since we don't even have enough room to place them if they are available. This situation needs attention. We took a break from the game for a while, only to return and find the same limitations still in place. We started with a community of over 50 to 100 players, and many of them have also lost interest. Its common for games to hit a plateau at higher levels, but to keep players engaged, its essential to introduce new content regularly. Ive invested quite a bit of money into this game, and Im at the point where we might consider stepping away if changes arent made. The prizes remain stagnant, which contributes to our four-star rating. Lets make this game exciting again.

Also the townies are walking on top of the buildings and walking on water,also you have a football field and a tennis court but nobody is playing, we have a merry go round but it doesnt move or the townies arent on it ,the game has potential however you should tweak the game.
When are we going to be able to expand our land? Ive been playing this game for a long time now. We are still waiting to be able to expand our land or be able to move to another city/land. After a while of playing this game, It will become boring. We are giving it a 3 star now because it has been the same for over a year now.

Unable to play for 2 days. Keep getting error message technical issues. This is the 2nd time in a week. Please fix this. Im still unable to play for at least 5 days now because of technical error. Game loads to 90% then wont load. Sorry to say Im deleting the game.
We hadnt played in awhile but we loaded it today and this isnt our city ! We just deleted and reloaded and still the same wrong city, not even in English is still there! We are just deleting. Still no response from tech support! Still no word from tech support and tried again to reload after newest update, still not our city! 10/19/22 STILL not our city and still nothing from customer support! 1/11/23 and still not our city.
When are we going to be able to expand our city? We ran out of space. We've been playing this game for a while now. We need more space. Can you open up a new city or give us more space. This game is getting boring now.

This is a great city building game that actually rewards you more often than other games.
This game is frustrating. What a shame. We tried it on our other devices got the same problem. It cuts off when we try to visit other players, it cuts off after we complete a task, it cuts off when Im collecting coins, we never get our rewards it cuts off. Frustrating. Waste of time. We spent at least $30.00 on this, which was stupid of us.

Ive been playing this game for awhile now , but have had issues with it. Have had our bank notes disappear. On more times than one. Like today 12/18/21 had over 541 bank notes , get back on 41 bank notes is all that we have . So disappointed…. Everything stayed the same but bank notes all gone . Also been trying to the Christmas Restaurant and on the 5/5 round Im able to collect , the star maps & walk-in talkies but the 5 dream catchers , shows you get it from the handmade souvenir shop. Dont see it are cant find it … And will not even show us when we click on show.
It wont let us log on to the game. It keeps telling us to update, but theres no update to be made.
We have earned over $2.5 million cash and have nothing new to spend our cash on. We REALLY wish they would add more buyable items that we dont have to spend real cash on. Im sadly losing the fun of the game because we do the same things nightly. We refuse to spend real money anymore until we can use what we already earned. Hopefully, something new comes along.
We are 89 level. We only have access to 2 cities on the map with a red city sayin Stay tuned. We are running out of spaces to build. If there is certain cities that needs a certain level to access it, you should put the level on the city, not stay tuned.
The quest resets every time we leave the game no matter how many level we have completed.
We love this game we play daily and we havent been able to play on our iOS for a few days, how can somebody please tell us how you can update android to 15.1 but not update iOS? We love simulation games and this one didnt disappoint.
It is a great game and we enjoy it very much, but over the past few days we have had trouble visiting some of our neighbors. There are at least five whose towns we cant access.It is somewhat frustrating.
We love this game and play daily. Our biggest problem is whenever we try to visit our friends places, the site rashes. We then have to reload to get back to our page. We will try numerous times to visit other neighbors, but 95% of the time, it crashes. Please try to fix these issues. In reading other reviews we see we are not the only one with troubles. The game is fun and addictive so please do something.
It said to install update yet when we try it says open like it already has installed the update. We deleted our game and reinstalled but the same thing happens again. We are not happy.

It seems that after we updated the game recently, our account is back to the beginning where we have to start completely over, yet we reached a high level around 40 and now we are level 1.
Why every time we get to playing it restarts all over again why is that.

This is supposed to be Build your Own City. Well in our Dream City we can put houses with houses. & businesses with Business. Fun with Fun. But this game makes you put stuff in places that you dont even want to be in that area! This Makes This A Fake Game How Stupid.

We absolutely love playing this game. With that said, it hasnt done us right. We did lose our City in March. They basically said Im sorry with a very unfair compensation. Ok… So we buy tons of expensive buildings to try to get back to where we once was. Now! They had a server problem and lost our city but gained someone elses city , which had no where close to the buildings we had purchased with our real money. They compensated a very low amount of banknotes. We thought we was negotiating so we sent them all our itune receipts. They ask us multiple times. How much do you think we need to compensate you? We sent them a super fair list. Because by now we cannot get some buildings back. They read our messages. No response in 4 days. Ive been so patient in hoping they would take care of and they just ignore our messages. Im pretty much begging them to give us not even half of what we had purchased! We didnt want to write this review but we have no choice. If you play this game please take pictures of your city!! It may or may not help you. Thinking about deleting it all together but Ive spent way to much money and time. Im giving a 3 star. Would have gotten a 5 because the game is addicting and awesome. Customer service is a 0.
The game will not run . We have uninstalled and reinstalled it and it continues to crash. This game just doesnt work correctly.
UPDATE- we got back into the game but all of our friends are all gone! We dont have Facebook and shouldnt be required to install it to getting our friends back. We had over 100 friends and now we only have the one computer generated friend for Lily City. Please give us our friends back.
