Ive been playing for a while upwards of 500 levels. Its stopped giving daily rewards, disconnects from the server constantly, and officially has stopped letting us play all together. The game is super fun but theres no way to reach support in game that we can find.
Its an amazing game but the past week its been freezing and making us repeat some levels that have already been passed. Also we purchased a bonus pack for 11.99 and was charged twice but didnt receive and extra coins or the bonuses that you was supposed to get for the original 11.99. The menu wont even let us restore purchases and this is the only way we could reach out to report the issue. So now Im down $23.98 and have nothing to show for it.. We would love to be compensated for what we paid for bc we absolutely love this game and have never had any issues before.
The game is great but we got to level 630 and passed it twice but it keeps resetting back to level630.
Hello there been having an issue with the game it keeps saying connection error-1 while we do have internet and kicks us out of the game and resets the level.
We love the gamebut it often closes in the middle of play. So frustrating! Its a great gamebut something is not right with it.
The game constantly crashes or it says login failed. We wish we could play the game but Ive played it so long that we cant delete it we keep hoping theyll fix this.
This app no longer wants to work though its our favorite game. Its like after a certain level they just gave up. We cant get it to work on anything but our iPad-on our iPhone it keeps saying theres an error when we try to open it. Because it would stall out on our iPad we uninstalled it and tried to reinstall and now its giving that error message. Totally bummed.
We like the game, am a casual player but been stuck on level 305 for a couple weeks now. We complete the level and when it loads the next we get an error it cant connect to the internet and please check our connection. Previously it worked flawless. Our phones new, we have no issues with any other app or game so Im convinced this games just broken right now.

This game is the best brick ball game Ive played. Im almost at level 2000. BUT it crashes all the time and the daily rewards never work. The developers are lazy and never update or fix the game, so its pretty pointless now. We wish they would fix it and keep up with it.
We play this game almost daily. Once we got to around level 1650 the game closes frequently, especially after you accept coins or daily prizes. Now Im stuck on 1770 because daily prizes, acceptance of coins and gifts has stopped. Frequently says internet connection trouble although the only trouble is with this game.
The game has gotten so glitchy over the last 4-6 weeks. We play and beat 5-7 levels and it resets us to 679 every single time. Aaaargh.
There have been seferal times where we have purchased packages, or used our power ups – and on the next game we get some type of internet outage, lose our power ups and are still charged and havent been able to get our money back. Games are fun, but done with losing money etc.

We love this game, specifically the mode where you stack the numbers (its kind of a combination of 2048 and Tetris). The app has been crashing immediately after opening. This has been going on for months. Please fix.
This game no longer opens for us and its been at least two weeks. Ive been playing it for awhile too.
For the past few weeks it says there is no internet connection and wont let us access anything. Stuck on level 603 because it wont let us use any props. It will load videos though, so they are still collecting ad revenue on their busted game.
Same issue mentioned by other reviewers. You are not allowed to advance after winning a round, and the error message blames it on loss of internet connection. This has been going on for 4+ weeks.

Our first question is.has anyone received a response from the developers? Have been playing for a while, but the last couple of months we keep getting messages saying cant connect to the server. We really enjoy this game. Yeah, the ads are annoying and there are levels that beg for us to purchase helps, but we plug along. The worst is that a recent update reset the game to level one, and we were several hundred levels in. The game also shuts down after a few levels and we have to reopen the app. Its as if they added a bug when they tried to fix the game. Update: this game still crashes in the middle of games. This game has not been functioning well for months but we managed to get to level 3001 without all the extras. Now its showing a skull on this level. Does this mean Ive reached the end? WTH? Lion Studios needs to start answering questions about why there are so many problems with this game.
We love this game, but it hasnt worked at all on our iPhone for a while now. It appeared as if it was trying to log us in to the game but it just kept circling. We have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but it still doesnt work. When will this be fixed.
We installed this game well over a year ago. Was our absolute favorite game, so addictive. Loved the challenge and was a great stress reliever. For about the past six months it was very glitchy, wouldnt let us pass levels, we would win and then would kick us off. Then stated problems with the server, whatever that means. Now it wont open at all, just shows a spinning wheel. We have tried e-mails, reviews, messenger and Facebook with no response. Thanks a lot developers !!!!! We havent deleted it as we hope that miraculously someday it will work. We really wish that someone would just answer us. Its sad that a great game just disappeared. Honestly we really dont know why Im writing this, Im sure no one will answer us.
