We really enjoyed playing this game until it froze and our saved data was lost when we couldnt sign in to our saved Apple account.
Can you please update the game? After 2 games the app freezes. The new items have no pictures you have no idea what you get. Its sad that youre just letting it die when its a decent game.
Ok since you did the new update and all of us had to start over again we have had some problems with the game we cant use our gmail account and when we win the first bingo of the game we dont get the points for it to get more special daubs to play with and you cant buy them at all so if you can please fix it we dont know if anyone else is having these issues as well but besides that Im really enjoying this game please help thank you.
It said we ran out of tokens and it started us back at the beginning.
This game is really fun but we cant give it a 5 star rating because after we played the game for about 3 minutes it now wont allow us to play the game and keeps saying we need internet connection when we have internet connection even after it updated we still can play.
We really enjoy this game but wish we could play more than 2-3 times without using our coins.
Its a fun game but it needs work, its very hard to get first place bingo let along a bingo at all. Whats the point of playing the game if you can never win period? Why cant their be incentives in the game? Energy for linking it to Facebook,etc? We think if it was fixed it would be a good game.
The game is great! We really do enjoy playing and upgrading the bingo hall. Our one issue that we have with the game is the energy. It takes way too long to refill. If we play at 6pm, the next day, the energy has only filled to 15 energy. Im sorry but thats just too much time to refill. If the game developers fix that we think it would definitely be a 5 star game.
There needs to be incentives like free bingo energy to link with Facebook or write a review. Or more ways to win free bingo energy.
Seems like a great game but unfortunately after the tutorial the game will no longer open. When it trys to load, it goes to a black screen and never goes farther.
Its a lot better then most bingo games in the App Store. We like the idea of renovating the bingo hall. However it takes forever to collect collectibles we have a ton of regular supplies but its like grinding away for collectibles is kinda our downfall. We never ever win a game even with power ups. It seems like the same profile pic is snagging up all the bingos. We do like the game for some down time but the recharge time for energy is bit ridiculous too. We dont really enjoy those kind of games and they dont last long with us. But all in all its one of the better type bingo games. We hope that it gets tweaked a long the way. A daily spin or calendar would be nice too. Just sayin. Not quiet sure yet what our friends are meant for as we know you do quests with them however we dont see really a reason to take your friends with u to play bingo other then ranking up for friendship with them? We dont really see an incentive unless Im missing something. This would be a five star game if things would change a little. Thanks.

This game seemed fun right after we downloaded through tutorial but after tutorial was done we picked bingo card and it looked like it was going to load after countdown but would not go past screen. Please fix game all keep game and try again later. Thank You.
This would be a great game if the glitches get fixed. Startup issues plus app closing when we are attempting a task. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.

This would be a really good game if it wasnt for the bugs n glitches…we would do a task and it wouldnt give us credit for it but would take the item needed and then all tasks would disappear and it would still have a exclamation mark over the task book saying we had tasks to do but it would be empty when we clicked it..Also would like to be able to change the daub color n our portrait picture… Fix the issues and it would be a good game.

We love this game, but it keeps locking up on us lately. Very frustrating. We think a credit of some bingo energy/credits is in order. Im adding to this because we still love love love this game but you need to make it easier to get gems. We have bought everything we can buy for the bingo hall. Everything left to buy requires gems. We cant accumulate gems.
Fun time download awhile back gives us a lot to do winning not easy but fun have a couple times upgrade place is fun thanks finally got everything open fun keep us busy.

Such a good concept and super fun! However, the game glitches SO much! We almost get cheated out of our bingos every other round we play. We wrote support and got some generic response to check our WiFi connection. Nothing is wrong with our WiFi connection the game just glitches. Until this is fixed, dont waste your time.

We like the game but since the update have not been able to play because it keeps saying internet connection not working but we have connection and we can play other games just fine so might just uninstall and give up on the game lol but super fun when you can play without a bug.
Ive updated to the newest version to this game and, well every single time Im in the middle of a game, it pops up & tells us theres no internet connection, press retry! We press retry and it freezes for at least 1 minute, it goes back to the match & well by that time ROUND OVER!!! The game is pretty fun when it is operating properly! Yes, we have checked our home Wi-Fi connection & it is operating properly! Also, a month or so ago we made several in app purchases for things that we never received in the game, we filed a claim requesting to be reimbursed & we were refused reimbursement! You guys would have an awesome game for anyone who likes to play bingo!! Im not deleting the app, just hoping for better bug fixes so that we can actually enjoy playing.

We dont know what changes have been made to the game lately but it has become pretty much impossible to get a first bingo. We used to win quite a bit but now Im lucky to get one win per week. It would be nice if there were some way to at least make it possible to get the trophy room items in another way. Maybe first five bingos wins the item. We really enjoyed the game when it first came out. We didnt win all the time but we usually did win at least once a day or every couple of days. It wouldnt bother us if there were other ways to get those trophy prizes. Also the freezing during gameplay is really annoying.

Just downloaded today.. Played for a little while and was fun until it froze for a minute during one of the bingo rounds and then suddenly the game wont load. Says it couldnt connect to the internet when we have no issue with our internet.
Not a good game you dont get daily bonus, when you win you dont get any energy to replace the one used..if you get an icon you can guarantee that you wont win that game, if you get 10 times bingo card the reward you will never get that ,this could really be a great game to play its boring its hard to get the first place bingo in order to get prizes hard to get the money to purchase what do you need to place in your bingo suit.. This game really need some improvement if we couldve gave it a zero we would have. Deleting this game now lookin for some fun bingos.
This is a fun game but waiting for energy isnt . 1 energy every 15 minutes is ridiculous. The to do list dont work most of the time. You win a bingo it doesnt register on the to do list so youre stuck doing the same list all day. We hope you take the time to read all the reviews and work on the issue. We see a lot of people complaining about glitches and energy. The cost to buy energy is crazy ridiculous and the hours it takes to build up energy is even more ridiculous. If you want people to play you might want to rethink the energy, that is what keeps people playing for more than once a day.
Theres a delay sometimes between tapping the number and when the daub shows up on the card as well as when the bingo button registers. This delay caused us to miss the first place bingo.
