You just folded your ninth hand in a row with a jack high. Finally you get a pair. Dealer reveals a better pair one higher than yours. Four more folded hands later you get a flush, dealer rolls a straight. We have better luck at the real casinos.
The game is great, but after a while, continual nagging ads appeared. Made the game unusable. Please give us an ad free option.
Fun game, but in the fews Ive been playing it, have NEVER seen a 4 of a kind, straight flush or royal flush. Dont get your hopes up.
It can pass the time but when hit any of the jackpots, it bugs out and locks up. Im uninstalling now after the 4th try.
Way too many ads pop up. Spend more time watching ads than you do playing. Used to really enjoy this one but now it just annoys us.

Two times, we have gotten a royal flush and it never delivered the money, just kept loading.
We were having fun until we got four of a kind on a $250 bet and did not get a payout. We should have gotten the minor jack pot, four of a kind, pairs plus three of a kind and the ante bonus. We emailed through the app but did not get the payout. Can anyone out there help.
Wish you could get more money automatically.
In less then a week we hit four of a kind twice and strangely the site froze both times. It paid 100-1 both times we want our chips. Lets see if they contact us we doubt it.

We really do enjoy playing this game and find it too be satisfying and fair. The one consistent problem we have with it is when we hit anything larger than a full house on the six card bonus, normally when we hit four of a kind. As soon as it hits, the game instantly freezes up and we get the spinning cursor in the middle like its trying to load something. Once this happens we have no option available to us other than turn off our iPad and restart it. CS has been very good about giving us credits we won, but it does take the fun out of a big win. Plus, the amount of chips we receive from CS is usually less than had we been paid off. If someone knows a fix, Im open to try anything. We have updated iOS hoping that would help. It didnt.
We really enjoy playing this but multiple on large 6 card bonus payouts that we should have received (4 of a kind, straight flush) the game play freezes, we see a spinning circle, and never get paid. We have to force quit the app for it work again, its very annoying.
Didnt have too many issues its just that its impossible that a 3,10,9 beats a ace, jack and a 7.
Who els notice when you lower you bets thats when all the flushes and pairs come but when you raise the you constantly lose.
We would pay a premium not to see ads. Too bad we cant find that option.
We enjoyed the app but when wining a minor jackpot on 6 card bonus (4 of a kind in our situation) twice it freezes and all we see is a loading screen forcing us to close and restart the app. We reached out the first time and heard nothing back. We now noticed its a few of us having this issue based on reviews. Hopefully issue is fixed but for now deleting the app.
This game is fun and has been set up great by the programmers. However, when you win a jackpot the game freezes causing you to close it. This means they dont pay you. Thousands of chips down with a chance to even back up, and then the game freezes. Odd coincidence.
Deleted the app after the typical losing streak that never ends except when you pay to play more. Added bonus of frequent ads that are nearly impossible to close.

Cuz our bot won like 15 times in a row with all high cards. Either there is no deck or this is programmed to win. DEV RESPONDED, we were right there is NO DECK. Its a random card generator, NOT GOOD. THIS MEANS EACH HAND IS PLAYED INSIDE A VACUUM and doesnt correlate to an actual card deck. Infinite probability to pull any card because there is no discarded pile, your opponent could get a face card 20 times in a row. The probability is EXTREMELY LOW, but not impossible because there is no discard pile.
Just downloaded this app. Almost lost all the chips they gave us in the beginning. Now betting crazy. Just not winning.
The cards certainly arent random. A majority of the hands, the dealer will win, even if you have a great hand. Many times when you have a big paying hand, the dealer doesnt qualify.
Stopped playing when popup ads began. Apparently, playing for free only lasted a week.
Between level 22 and level 23 the bonus is 10,000. It should be 100,000. Is this intentional.
We like the new tables but the casino background sounds have been replaced with lame music (personal opinion we know). Any chance of getting an option to replace the music with the the casino background sounds once again.

Great game, but found one issue. We are playing on level 16. The progress bar moved as we played, however it has stopped moving about halfway through the level. We have played a few hundred hands and it still has not moved.

Simple game moves quickly not interrupted by advertisements.
Definitely rigged. Its really frustrating to lose 12-15 hands in a row to hands that are just slightly better, but if you dont put any real money in, its not the end of the world.
Theres no way the card draw is random, after playing for awhile you realize they want you to lose so they can give you the old pay to win special, however its predictive, if you lose 3 times in a row they expect you to bet small, BET HIGH. Big wins are rewarding but its not random, if you stray to far from needing to buy the pay to win chips the game will find a way to beat you. Its not authentic 3 card, its playing against the algorithm that will give you anything that benefits the pay to win system. Our recommendation would be the developers should add things you can purchase with won chips such as table personalization or custom card prints; something.. & RANDOM CARD DRAW. NOT AN ALGORITHM, not a system that plays against you based on your winning %, a game that gives you the chance to win based on strategy. In conclusion its fun.. Yea.. But broken in its own way, you dont play poker you play chess against a computer whose goal is to play better cards then you anytime you bet high odds, its a calculated system aimed at you losing when it matters most in hopes you buy virtual chips. 2/10, Id have better odds at a real casino. & if the developers are listening.. RANDOM CARD DRAW. NO ALGORITHM. PEOPLE WILL BUY MORE CHIPS IF THEY RESPECT THE PROCESS.
The game was great the first few days we played it. Then all of a sudden you get pop up adds every few minutes during your game. You dont even get bonus chips for all of them. Really ruined the game.
Our experience is same as everyone else. The game goes on an impossible run or 12-15 hands with flushes straight and anything that will beat your hand. Dumb. Dont bother.

If the game was true it wouldnt beat you 7 out 10 hands every time.
We have never seen where a dealer gets 5 flushes 2 straights and 3 of a kindall in sequence one after the other. The game only lets you win..or at least win half the time when you spend money to get more chips to play. Who sponsors this thingI definitely want to stay away from that casino.
Graphics and sound effects are great, but the dealer is HEAVILY rigged. No exaggeration, we played 4 good hands back to back, and the dealer hit 3 flushes in a row, then a straight for those 4 hands. We dont care what anyone says that is not realistic.
