Match & Sort 3D is one of our favorite game apps to play, we play it a lot. We recently purchased the starter pack for $5.99 why is it still playing ads at every level. This issue is very frustrating. We contacted Apple support about this issue but they were unable to resolve our problem and suggested we contact the developer which is not easy because they only want to talk to people who are submitting their games. We just recently had an issue where the game would not advance to the next level, we updated our iPad, rebooted our iPad and rebooted it some more to no avail. Apple was unable to assist us finally we made the ultimate sacrifice and deleted the game and lost over 25,000+ coins, lost all our progress because we were up to level 1,900+ trying to get to level 2,000, we also paid to have the ads removed which at the time was working thats why Im confused why its not working now. Please help us with this issue or refund our money and we will delete the app and no longer play this game or let us know if it cannot be fixed.

This game is really enjoyablehowever it has very redundant adsat. Least show different ads or whatever.and of course they want u to pay to remove them which we think is BSIve purchased enough in game items we shouldnt have to watch ads just based on that alonebesides that its a pretty fun app.
We enjoy this type of game but really wish we could purchase an ad free version. The frequent interruptions are annoying.
There are too many adds on this game. We love the game but we are spending more time having to watch the adds, please reduce the amount of add time so we can enjoy the game. Please help with these 2 things.
They say they put so much love into this game, but dont offer any way to play it without wading through ads every minute. Such a shame. Its really fun and brightly colored and well made, but nope, cant handle all the ads. We totally would have paid for it though.
We enjoy the game …. However we do not get a lot of the gifts especially when we do 2X. Help.
Could be a fun game. Ads were initially after completing the sets in each level. After a couple of levels, they now are between each set. So you play for 15 seconds then have to watch a 30 second ad. Nope.
Ok we love this game but two little things we do not like that your timed to try and pass levels and over time the sound goes on and off it will be there then disappear the timer needs to be taken off because its not fair when your slowed down while looking for items and you have to restart that is no fun and very dumb if these can be fixed Id appreciate it if not they need to be fixed.
Too many ads and after playing, getting up to level 15 and earning gold the game suddenly closed and when we reopened it, all our progress reset. We are deleting the game. Thanks for nothing.
The game is fun, but it freezes and your time continues to run out! Very frustrating.
At first when we saw the ad for this game it looked like so much fun and it showed multiple things instead of just sorting and there is no shop and it keeps glitching and making our entire device lag. We wouldnt recommend getting this game unless your THAT bored.
Fun game! Very addictive…. Few problems you earn money as you play but there is no store or shop to spend the money you are making as you play. Another thing is there are times where there isnt enough of a object to pack and you have to redo the level because of a game glitch.
We love the game.. But can you please tell us about what am we doing with the money that we keep earning.
This game is so fun and you might lose a little bit but you can still redo it and we think other people should download this.
First off we love the new update and new items that is not the problem the problem is we paid real money not to have adds on the game since the new upgrade which we love, there have been glitches also please make it so we can actually fit the product in the boxes by giving small orders small boxes and big orders big boxes and take the adds back off after paying 2.99 real money no adds should be showing up after one order there should be no adds period please fix the glitches so it dose not cut us off when playing the game and keep the adds off the game like we paid for them to stay off until the game is fixed we will not rate the game higher because it dose not deserve a higher rating.
We are having fun with this game! Its really addicting.

Worst game it is soo boring it is you just finding things (food) and thats it and u earn money.
We like this game until we ran out of boxes. We bought more but the game never gave them to us. So Im going to delete this game.
