Magic Bean: Puyo Puzzle is a Casual/Puzzle game from 熙亮 徐, first launched in 13th July 2020.

What Makes Magic Bean: Puyo Puzzle Stand Out
This is a classic drop and match puyo game. Colorful beans were drop down and meagered with ones with same color. When the number of merged beans reach 4, a magical explosion will appear. Super explosion will appear when the much number exceeds 4. You can even try chained combo which means one explosion caused by another.
If the drop block reaches the top of the play board, the game will be failed.
There are 2 modes in the game:
1 Solo Mode. There will be a target number for each colored existing beans. After all the target number of beans were eliminated, the stage is cleared.
2 Dual Mode. There will be an AI competitor to play with you. Chained explosions will make the garbage beans appear in the competitor’s play board. The player who persevere to the last will win the game.
This Casual game offers engaging gameplay and regular updates for mobile players.

Wellwhat can we say. Magic bean has changed our life. Before magic bean our heart was cold and empty but now it is filled with magic bean iPhone game. Everyone else in the reviews are jealous snobs who expect the most out of everything and cannot experience the simple happiness of magic bean iPhone game. We are on level seven of what seems like seven quadrillion levels. The music has been the same for every level so far, the song is something like thirty seconds long. The song is insane. It isnt annoying at all, its just so absurd and we literally laugh out loud as Im playing the game because of it. Its the perfect song for the game. Im really not being facetious at all. The pause menu has no button to return to the main menu. Just a button that says exit which, when pressed, exits the app. And it doesnt even bother us, we think its so charming. Other people have mentioned the sensitivity and stuff. And we agree with that for the sake of accessibility, but personally Ive just interpreted it as part of the challenge. In all honesty Ive never played Poyo. Ive played Dr. Robotniks Mean Bean Machine. From sonic? Thats what we know this from. So we dont have direct comparisons to draw, and we still havent played Dual mode but we are enjoying this game so far! God the music makes us laugh and we mean that with so much sincere enjoyment and love.
No joke this is actually a pretty good alternative to Puyo Puyo. There is a few flaws to it however, and could use just a little bit of work, but overall its a pretty good game.
If you dont have your console around to play puyo then your gonna like this game the only real downside is that you cant change the sensitivity of your touch but is still enjoyable if you like puyo tsu.
This is a half-decent puyo puyo clone. Not great by any means, but its serviceable. Levels seem to end kind of at random and proclaim all clear even when thats not the case, lol.
We saw Shiroma play puyo puyo, so we wanted to play it, its definitely bad, but as a knockoff, its decent.
Its an Infinite amount of levels but by level 7 its practically impossible.
Its a shameless ripoff but its ok if you just want something to do.
The game would be so much better.
This is one of the worst quality apps Ive ever downloaded, but its so bad that it has its own charm. Extra star just because of that.
Basically ripped off from Segas mean bean machine. Game mechanics could be a lot better.
The controls are far too sensitive, making placement unnecessarily difficult. Rotation switches direction arbitrarily. Fix these and this will be the best version for iOS.
For some reason on iOS the game has no audio. The controls arent bad but could be a little better. When you get a combo it would be nice if there was the energy blast animation that puyo puyo and mean bean had. Overall though a decent clone and fun to play Multiplayer.
We dont normally write a review but we just wanted to download poyo because we were playing it on the computer not too long ago but for real they wont let you win Its impossible to even win stage 1 took us forever to beat it and we are still stuck on stage 2 please fix the AI and Ill give it at least a 4/5 stars.
By level 7 in dual mode, it gets a little ridiculous. You cant make your moves as smoothly and as fast as the Ai youre going against. Maybe if there was an iPhone game controller lol.
The games controls arent all that great and we end up placing puyo in the wrong spots by accident since the controls are a little wonkey. Theres also the fact that the puyos set in instantly as soon as they touch another puyo piece not allowing to freely move it around for a bit if your trying to form a high combo since the higher you stack the harder it will become to set the pieces right. Those 2 problems combined kills this game for us. We love the puyo franchise and want to love this app but it could use a few tweeks here and there.
The controls are okay, a little unintuitive. The game rules are not really explained, at all. Theres counters to the side on what color beans you need to clear, but no explanation on what affects the counter. Sometimes a basic clear lowers the count, sometimes an amazing combo does. Its all arbitrary, and possibly glitched. But the ads are way overdone. Theres an unstoppable ad after ever round. EVERY round. No option to remove, no incentive to watch, its the most basic anti-player monetization, grossly overdone.
First off: the game mechanics they're bad; it also uses OPP (original ain't that bad, but we heavily prefer tsu) Second: the dual play Doesn't show the nuisance in queue, so you got nothing Third: level Ran into a problem where we couldn't pass level 1, no matter how many puyos of each color we popped.
