Fun game! Ive been enjoying playing it, but the fact you cant play with your tablet sideways in landscape is irritating. This function in our opinion needs to be added. Thx.
After maintenance its not letting us load the game.
We played until we unlocked the treasure hunt and because the game forces you to follow the tutorial we were unable to submit a ticket for any kind of help. It freezes on the treasure hunt, we cannot use the back arrow, we cannot do anything because every time we log in, the tutorial forces us to click on the newly opened feature we deleted the game and still did not fix it. Even worse is there is zero way to contact support, we were genuinely wanting to play this game that we actually took the time to find their website and there is no support for Blitz, when we click support it shows around five games but not this game. For a game that has been out almost a year this is unacceptable and sad that once again gaming companies care more for money than the players.
Just got the latest update and now cant get into the game. Pretty much sums up our experience with this game. Probably doing us a favor so we can just delete it and move on.
Very fun, you can play free and still compete just not as fast as those that spent $ for advancement. All depends on your patience, you can play in mind numbing mode and have fun or be more strategic and change equipment and heroes according to each battle.
So youre punishing us for playing the game long term? Cool.
Just downloaded it, and the game wont even start. Its sad really, it looked pretty fun.
But the biggest scam is that we can double champions on our team but we face teams with double that do 30k or more apiece very unfair to the user. So we can put two of the same ppl to fight the ai but that is allowed not fair at all. Great game tho has our attention for sure.

We've been playing for months and then suddenly that's the last update the program will no longer load.
Would have given this a higher rating prior to most recent update that prevents you from playing the game – frozen with a arrow pointing to press here which you do and nothing happens. Prior to this was our favorite game, but this continues and will just stop playing it.
All of the things this developer has claimed to do (Wheel of Fortune) and all the things coming soon (Journey Sphere and Temple of Trials) seems never to happen.
We were so ready to spend some $$ on this game, until we realized it costed ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS, thats right, $1000 to reach VIP LEVEL 1 OUT OF 30 what a joke rofl.
Non stop ads. Everything you do leads to ad watching. You maybe spend a little more time watching ads than playing the game. Its done intentionally. The game itself is remedial. You dont really control anything. You setup your team and then its auto pilot. Skills looks different but its effectiveness is arbitrary and random. Levels matter way more than skill.
Our first impression of the game was "wow really cool" then after 1 month we just noticed it was a 30 min per day game. The admins promised an update that was delayed for several months and when it finally comes, the update just turns the game even more pay to win, destroying any possibility of a F2P win anything. Progress is easy until a certain point, after that you just watch people pass you if they pay the packs that are ALL THE TIME advertised. Recently we got a new update that made even deeper the gap between Paying players and Free players adding more heros making even harder to evolve the old ones. What is really funny, we've been playing this game for almost 1 year and the devs are always promising stuff, events and finishing the game but here we are 1 year after we still have 3 icons "events" in the map that are still coming. Don't be fooled by their reviews or comments. Nevertheless, if you want to play a game that lasts 30 min per day, that's your game!! If you want something more active, yeah this is kto your game definitely.
Good game, the company really wants your money and theyre not going to let you get where you want to go without constant purchases. We mean really. It gets old.
Its a raid shadow legends rip off and just like raid the damage enemies deal is just way to much for no reason even if you have a tank that are about as durable as a fighter and most fighter live longer then tanks its basically burst them before they burst you what kind of balance is that on top of right out the gate upgrading is expensive just like raid again this is just designed to make you want to spend or leave the game fast.
Our account just crashes to main window. If we re-install and then try to load our whale ( Facebook ) account it does it again. If we just re-install and start fresh it does not crash.
Tons of crashes since the update. Have only been able to log in one time. Bad update, bad! UPDATE: devs responded fast and fixed crash issues. More fun gameplay than RAID, etc. Thanks devs.
First off ill say im ejoying the game. But ill say this, the last update is bogus. You made things in the market exponentially more expensive it went from being a player friendly to being a grind your way here market.
Hindsight, dont download this game. Advancing your deck requires an ungodly amount of dupes. At the rate you collect gems to open new cards, youll be board in no time! You can finish a days worth of allowed free gameplay in less than 30 minutes. If you are satisfied with a game that requires less than an hour to play all the free-play missions/events, then this game is for you! The game is fun but unfortunately, there is not enough characters to keep the game interesting either (really only 3 cards per color worth building). If you are not pay-2-play, you will quit after a week. There is not enough content to keep the game interesting.
Update So After downloading the new update we played for like 2 minutes and then all of sudden the game froze. So we closed the app, and attempted to reopen it. Now, we cant get past 44% loading. Ive tried multiple times and same thing. Restarted our phone, nope. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled, and same thing. So initially the game is great, they are very generous with giving out summons and have a good drop rate for top tier characters (we are level 170 and the game still gives out good rewards). Actually, this is one of the best games for free rewards/drop rates. It is really fun early on, however, the problem is that after awhile everything becomes repetitive. Additionally, There is still things within the game, such as chat that still say coming soon and have been that way since the launch. They recently added tournament which is nice (free rewards we mentioned above) but that has been it pretty much. No new major additions, no way of chatting to your alliance/clan/guild mates, nothing really to do except battle pvp in the arena or pve missions. Which is really just the same thing, no matter what stage youre on. This is way so many people have stopped playing, there is simply nothing new.
After the update, we could play just fine. Now it wont even let us load the game. We understand theres bugs but not letting players even load the game.
Id love to give this a 5 star review, but after the last update the game keeps crashing. Wont even get past the load screen.
Ive spent money on this game and now our game wont load. Unreal, as support is nowhere to be found. Will not ever spend another dollar on a game that has NO support.
Was working fine last night now game wont load any button hit, it loads in gives purchase advertisement and when we back out from there cant do anything.. Uninstalled game and redownloaded and still broken.
Great game but please dont stop updating and adding legends and gear! We cant emphasize enough how more variety in these games keeps players playing and coming into this space.

We dont usually play mobile games that actively but this game is very fun! Ive also spent quite a bit, it can be so addicting.
Reminds us of Raid and we like that game as well. This one has us playing a lot more often. We look forward to seeing more characters in the game.
Its not a good look for a game when its still celebrating a holiday almost two months after the fact. Aside from that, the game overall has great graphics and simple play navigation throughout all the options available. Its kind of like a stripped down version of all the games like this, but with better graphics and without all the additional complexities. It just needs to be updated consistently and enough to keep the momentum of interest moving along.
Look its a great game but when we bought the recruit pack we lost the money but we got none of the items in the pack. We ask for the items or a refund. Our player ID is player_18294730. The game starts out good but after a short time its very difficult to get a resource you need to advance while having way more gold than youll ever need and there is no option to convert one to the other.
This game has awesome aesthetics, but you hit a wall quick and it becomes hard to progress. One of the biggest complaints we have about this game is when characters cast ultimates. Usually in these kind of idle games when an ultimate is cast, the game pauses while the animation goes then resumes when it is actually cast. This game does do a little pause, but then there is a cast time of sorts that makes the character go through the animation before it is actually cast. Not much of an ultimate if they are getting killed before it can even be cast. Fun, but we think we may lose interest real quick and stick with other games. We did buy the monthly pass, which is also pretty underwhelming considering how expensive things that costs gems are, but its a thing we do to support the developers of any game. If the ultimate cast gets fixed, we may stay longer.
Any future update coming out or is the game a bust.
Has the potential to be a great game but since the last updated was 4 months ago there is very limited things to do in game.. No world chat or guild chat and only 3 things to do campaign arena and flaming fortress you can spend 30 mins on the game and complete everything you can do in a day.
After several months from our initial review not much has changed. We really want to like this game but the gem acquisition for new skills is much to slow at higher levels and there is simply a lack of content. Promises of features seem to extend back months with no delivery. – promised features such as chat are still not present – skill gem acquisition needs to increase more with further story progression – the tower should reset weekly for something else to do with the ability to skip levels at 50 level intervals. For instance someone at lvl 230 would reset to 200. If they actually deliver on some of the promised features in a timely fashion things may turn around. Otherwise it is a visually pleasing game fun at low levels with a very hard/slow wall at higher end even if paying.
We have 13 million gold, why is xp and crystals so hard to get and expensive to buy.

Lo que deben cambiar creo que es a los desarrolladores o al menos imponerles un ritmo ms acelerado xq todas las respuestas que us han dado son las mismas que he recibido desde hace un mes y medio. Que para un juego as es una locura no haber hecho un update. Los update deben ser semanales, a los gamers les gusta eso, sobretodo que tengan un da especial de actualizacin que generalmente son los mircoles donde mundialmente siempre todo lo relacionado a juegos, cmics y dems, lo hacen y no prometen cosas a futuro que les lleva meses cumplir.
Good balance and playablility without having to find.
This is a foundation to build upon to rival any fantasy game of its ilk. If we had to make suggestions, however, we would suggest regularly adding champions, we literally have all of the top tier champs and now the race is on to star them. The novelty of this will wear off eventually, and that leaves you with people feeling like you used them. Second, currently gear means very little to us, the art is on point but often times a red champ, with a red artifact, gets a blue or green, or whatever color artifact when you auto equip. We really dont know what to make of the current artifact system. Third, as these games can be auto played, oftentimes you arent aware of the casualties that your team took in the maze. It would be Helpful and kinda cool for you to add this info under the Victory graphic somehow. Lastly some incentive to get the clans talking amongst themselves. One of our better friends was our clan leader from a game neither of us play hardly anymore, but would have never stopped playing if we felt valued by them. Please help your gamers feel valued, invest in us and we will most assuredly invest in you.
Easy to play, dont have to spend additional money if you are patient.
We like the game. What we like the most so far is that your not getting killed by people who spend money get over powered and then go hunting other players to take their stuff If the stays like that we will play and continue to spend money on it.
Its a bit light on features, but the quality of whats there is good. If you like afk idle games try it.
Game has a lot to do, lots of FREE summons (keep that up devs and people will keep coming back), and team variety is 100% based on what the player feels right running. Wish we had more opportunities for gems so we can summon but really thats our only complaint.

Basically the same as any other of these. Not really much different in any way. Opened 50 of the red shard troops. 1 higher than the basic trash troops. It was a 1 star gold. If you can open 50 and only get that? These rng odds are broken. It does not state the odds, which iOS requires. Ive reported that. There were other issues, a healer who doesnt heal. The screen is so cluttered with gacha offers, its a mess. Thanks but uninstalled.
Has potential but very little to actually do currently. There is a quick wall where you cant progress into the story and there is very little else to actually do. Theres a tower challenge but it doesnt seem to reset. The tower rewards are also very underwhelming. Theres also a few features that dont seem to be turned on yet even things as simple as chat. Progression into the story is not possible at a reasonable pace without spending money. Im on story level 10 with some purchases and it takes a full day to be able to level a character 1-2 levels and thats only if there not at a skill level. The skill crystal gain is much to slow. The material gathering needs to be improved overall. If they open up more to do on a daily basis and improve the mats gains, it may be worth a recommendation. For now if you want to play this type of game and dont mind going into a game late, play Raid.
