You are a young, promising football manager at the start of your career. A handful of small clubs are prepared to gamble on your potential and make you their manager. Choose one and take it from the bottom league all the way to European glory. Or will you ditch them when other jobs become available at bigger and better clubs, working your way up to managing one of the giants of European football?
▶ REALISTIC CLUB AND LEAGUES STRUCTURE
There are 750 clubs to manage across 9 European countries including England, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Russia, Portugal, Turkey and the Netherlands. Each country has realistic league and cup competitions, meaning there are 64 trophies to compete for in total – how much silverware can you win?!
▶ MASSIVE PLAYER DATABASE
There are 17,000 players in the game and your scouts will regularly provide reports on as many as they can. Make offers to buy or loan them, using your business acumen to negotiate transfer fees and personal terms. You’ll be in control of player sales too – will you accept that big offer for your star player?
▶ KEEP YOUR CHAIRMAN HAPPY
Each season your chairman will give you a realistic target to achieve. This could be something like avoid relegation, finish in the top 10 or even win the league. The chairman will expect you to steadily improve the team, so usually the targets will get higher and higher each season.You will be given a transfer budget and a wage budget for the season which you can spend on whoever you want. But be careful you don't spend what you don't have as the chairman will not take kindly to this and it could have a negative effect on your job security, maybe even resulting in the sack!
▶ APPLY FOR OTHER JOBS
As you career progresses, so your reputation will increase and other clubs will consider appointing you as their manager. You can apply for other jobs either in the same country you're currently managing in or abroad. But make sure you check out the state of the club first – you don't want to take on a side doomed to relegation, or a team which doesn't have much money as that wouldn't be good for your career.
▶ APPOINT YOUR BACKROOM STAFF
There are other personnel to help you manage the club. The Head Coach, Academy Coach, Physio, Head Scout, Youth Scout and Fitness Coach all play their part in the success of the club. Hire and fire them at the right time to achieve the best results for your team.
▶ TAKE FULL CONTROL OF MATCHES
Before each match you must pick the team, carefully considering the fitness and skill level of each player. Choose the formation and tactics to suit the opponent you're facing and then it's kick off.
As the match unfolds, change tactics if you need to. Have you taken the lead against tough opposition? Consider switching to a more defensive mentality to grind out the win. Is your midfielder's fitness levels dropping too low? Maybe it's time to freshen the team up with a substitution. But if you make all your subs too early and then pick up an injury, what will you do then?!
These tough decisions are part and parcel of managing the team on match day and will ultimately shape your career.

Almost impossible progress and build a squad without going over the wage budget and getting sacked. Also, wished there was more was you could influence the match results instead of mainly having to buy players.
We were very interested in this game and thought it was very fun. However once they took out the badges and kits from the game, we felt it made the game feel lifeless and less fun. Theres no identity or connection to the clubs we take over now. The names are misspelled, the badges are fake and the kits are no longer displayed. We understand it is likely a licensing issue but there other game, soccer tycoon, doesnt have this issue. We would love for the older version with the badges and kits to come back.
Amazing, The only problem we have is that whenever we make a good team, the players always get greedy and want way more weekly wage than they deserve, this always leads to us getting sacked from the club for something we have no control over. Itd be nice if maybe they were a little less greedy.
This game is a great game thats highly addictive. The only reason Im rating it so low is an issue with the ads- the game will periodically allow us to watch ads to add to our transfer and wage budget or to get a free agent. However, we are unable to close out of the ads after they are done playing, which means we have no choice but to force close the app and not even get the reward for watching the ads. This has made the game unplayable. Fix this and this could easily be a 4 or 5 star game.
We think there is an okay foundation to the game, but theres A LOT about the interface and playability that needs to be upgraded. Maybe its just us, but our season is split with all the away games happening in a row, then all the home games and that really makes it hard to budget. The manager is too vague and itd be nice to know if they prefer attacking, defending, passing,etc. Also, small thing but itd be nice if there was a link to the player from the trade requests so that we dont have to go back and forth between the request and the player profile. Also, can we have more specific player positions than just defender, midfield and attacker? Theres really not much to the player profiles. Its be nice to see player ratings to see how well the players are doing. Itd be nice to have stamina so the manager we hire has to maybe rotate the squad. Itd be nice to have more metrics for a player than just goals and assists. Like we said, theres an interesting foundation there, especially with the training and giving power to the manager to set lineups. We have no idea how there are so many 5 star reviews unless theyre all bots. Its not nearly a complete game.
This game is a blast. Theres enough detail to keep you engaged/build a team your way, but not so much detail that it bogs you down. The game flows really well and you can progress as fast or slow as you could ever want. We have no complaints.
We love this game but the one thing we would fix is player progression. We wish there was a way to earn training points and you could train your players. Even if its just their overall rating you improve and you dont have sub/different skill categories.
Great and fun game. But please fix wage budget. It always goes back to 14k for us its impossible to get better.
This app is amazing we love it. But can the wage budget be fixed? Its impossible to have so much money given to you in your transfer budget, but you just cant do anything because the wage budget wont get bigger. Also can u add a feature where we see different international competitions. Or maybe where your player is a star for their country and their country needs them for the Euro qualifiers, but you have the option of keeping them in the team? Maybe a feature where we see how much the players respect you as a manager. Idk lol the game is amazing either way.

Hi There is a problem on our game. After a while , All of our career will stop and we have to load a new game. Please fix it.
This game is so close to being perfect in our mind, the one feature that would make this game amazing is if you could move transfer budget into wage budget. Its so annoying to see hundreds of thousands of dollars in the transfer budget but no way to spend it because we dont have any space in the wage budget. Please consider bring this into the game, thank you.
We took Torquay to the Prem, Got them to First While our Objective was win the League, got fired. Screw off.
Before we updated our phone, we were on August 19, 2024, now we are on June 11, 2022 and if we try to go past June 15, the game crashes. We really like the game so, we will be changing our rating once things are fixed and working again.
We love this game so much we would love to rate this higher but we have a problem where every time we exit the game it deletes our previous save and have to make a new one all over again we really hope the developers fix this soon.
Really enjoy all of their soccer games, but this one is our favorite.
There are many things to really like it is structured well, allows you to really get into the depth of managing your team, and is entertaining without forcing you to spend real money. But, prepare for a long slog climbing the league divisions if you dont. Most maddening it gives you reward wage and transfer funds for watching ads so you can sign a few better players. But as soon as the new season starts, your wage budget regresses, losing that extra salary budget and your salary expenses are in the red, even though you get to keep the extra transfer funds. Worthless to pay for a transfer if you have no salary budget to pay the player.
Game is awesome so far just wish players would progress in season, especially young players. Also maybe some financial upgrades like sponsorships and stadium upgrades. But is still a fantastic game downloaded it 3 days ago and havent played anything else since.
A few suggestions, our phone died whilst in a match and we lost 0-3. Player fitness goes down a tad too drastically in our opinion, and Ive been getting a whole lot of injuries and the depth of our team is already small enough, all together this is another great game by you guys, we look forward to whenever you guys come out with a new game and this one is nice.
