Great game, have been playing for years and keeps improving. Would love to see separate solo games . Gives us a chance to practice and learn more from our mistakes. Give it a shot please we lost our connection with the game overnight and cant reconnect for some odd reason. We cannot start all over again and because we invested too much money on this game we play every day. We need someone to email us something to get our account back in the game. Thank in advance because Im losing time in the tournament.
As of today the game no longer opens. It says login failed, restart game. But it never opens, stops at 64%.
We are only giving you three stars, because of the non-existing of customer support. There was multiple issues with the game and we wrote to you about the issues and we never get feedback. Number one you should always get feedback. Number two we should be compensated for the error in the game, and updates. On that note, we will never spend a dive until you change your ways.

We like playing golf impact but theres something about it that makes it more forgettable than most games like having 4 bag slots that take hours to open and then if all 4 bag slots are full we cant golf till one is open we get it, you want us to buy gems, and we might, but let us see if we like it first. Our opinion is that when we only can play 1-2 matches a day because we have to wait so long for a bag to come available, Ill eventually stop checking in and then delete it.
Is the game dead. Cannot log into game . It keeps asking to restart.
Do not trust any stats wind meter ball tracking meter or putting meter got to play and hope you learn to not trust those meters all r very very inconsistent.
Enjoy playing our only complaint would be the wind gets really bad As you progress through the game.
Been playing this for years Pretty fun actually.
until recently when some of the changes/bug fixes came out. Now, regardless of the club or ball choose, we cant hit a straight shot on a bet. Our shots consistently go too far left or right, or too far or not far enough, regardless as to how Perfect we hit the ball. Another issue Im finding is we have to Exit our way through two or three offers just to get to the lobby. No thanks. Im not going to delete the game, but Im going to stop playing in hope is you fix these errors in your upcoming release(s).
Its addictive and fun but we need more good balls.

Play this to wind down after a long day of work. Like the courses but wish they would change up the wholes between games. Always see to play the same whole on initial tee off and then the same hole during the tie breaker. But other than that great game.
The game was great, we played to level nine, started our own clan, and was playing in a clan match where we ran out of time, we expected to just be down a shot and have to start over, but the game froze up, so we closed out the app and got back in since thats what usually fixes the game when it lags out. But when we try to reopen the game, its in a loop between two loading screens and never gets into the game. We then assumed that, like other games, our progress would save locally on our phone so that if we deleted the game and redownloaded it, we would get our progress back, but NO. All our progress is gone and we have to restart because the game froze up. We tried to go to game support in the App Store, but it just tabs us to a website in an Asian language that is filled with what looks like ads for other games that dont even include this one. Theres also an incessant amount of pop ups in the game and gets really buggy.
We have played golf Impact for several years now we best golf game we have ever played. It would be great if you could put in new putters or upgrades for the only one we have.
Ive been playing this golf game for over 3 years now. Its best golf game to play on mobile but if you need any help from Customer service you will never get a response. Worst ever in history of gaming.
So we love this game but today it wont let us play the tournament. Very frustrating.
The game locked up AFTER we had purchased 2 game passes, had 6 legendary clubs, upgraded balls). So (we were linked) we deleted and reinstalled the game. However, NONE of our progress was there. The game reset back to the beginning. We contacted customer support on April 19. It is April 27 and no one has bothered to have the decency or professional to respond. If you take the chance and play, DO NO MAKE ANY IN-APP purchases, because when the game glitches (and it will), your money WILL BE GONE!! Dont bother to buy ANYTHING from NEOWIZ, theyre trash and dont deserve to be in business. They take your money and when you need help, theyre policy is thats not our problem, we already got your money.
This is actually a fun game when it doesnt freeze up you game creators need to fix these bugs in this game because we actually like this game, its fun and challenging with other players so please fix the bugs Thank you. So until yall fix this game, Im giving it two stars.
We are in the S Carolina clan the game is great the physics are great but the wind is a little unrealistic you can get used to it though at the beginning it may feel like your are getting beet by a lot of people but you will get better and you will get better clubs great game overall.
Like the game. More fun than the other golf games we have tried. Only thing is we wish they gave you the option to choose the club you wanted instead of having to use the one they put up for use for each shot. Other than that, to us its fun. Joseph. Added this later. There seems to be a problem with the adds you have to watch to get diamonds. The 60 second ones keep crashing the game to where It has to reboot and you not only dont get the diamonds but you have to watch another 60 second add. This is very frustrating. It they cant fix it soon we will delete and look for another golf game. If the makers read these we hope they fix this problem but to be honest we dont think you really care.
For a free game, we think it's pretty decent. Not an excessive amount of advertising and a lot of options in the game to try out. Well done.
Most matches end in draws. Unless you spend real money you will not progress.
Game settings are different when you delete and sign back in to game and Secure your Account WHY ? We lost all our settings from purchases we made and now can not go above 3100 Throphies in game. Please fix our Account.
We cant play a game. It lets us play but when we win or lose it says there is an error and entry is refunded. This has been going on for over a week now.
We love this game, but for some reason today its glitching like crazy and we dont know why it wont let us do a match and we play this game faithfully every day all day so we dont know why Im having trouble today.
With some fixes, this could be one of the best golf games. Game is very fun and graphics very good. We took 1 star off because the ai opponents or matching is unbalance. Plus its annoying that we keep getting the same clubs from winning matches.
Ads last too LONG Ads time out without a payoff. Lame ad malfunctions and Lasting TWICE as low our as in the past! Other game play bugs.
The game used to be great.. Lately they have been changing a lot of things to force you to spend money and now when you get a Legend club it gives you a card and you cant use it until you get all the cards. Until they make it fun again we wont spend money on the game. If they make it fun and fair for the users again we will spend money again.
Fun game play for hours but prices could be a little cheaper Im 4 months clean and on the hard days this helps.
Game is a lot of fun to play. It gets difficult and costly about level 5. We enjoy the tournaments, except for the fact there are players who have upgraded equipment and seem to always win in the end. We play a lot of heads-up in the lower levels to build up our $$$ to play in the upper levels. It would be nice if they added more holes to play at each level. We think there are only about 3 or 4 holes to play. Overall a very fun game that requires some level of skill to advance.

We rarely get to be competitive in tournaments, league matches, and most one on one games because for at least two months in the middle of play it will declare a bad server connection and restart the game. It isnt just a one time deal either we have spent up to a half hour restarting so we dont lose our position, then go to another app to play something. None of our other games does this. Right now we mostly go in to collect gems and bags because we dont get to play. Very disappointing for an otherwise great game.

When we on a real coarse and it rains, our swing is not affected. Fix the aiming arrow in your game. When you are on a raining hole, the arrow jerks. Please fix. We enjoy the game.

Ive been playing Golf Rival for years, but this game is more realistic as far as courses. Still learning the spins and turns. We gave it a four for now as Im new. We shall see as we progress.

Firstly to the developers PLEASE HELP WE NEED SOME UPDATES Youll figure out its quirks and get better the more you play BUT dont expect to be able to upgrade your clubs very often, they RARELY give out upgrade options to the clubs youre using If youre wanting the good equipment fast be prepared to play a lot or pony up the cash They also rarely offer premium golf balls You can get plenty of the above average balls Seems like the only way to get premium balls other than once a year in their little shop is occasionally they give them when you do well with your team but be VERY patient we dont like writing anything negative about someones buisness but we guess thats the only avenue we havent tried to get help.. We would love to change it to a 5 star glowing review but theyre going to have to put forth a little effort we personally know a few people that own games and its not that hard to add/improve things.. And its just 2 guys that work on them they LOVE feedback and constantly making it better.
When we first started to play this game it was the best golf game going until recently when they started to mess with the algorithms. This game is getting every bit as bad as golf clash. You people need to stay out of politics and quit showing Kamala Harris ads or start showing President Trumps ads also.
