One of the best time management games we have played for to a certain level and the game wouldnt load we thought we had saved it to our Game Center and deleted the app when we went back in to reload the app it had erased everything so now Im starting over again but its worth it (may not the money that we spent spent).
Im sooo hooked on this game. Ive played over 1100 levels. We realize that there are two reasons we cant put it down 1. Its fun, fast and challenging and 2. There are no interruptions, such as ads, or needing energy. Yes, you lose lives when you lose, but they refill quickly. The boosts are great, and you never have to pay a cent if you dont want to – we only made purchases to reward the developers. Great job.

We are out of levels! Can we please get more levels we. A more timely manner or more levels every month. We get board of waiting. That is the only draw back other then the coin reward should be higher.
This game is so fun!! But we feel the in game money needs a bit of an adjustment. You only win 7-21 coins per level depending of difficulty but most boosters or level extensions cost 200-500 coins! So its a bit tough to save up and earn for those hard levels.
The game need improvement first of all the tasks is too tedious for such a low payout after. Just 7 coins? Come on now secondly the rewards in the chest are also ridiculous and not worth playing the game at all. We feel like the game is geared towards getting players to spend money so they can pass the levels. Do better.
This is our favorite game. But, the new update is horrible. Every time we try to open the game its just a blank white screen. Im on level 1200+ and dont want to delete the game and try downloading it again and lose our progress.
Went to play this game for the first time and when we open the app, it starts loading the game and then the screen goes black. Bummed we can not play as it looks like fun. Please fix.
EDIT: we are using software 15.1.1 on the iPhone 12. We are using the latest update for the game. We love this game but the latest update wont allow us to get pass the loading screen. The screen just stays white. Please fix issue and put out another update.
This game is our favorite game. Love it, so addicting. Play this everyday. We hope they make more like it. Challenging but yet all levels are passable, sometimes with some help of course. But this game is a breathe of fresh air compared to others out there. Please dont change a thing and make more concepts, we would definitely place those too.
App support link does not work. The new Christmas update wont open the game. We have tried seven times and it just wont open. Im afraid that if we uninstall it we will lose our progress. HELP, please.
After level 250 even if you play a perfect game the time is against you and you need some sort of booster. So we had to delete it,.

Help!!! We love this game but we havent been able to open it since the update!!! One of the best games. We usually delete games after a day of playing them but not this one.
We love the game. Great way to pass the time. We played this a couple of days ago and we think it glitched because it didnt give us any coins for finishing the level. It usually gives 7 coins for a standard level and we received 0. After the third one we completed we quit the game. Everything was working fine the next day though. Also, our game still has a Halloween theme to it. Is there not an update for the graphics yet? Christmas is around the corner and would love to see some holiday cheer.
Trying to let you know theres a problem with the app but nothing we do seems to work.
This a typical time management game. You do have to be fast but where it gets wrong is that the random drop of supplies is never what you need. You have two players standing around waiting for the supplies you need to progress. You get players to spen ten bucks then lost forever.uninstall.
We were quite enjoying this game until we got to level 69 where now it is frozen. We cant get any further.
We are not one to write reviews, but just had to for this game. We have loved time management games for decades now, and this is one of the best we have ever played. Ive gotten super tired of the food-related games, and this game is fresh and really does keep your interest (we are almost on level 700 now and still wanting to play it all the time!). We have spent some money on it, but only $1.99 at a time once every couple of weeks to get more coins to extend the very difficult levels. Not bad, and we really wouldnt have had to spend any money to really enjoy this game. We would love it if the devs would use the same platform to make several different-themed time management games (other than food-related please!), and would support them wholeheartedly! Thank you, devs.
We really love when the rescue buddy gets released, its like two peopl working together for thr struggle to rescue any and everything in need! Love this game its awesome.
We have played many games but this is our new favorite. The puzzles are challenging and you dont get inundated with ads.
We like the game but when they catch up to everything they just stand there because the timers just ticking away.
Im on level 500 something and am loving the game, but today a pop up for the Halloween even comes up and wont go away even if you beat the level. We were supposed to get our day 7 gift today too so Im bummed.

While we like the game, its gotten to be too much. You really need to buy booster to get through levels and they are way to expensive since sometimes one type booster doesnt help.
Fun game with a good mix of easy and challenging levels. But we ultimately had to delete it from our phone because of the app size. Every few levels it downloads more data until the game is 5-10GBs. It was, by far the largest app on our phone and the amount increases the more you play. Good game, but just didnt make sense to keep.
Love this game a lot. We find ourselves playing it everyday BUT its definitely a money grabber if you care about wanting to win each level. Its not easy to get coins and its not easy to get power ups to help you win. If there was more help with that it wouldnt be so bad. We want to give it 5 stars but we cant right now.

This preview is nothing like the game; its very much a bait and switch. Starts off good but overtime youll discover the game is a money grab and you wont be able to complete the levels without purchasing coins and/or boosters. The rewards for beating the levels are dismal. It has so much potential for being a fun addictive game but it will cost you.
We went to play the emergency aid, got through a number of levels, had to leave the game and now that Im back its back to level one and it wont let us play. :(.

The game is super fun Ive been playing with it for over a year until lately, they must have done some tricky adjustments which makes the game super hard in an unfair way, ex.,many times when we need to open just one more burger box and we hv plenty of time left, the system would adjust it so that we keep opening the red tool boxes five times in a row until our time runs up. Have had a number of issues with paid boosters disappearing. Reached out after it happening more than once we emailed in July. No response. Reached out again about getting credit for 1 booster not all Ive lost. Was told it was our device, requested screenshots and proudly informed us they are responding in a timely manner now. Its been almost a week and still no reimbursement. Save your money and spend it on games where they actually work.

Its a fun game, keeps you entertained, but too difficult to succeed or more forward without having power ups which cost more than you are able to earn without spending real Money.
Its impossible to win levels without bonuses and its not like you give us ANY opportunities to win bonuses. Also why cant we upgrade the workers to MOVE FASTER! You cant do anything!! This game COULD be great, VERY addicting BUT you need to make some major adjustments!! Add on that we just updated the game and you all didnt change ANYTHING!! Ugh Im deleting the game.
Hi, we just tried to get into the app multiple times and it crashes before we can do anything we dont know what level we are on, it was work good yesterday though, our iPhone has the latest update as well its also a iPhone 11 Pro Max. Hopefully this gets fixed its a really good game and the price for no ads is also good.
We honestly feel like the workers on the game move slow in hopes that youll get so frustrated with the board and spend money to get more seconds. We just quit completely and dont play for a while because we refuse.

The game is great, its just hard to play without needing a lot of hearts – we went through to many to decide that two star is appropriate rating. If harts , for us we can only image what level of hard it would be for a child without help from any adult.
These levels are becoming more and more frustrating/difficult. We love the concept of this game. The different ways you need to clear a series of levels is fresh and enticing each time. We even still get a kick out of the little dances the characters do at the end of a successful level. But, the time allotted for these levels is, in our opinion, a perfect ingredient for someone to rage quit and never play your game again. We are on level 315, and have endured dozens and dozens of levels where it seemed we had to perform an exact sequence of moves JUST to get the level done with literally 0 seconds left. We cant tell you how many levels Ive had where the firefighter was going to a level-winning obstacle, hacking away on it, and the timer got to zero, and what seemed like an eternity, and the level was won or lost. Im only assuming the developers included the 0.9-0.0 time frame after the one second ended, otherwise the levels would have been impossible. This is extremely frustrating. And lets talk about impossible. We mentioned before about having to do a proper sequence of moves just to solve a level? Level 315, a Very Hard level, is insane. Just insane. Those who got it, good on ya. Hope you got it on your first try as people lie about. We dont want to sound whiney about this, but why is there so little time to get levels done even on normal mode? The challenge? Its not staying fun to play if almost EVERY LEVEL has you winding down to the very last second. Every level. Yes, there are some levels that we have 4-5 seconds left. Maybe less. Oh, and lets clarify we understand how to play this game, stopping anyone now who thinks Im complaining after 11 levels. Im at 315. If youve gone this far, you know what Im talking about. If your development idea was to have us follow a certain pattern each level, thats fair, but cruel. If your thought its be entertaining to have us go through so many fails that it would brainwash us to spend money to buy gold to skip a level or get 15 extra seconds (since it takes forever to accumulate enough free daily gold to cover the cost) then thats your prerogative. Improvement thoughts for advanced and new players moving forward. Please add more time to the levels. Even just a few seconds. Add a little bonus game to earn more free gold. Not counting what is already offered where you have to clear five levels in a row without losing once. Havent cleared one yet. Thats another post for a different lifetime. Hate those things. Do you really not like us? Understand this game is really challenging, but dont make it impossible.
Soooooo we were just playing it and we realized where is the hospital part of the game the add said it has a hospital and we dont see a hospital Ive been playing this for a while now we just dont see a hospital we mean otherwise its a pretty good game.
