Fun game and lots of options with decorating with a good theme. A lot of things to do. Unfortunately, there are so many constant glitches and the game freezes all the time. Items go missing and getting in chat is a risk of freezing the game, too. We wish they would fix the glitches already.
We purchased the Western Pass, but could not open it. Contacted support and they fixed the issue in a couple hours! Unfirtunately, when IT corrected the issue, it depleted our cash/coins. Contacted customer service again and this issue was also promptly resolved! We like this game and we love the prompt customer service.
We would love to give you guys a 5 star review, but even with the new updates we continue to have issues with the icons for the events at the bottom of the screen. We have rewards and cannot access them because the buttons arent working at all.
Getting tired of every time its close to one of the events are to change an Im almost to the 2500 mark on western pass your app seems to lock us an others Im friends with out to where we cant collect our rightfully earned rewards!!! Its no surprise anymore techs come on its every time the new events are coming out like most recent the chocolate fountain our western pass icon is glitching an touch it an nothing!!!??? Cant see tasks or our rewards which Im entitled too after putting in HOURS OF MY WORK AND TIME into this game!!! We for one will be deleting it an moving on if it persists.
We WAS enjoying this game but Im now on level 20 and cant do ANYTHING without having to spend real money to get things built. You cant get enough of the items in the game to build anything and you cant continue in the game if you dont build! We dont mind blowing $3-5 here and there but we did spend $30 a couple days ago and that money is already gone and we still cant get anywhere now without having to spend more! You purchase a school or whatever with coins in the game for it to take 24 hours until its ready and then you cant finish it bc it still needs hinges, nails and other stuff! We have two buildings waiting bc we dont have enough stuff to finish it and if we dont spend real money to finish it theres no telling how long it will take. You cant get more people in the town if you dont have enough buildings! Its absolutely ridiculous! Im so mad right now.
We know you wont post this, but we have lost so much real money! We paid for things in the game and we went to play today and they were gone! Example: we had purchased handcuffs etc, and had up to 25. Where have they gone? We were in a competition, ahead of everyone by almost 2,000 points. Lost everything! If you want one person to win, why have a game? We are angry and about to ditch this game. We have spent over $100 and have nothing to show for it. In the space on 90 minutes all of the work we had done yesterday along with the money we spent. GONE!!! SOON we WILL BE GONE ALSO.
This game we Love this game besides Klondike and some x we play both at the same time. Love love this game.
This game is so fun and we spent SO much time playing it bc it is so detailed and is SO addicting but some things you HAVE to buy the western pass and we dont like that bc in dont want to spend money on a game but otherwise it is the best game ever.
Had fun playing this for a while, but about 10 months ago, lots of tech issues began. Ive contacted support several times. Typical responses are that they are aware of the issue or they are looking into it but it NEVER gets fixed. Seriously, 10 months! We contacted them a week agono response. The only thing we can do in the game is raise crops and send them off, but we cant take part in any of the competitions and if we buy a task, it doesnt get credited. Ive pretty much stopped playing along with the majority of our team. Its kind of sad, because we really liked this game at first. Going back to Township.
This game has many glitches and uses twice the products when you help someone in their town. Plus used twice the coins and tools to do a town expansion. Very disappointing.

Ive been playing this game quite a while and Ive got a lot and liked game. We hate to lose it now but right now we cannot get into our wagon area our riverboat all our Native American areas., is there something going on or is there a fix.
Ive had the game freeze on screens and it will not let you do anything except harvest and plant. Ive restarted our phone and closed the game down and opened it again but it is still stuck. Anyone else have this isdue.
We have been playing this game for a couple of weeks now. We do enjoy the game but it has some flaws. One flaw is no help from the developers and no way of contacting them while in game ( not that we have found anyways). Two: their FB page doesnt really have any help either. Ive seen some complaints on the page that we, ourselves have been having issues with. Like when helping friends, it doesnt give you the bonus of helping although it takes your items. Three: the game does not update from one device to another we.e. From iPad to iPhone. So now our much further progress is on our iPhone which means we no longer play it on our iPad because Im not waiting on all those items again, just not worth it. If the developers would fix these issues we would have given it 5 stars easily.
No help or any answers from customer service. Many people having issues with the game not loading or saving. Money spent on game wasted (ok so it was wasted anyway but now it feels worse).
Almost 24s hours the game has only partly worked.
You guys do tons of supposed update but nothing ever changes for the better. Now with your newest supposed update we can't get to the To the boats or any thing that we are supposed to deliver goods to. The longer we play your stupid game the more frustrating it becomes.
Even using our proper user email and password it continues to tell us we cant login. It wont go to the automatic login for the Facebook app which is already open and should just automatically connect us. So this game has a lot of issues and Im not even gonna bother trying to fix them. Delete it.
Turned off notifications, they still show up Too many popups at beginning of game. Serms they want you to mistakenly press something that will cost money. Not sure what they are doing in your phone when you are not playing the game as thay have turned off the autolock feature. Seems pretty suspicious to us Have to ensure when done playing, you get rid of the app but if you dont make sure you autolock your phone. Making sure app is not running is best alternative.
Many are frustrated that when they want to help a neighbor fill a crate with precious items, to only find that not only were the items taken from your inventory but the items did not fill the neighbors crate. You leave that neighbors town to return moments later to find that the items are not in that neighbors crate. And that neighbor still needs the crate filled. You would think that the developers would take note of this error and fix it but they dont care. Instead they would take your money to give you precious tools needed to activate a community building. Looking for something else to play than sit around and have items taken from you. Sad. :(.
Its a good game to play and to add.
We downloaded Homesteads this morning and we have to honestly say we are hooked and its not expensive if you do decide to purchase items etc. Also the waiting time for events is so much lesser than other farming games ! We really will bet 100% that you will get addicted playing as well.
We would like to know how you are able to get the Parliament Hill and there is also Basilica buildings. We saw that another person playing is only on level 77 and they have both of them and theyre not available in our buildings and Im on level 80. If anyone knows, please let us know. Thank you.
We love the game but once you get going and youre on a roll the time requirements end up being 2 or more hours! We think thats definitely excessive. We stopped playing for a while because of this. It just takes the fun out of the game if you have to wait a long time. The game overall is fun and Ive enjoyed it a lot.

This is a good game so far but has a big problem with ads. They have figured out a way to incorporate their ads in with game play. Frankly, we dont mind watching them but it is almost like they are trying to force you to download the games that are highlighted in the ads. Ive watched quite a few since we joined this game yesterday and we had to close the game out and reload it to get out of the ad. We have spent a little money up to now but wont anymore until the ad business is fixed because the game is a litter slow loading and we dont like having to get out of it to shake an ad.
Love the graphics in this game and we enjoy building our town. HOWEVER, the competitive parts need extensive work. Several times we have been unrewarded for our place in the train competition. Once we came in 1st Place and was demoted and a message said that we had not completed any tasks! This has happened several times, with no reward for our place, then demoted! We need to be able to see the final winners in the competition too. Its confusing and frustrating. Ive tried to be patient, hoping you will fix these issues, but it has been going on for weeks. We complete ALL TASKS, and still told that we didnt complete any!!! We love the game, but Im getting ready to leave it. We wont spend any money on this game until its fixed.
Takes forever, can get ahead without some ending money.
Its a cute little game but theres a glitch. Every time we help a friend it doesnt give us the credit. Ive helped friends and teammates with no credit. Second it takes forever for you to get a building completed unless you pay for them and well Im not doing that.
We like the game but it is buggy. We lose progress frequently. All of a sudden we lose everything that Ive worked on for a day. And all the items that we harvest doesnt necessarily get to the barn. Very poor quality programming.
Cute game, with a cool theme. Love the relaxing play, running out of storage over and over is frustrating.
They have fixed some of the bugs but the chat is still ridiculous. You cant even spell the word farm. Today the help feature isnt working right. Always something that gives the players problems.
Ive been playing your game for a few days and have enjoyed it for the most part. However, Im wondering why you have such a hard time servicing your ads. We have spent money and dont mind watching ads on occasion but when you repeatedly dont give the prize for watching, saying you are having trouble , something begins to smell fishy. Im going to play a little longer to give you time to fix this. Edit: we are now having real issues with helping friends on our friends list. They will ask for help but when we tap to help it just shows a scenery screen and we cant see what they need. We sent an email with screenshots to support.
We would love to give this game five stars because it has a little bit of everything. Challenges keep on rotating which keep it interesting. The parts that we have a problem with are the bugs. Sometimes it will Quit quests when you are in the middle of them. We also dont really watch the ads anymore because they usually end up crashing the app or just playing ads on repeat until you force close.
We really enjoy this game, its always busy if you want to be. The only thing that gets a bit frustrating is you cant collect gold as fast as you need it to purchase buildings, it just seems to take forever. We still like the game though.
Where can we go to learn (& re-learn when we forget something not done for awhile).
We just updated five houses to level five..but when we collect the ten coins from each house it did not add them to our coins..also we completed a task that netted us 2500 coins and it was not added to our coinsup to this point it has been a real fun game.
We have only had it for a day so we cant say to much but we like it so far we will update if anything changes.
Okay game, has a lot of potential. But one flaw its just to crowded soo much to do all at once if that makes sense.
This game blows. Township is better than this crap. U cant get out of a game u dont want to play, r u serious? Ur think u can force us to do something we dont want to do? NOT.
Love the game theme overall. Couple of issues though and do not know how to send message to resolve. 1) zoo freezes every time we try to open. Have played for a month and it always freezes the game. 2) Video section now says loading, but does not allow videos to play.
Played it for a few months and about to quit because there are too many bugs in it. Im tired of losing progress in it because they cant maintain the infrastructure of the game.

Entertaining game! It doesnt push the in app purchases, which is refreshing. If youre willing to be patient and wait for the timers to run out you can still play with the same ease as pay-to-play people can, it just takes a little longer. Great little idle game.
We havent been doing any farming games anymore lately, but this one attracted our attention because of the western style theme and so far Im loving it. Very cute game.
Love the game but today when we opened it found out that all our coins around 100.000 and 250 dollars are gone, the barn is empty, no crops..just crazy to start all over again..any idea what happened.
This a fun game to play but there are a few things Id like to see fixed. 1. Any holiday specials are introduced about 2 or 3 days before the actual date of the holiday. Id like to see them start at least 2 weeks prior 2. Sometimes a friend needing help with their shipments wont allow another player to help. Though we have several friends playing and needing help its always the same friend the game doesnt allow others to help. Ive tried for 2 days to help one friend and nothing.
