Community Insight:
We are a longtime member of buzztime trivia 30 plus years. Our local old Chicago has started having buzztime at their location but when we open the app and log in it say the nearest place playing is more than two miles away. We tried using the app support link but it takes us to a page for bar logins so we are leaving this complaint here.
Once youve been playing a bit, ads start appearing. Thats fine, but they dont go away and theres no way to close them sometimes, even if you close the app.
We like the game but we have only been playing a few days and have already gotten multiple repeat questions. One question we got three times in the same hour. How many total questions are there? And why isnt there something to filter out repeats.
The lag time on this game is more than aggravating. When its much faster, Ill play more, until then its being deleted from our phone.
Much more modern look on the app.
Just like you find at your favorite watering hole when you want to play countdown.
Would love to be able to play with friends.
Froze our phone and refused to allow login.
We really like this app to use as practice for in-house trivia nights.
Our husband and we met playing this game in a local bar. We havent played in quite a while and this brings back great memories. Looking forward to enhancements to the app.
We wish there were other games than just Countdown, and a way to play others (and NOT by FB connection!).
This game would be more fun if you could adjust the speed of play.
Buzztime trivia in a pub is slow for a reason. Theres no reason for the game to be this slow as an app. The trivia is great and the gameplay is just like the bar but our battery and patience just cant give this one more than a couple of stars.
