We love this game, but am constantly interrupted by ads that take up to 60 seconds to watch. No way around it. There should be a payment option for an ad-free version. Until then, Ill have to take it off our phone.
Fun game but it always freezes up.
We hate the ads in the middle of the game. Also it freezes up but after about 15 seconds it starts working again. When we get ready to go back into the app it doesnt come up just a black screen.
Obviously we like this game. In fact its our favorite. But we need to let you know how frustrating it has become lately. Too many times we are fighting the clock to finish and we get to our last match and it wont finish. It freezes up and we got clear to the end in time only to watch the clock run out while the very last match freezes. Im talking several times a day!!!! What the heck? Please look into this and hopefully fix it. We want it to continue to be our favorite game.
We really like the app but hated all the adds interrupting game playing. By level 175 we gave in and purchased non ads. It has been 5 days we still have ads. Ive contacted them 5 days ago and so far we only received an automated message confirming g they received our email and would get back to us. Now they received their money we just want to p,as with no ads interrupting us. Why cant they fix this. If not REFUND MY MONEY.
We love this game, but we were bothered by the ads, so we paid the $6 to stop the ads, and Im still getting them right in the middle of the game! We tried resetting but nothing works..just a waste of money.
We played this one a lot but Im deleting it from our phone now that ads are popping up during the short gameplays. It messes us and our concentration up and we refuse to pay $5.99 to turn off ads. No thanks! What a shame.
The game locks up frequently! We often lose points and our rhythm. So frustrating. We really like the game but we are considering deleting it from our phone because it freezes a lot.

The amount of ads in the middle of a game is beyond annoying, and throw in the chronic freezing, just doesnt make it worth our time.
This is a really fun game but there are way too many pop up ads. It ruined the game. So we decided to upgrade and pay for no ads. Only we paid for no ads but the pop ups kept coming. We tried to communicate and trouble shoot but got no response. So we had to go to apple and request a refund which they got us. Such a shame. We would have loved this game.
Paid for the ad free version and still have a million ads making it difficult to play as they come up in the middle of a level.
We have the current software with the current app update and still get ALL of the ads even after purchasing it. Dont waste your $! We have emailed support repeatedly and no one replies.
If we could give this game less than 1 star we would. We havent played in a while, but when we tried to play again today, we were furious. Our first game was a 6 minute puzzle. After 5 ads interrupting our play in just the first few minutes, we couldnt take it anymore, so we closed out without finishing. We will be deleting the game after we finish our review. Ive spent money in the game on many occasions, so we dont think its expecting a lot to be able to play a round without interruptions. The ads get annoying even when they are between rounds, but this is ridiculous.
Comments dating back a year from others about the number of ads popping up and the screen freezing during a game continue. Today was particularly frustrating. We were down to the last dozen matches and used gold bars to buy 60 seconds of time. We had 2 pieces left and the screen froze, but the clock kept counting down. Its amazing the developers have not solved that problem considering the number of complaints received over an extended period of time. And please dont suggest that we purchase the ad-free version because Ive searched for it and cannot find it.
Very frustrating. During one five minute game, the game froze six times AND there were three ad interruptions.
This app makes our phone mess up and has so many ads it freezes in the middle of play and we will be un downloading it after this. We will just go find another one like it. Our mom has this game on her tablet and we were wondering why it was messing up and freezing but its definitely this app.

The game is good, challenging and interesting, but it freezes and or crashes too often. Apple gave us our money back.
This game advertises itself as free. Now it has so many ads we cant play it. We used to like this game but now it keeps us from winning at the end by conveniently not working in various ways we guess because we havent spent a ton of $ on it. It seems to be preplanned to not work if you havent bought something.
We liked this app enough to pay $6 for no ads. However, with the latest update/version, the ads have returned and the game plays REALLY slow. Oh well, now Ill have more time for reading.

We got addicted to Shop Master pretty quickly, so we paid to remove ads. It worked for one day. Ive restored purchases several times with no luck.
Even though we upgraded to a newer release, seems there is a bug towards the end of the game when down to 4-6 pieces, the pieces sort of lock themselves on the bottom while being collected, and you cant do anything. The timer keeps running though.

There are no instructions so no idea how to complete the different levels. The first 4 shops are full and now, it seems impossible to get any more items. We have 35,000 plus points. How do you use them? Also, what good are the bonuses you get for winning? Love the game, dont see the point besides a matching skill.
When it works this is a great game. Several bugs still need to be fixed. Sometimes objects, when tapped, simply spin out to the side and stay that way. Frustrating. Also, some instructions in the beginning on what money in the piggy bank, etc are used for would be helpful.
Love the game and the variation between doing a smaller but faster game verses a longer game that creates variation. Love the ability to earn time, snowflakes etc to help with the game. Look forward to improvements with the clock. We cant play it any more as it only starts us with 2 seconds. We cant even begin the game when time is up. Many times we got down to the last object and if the pair cross paths while sorting one of them disappears and we have no way to finish the game. This happens with the brown and black objects. We wish you could select a level to play such as number of objects or time to complete. Infomercials occur way too frequently about every few minutes and are usually about men cheating on his wife which we find offensive. We would not allow kids to play this game for that reason. Otherwise, we love the game and wish we could buy it to avoid infomercials.
This game is a bit addictive. But it gets boring when there is nothing new to look for.
We enjoy this game. BUT what we do NOT like is ads interrupting the playing of the game. It is aggravating to be intent on making a match and BLIP! Up pops an ad. We never install games that are advertised with ads that pop up during the playing of the game! Those interruptions only frustrate the player! Actually we get disgusted with those pop up ad interruptions. Please place ads before the game begins and after the game ends. Then we can happily give this game five stars.

All-around fun game we like the one top touch to be able to drop in the basket but there are still a lot of glitches where the items wont go in the basket and the halo we will come back and play once this is fixed.
Game play was fun for the few seconds the ads werent playing. Seriously, way too many ads.
We initially found this game relaxing. Then we realized that at a certain point it stopped giving us new items. Then it started getting glitchy. Levels would freeze, then you were unable to match items to complete a level. The whole level would have to be reset and a life lost. Then every other level would only give you 2 seconds to complete the level. Really?! We tried giving feedback through the app, but received no response. If you are looking for a match game, choose another game. This one is not worth it.
Game freezes at the end quite often so you lose. Real bummer, gets irritating enough so we stop playing and play something else.
We have enjoyed this game but it glitches and wont let you play then it takes your lives.
All of a sudden some of the ads are going to black screen and not coming back to the game; therefore, Ive had to start over several times. We will give you a higher rating if you fix these glitches Your solitaire ads are out of control. When we hit the X, it means no we dont want it. The ad is not paying attention. We will have to let go of your game if this is not remedied.
From the specific feedback we provided below in our first review, the developers response said we must understand the need for so many ads so we can enjoy the free version. Interesting response considering thats not what our concern wasI understand the need for ads, but this games playing experience is greatly diminished by the inclusion of WAY TOO MANY ADS, not no ads. Further, the game constantly freezes and when we restart the game Im penalized with the loss of a life. Plus we wouldnt mind paying a nominal fee like .99 or 1.99 for an ad-free version. 1. There are way too many adsmultiple ads in one round of playing. 2. Way too expensive to get rid of ads, open piggy bank and other perks of the game. 3. Play freezes up and the match collector wont swallow the matches. Means theres a restart and you lose a life. 4. Too few lives until youre able to play again.
Im on Level 322 and Im about ready to quit. Its ridiculous when you are given an hour and a half to find your big group of items and also 5-6 minutes to find the small board ! This is extremely too much time on both. It isnt challenging at all just boring.
We lose more lives because items do not land in the box or they dont land correctly and there is no fixing them. If they could get this bug worked out it would be an awesome game.
We previously left 4 stars because we enjoyed it. Im now changing it to 1 star because we paid to have an ad free gaming experience and Im still getting ads. Ive tried contacting the developer and there has been no response. There hasnt been an update in months and the game is still riddled with bugs. If youre going to develop a gaming app, please see to it youre game is working. Especially if youre going to take peoples money. If not, please remove your game from this platform.

We enjoy this game. VERY frustrating that we cannot get bonuses after watching adds and in the market place. This really needs to be resolved.
We would give this a much higher rating, but every 10-15 seconds it stops your game and forces you to watch an ad. When we get back to our game, we have forgotten where we had seen matches. It completely destroys the flow of the game and makes it frustrating instead of fun. We dont mind if they push ads on us in between rounds, but STOP constantly doing it in the middle of levels. Ill be deleting this app.

We have been trying to transfer our accomplishments to a new phone and cant seem to do it. We have contacted shopmatch support twice and havent gotten a response. We love the game but am very sad that if we cant bring it over we need to start at the beginning.
The worse game we have ever played!!! Many technical failures. Desperately needs help.
