Pretty fun game if youre into this type. Character advancement doesnt feel super impactful, and the AI certainly cheats a little, but pretty good for a phone game.
Why are the boxers smiling when fighting.
The game is good, but to make fighting more interesting why not add boxing styles? Think of it as a perk: Outboxers have better defense and energy but lack of punching power, or something like that.
Nothing to crazy but easy to get addicted.
We have played for three careers now, and its easy to understand, good pop-ups for info, and you have plenty of training options. You have to watch your money but get commercial promotions as you advance. The trouble is that you start off as a Flyweight and have to fight through 100 OR MORE ranks just to get to the champion. Theres no bonus money for fighting those fights, only medals which you use for special moves. You get 1-2 medals per championship fight, but the store sells extra medals for $1 million each. In other words, the best special moves are out of reach. When you defeat the champ, you start all the way at the bottom of the next weight. You also can only fight up to 5 spots ahead of you. Just do the math and youll see that you wont be able to make it to large purses in your career. You have to buy bling items to gain advertising clout. Makes sense, but buying a $65k car gives you the same clout as buying a $5k dog! Why??? You also dont get rewarded for boxing combos, so you just throw a punch once it is ready. No matter your evade percentages, your boxer will miss A LOT more than your opponent. Also, you will only get up about 20% of the time after being knocked down, no matter what your stats say. We liked it enough that we purchased the full game. The game mechanics and environment are great! We think the advancement of a fighter and fight mechanics needs work, though.
Really cool offline game but without in app purchases, kind of holds the game bacc.

Ive been looking for a sort of career mode game and this was it.
Tons of options and cool things to do, we love how youre fighter starts off young and fresh like a top level amateur who decided to go the pro route. Cool story lines and rewarding to say the least.
Perfect fun game all around . We tried the football one and it didnt catch our eye like this one has. Great game.

It keeps us playing and we like how it starts your player young (16yrs) so you can build up his attributes before you get thrown to the wolves.
